We started using Ranger 1.5 years ago. They have come ontime and address any and all issues right away. We haven't seen any ants or scorpions for 8 months. they have a longterm customer. they do however seem to have alot of change in employees, bet all of them are super customer friendly.

Thankful to have found Ranger! We’ve had a scorpion issue since we moved in but have had them more frequently in the past two months. The weekend I saw 4 in my home, I called them that following Monday. Especially with a now walking toddler and a fur baby, we needed to be scorpion free. I haven’t seen a scorpion since! They also got rid of our outside cockroaches with was a plus. I’ll recommend them to anyone. Very professional employees also, super informative and very detail oriented.

We had a severe cricket issue which in turn caused a scorpion issue. And everyone tells you, as they did also, it's really hard to get rid of scorpions. One got in our home and our 5 year old stepped on it and had a horrible reaction and ended up in the ER. Which is what prompted us to call them. We were going outside nightly with a black light and killing at least 3 EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. The appointment was fast, I explained the scorpion concern. They explained scorpions are the hardest to get rid of but they'll do what they can. We have not had a single scorpion since. After the initial service we found 4 .... dead. So I will always use them and will always recommend them!! They text you when they're coming so I can put my dog up and they text you when they're done. Very simple, hassle free!

We own a condo in Las Vegas and we’re having an issue with ants. I called another company in Las Vegas before Ranger and, just from the conversation, wouldn’t let them come to my home. Found Ranger on Yelp and called. Cody was so helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. They were able to come the same day and take care of the problem. They treated our entire place and explained everything they did. Jermaine was the technician and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. They explain everything in an easy to understand manner and are very accommodating with scheduling and being safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Germain specifically has been treating my property and is awesome! Great guy and very knowledgable. Cody at the main office was extremely patient in explaining everything from products to the treatment plans and how it all works. They also emphasize to let them know right away of any bug sightings outside of the regular treatments as they will come out and give it a special isolated treatment at no cost. Ranger Pest Control is the best in Las Vegas. These guys know their stuff inside and out. I don't think there is anything they won't do to make a customer happy. They are incredibly friendly. I love that they have safer chemicals to spray inside the house (something made from chrysanthemums or some flower; ask about it).

Ranger hands down has saved my house twice from my wife burning it down do to a spider inside. When you live against the mountains you are going to have critters and since we have gotten Ranger we have only seen 2 spiders in the house in 2 years and they immediately came out and sprayed inside the house, even though inside was not due that month. We try and reccomend them to everyone.

Lots of things to love about Ranger Pest Control! They quickly answer any questions professionally and thoroughly. The guys are always polite, friendly and really happy to take time for any expressed need. This is important if you are new to Las Vegas, like we were 3 years ago and did not understand the bug and pest situation out here. Plus what is not to like about Vance"s mug on the side of the trucks!! Lastly, they have kept up their great service standards even though they are growing like crazy. About once a year we have to have them come inside to spray...usually when it gets warm again. They come back promptly. Can't go wrong with this company.

Big fan of this pest control company. We have literally not seen a bug inside our house since we signed up with them. We have always had issues with flies biting our dogs ears when they are in the backyard, and Ranger is the only company who has been able to alleviate the problem. They bring over fly traps, electric swatters, and whatever else they need to do to get rid of them. Flies are persistent, but Ranger is more persistent, and they have been successful where nothing else has been. We have had a few service guys over the years, and each of them have always been so friendly and kind every time they come over to do the monthly spray. They play with my German shepherd & blue heeler and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide overall.

So far I am happy. It has been three weeks since they did the initial service and I have not seen a single bug in my condo. We switched to Ranger pest control from a bug service we had for years, because the one we had was not killing the scorpions in our home. Ranger pest control not only took care of the problem the first month of service, but if we even see one scorpion on our property alive or dead, inside or outside, I call them up and they come out a second time free of charge and spray again. In July 2016, I scheduled my first appointment with Ranger Pest Control to remove a hornet’s nest, as I prepped the house for sale. Vance gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time, and removed the hornet’s nest. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Once I moved into my current home, I called Vance to help with a long-standing pigeon problem. The previous owners spent close to $ 20,000 (since 2001), in attempts to prevent pigeons from resting and nesting on the tile roof. As a retired nurse, I understand the health risks associated with pigeon droppings. Two to three times each day, it was necessary to clear the driveways of pigeon droppings, which exacerbated my asthma. I ordered 2 ultrasonic pigeon devices and in addition to the work he did on the roof, he mounted the devices and cleared the roof of pigeon droppings which had accumulated over the years. Within two weeks, the pigeon problem that plagued this home for over 15 years was eradicated. Now, about a year later, the pigeons have not returned. Recently, while changing light bulbs outside, I thought I saw bees inside one of the glass covers. I called Vance and scheduled an appointment. The following day, he arrived promptly; he checked the light fixture for bees, and assured me that what I observed was merely dust and cobwebs. He sprayed for bugs and changed my light bulbs. With the arrival of (Africanized) bees, I had many questions, and Vance provided detailed answers, alerted me to specific areas where bees might congregate, and safety precautions, alleviating my panic. It is impossible for me to hide or deny my phobia of bugs – a fear that has been exploited by a couple of pest control companies in the past. But Vance has never altered or inflated his estimates, and he is extremely pleasant, informative and reassuring, when I go through my list of questions, most of which are the result of frazzled nerves. Initially, I thought the strong ethical business practice and level of professionalism and courtesy Vance exhibited were solely qualities extended to customers, and standard considerations to maintain any commercial establishment. But now I realize that these qualities are facets of his personality. Individuals can learn to exhibit qualities; exemplary individuals possess them, so they are not restricted to a specific role in life. Likewise, I would not hesitate to instill my trust in Vance, in any future endeavor he may seek. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and personable; these and his many other attributes are why I have Ranger Pest Control on speed dial. I highly recommend Vance and Ranger Pest Control for consistency and excellence in customer service, economical pricing, and professionalism.

It’s tough to choose pest control, because there are SO many options. I put a post on Facebook to find recommendations & a friend told me about Vance. I called, he answered, and we were scheduled for that day! The customer service was fantastic. Vance came out with the guy he had spray the house and they took their time and were very meticulous🙌🏼 You sign up for a year contract (every two or 3 months) and your first service is complimentary. You set up a date and then then keep coming, you don’t need to be home. Cody sprayed the second time and did a great job. But the BEST NEWS!!? No live critters.
