I’m thoroughly pleased with Moxie Pest. I have been using them for a few years now and even continued to keep their services when I moved homes. Brandon T came to service my home today and did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional and respectful of the property. He made sure to take extra care of the areas around the home that was a concern to me. Every interaction that I’ve ever had with any of their staff members have always been very pleasant. I recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

David arrived yesterday evening and did a great job really selling me on the idea of pest service. I typically do not entertain door to door salesmen however he was charming, polite, knowledgeable, and proud of the company he works for. I set an appointment up for the next day and James showed up early with a big smile and made sure my dog was comfortable with him prior to beginning, which I appreciate. He took care of the full house and it was a great experience. I recommend their services for the price, but more so for the customer service I received. Thank you James for today and thank you David for yesterday!

Moxie is amazing. We’ve had a scorpion problem since we moved here over 10 years ago. They’ve been amazing in getting rid of them and if we ever have any other issues, they make a special trip to address them. I’m so thankful we found this company.

We have never used an exterminator before. We have not seen any bugs before treatment. Have not seen any after. It was a cold call to my front door. New to Las Vegas and have heard about the summer bugs. The price was good, the customer service was extremely good. All of the employees that I have spoken with have been very kind. So far, of the two times I have used Moxie Pest Control, they have been great! Adam W. on the first visit, and Nick B. on the second visit. Both were super thorough and pleasant. I also had to push my second visit off by a week or so, because of my backyard being remodeled and not wanting the crew to be there when spraying was happening, I talked to a super nice lady at the office, who helped me move that date. Overall, I am looking forward to working with Moxie to keep my home pest free!

Don was really great! Arrived right at the beginning of the window given, was nice and thorough. Originally came out for ant/mite extermination but when I mentioned a recent rodent fiasco Moxie offered to double check it for me. Don took a look, and even vacuumed out the ceiling for us to prevent more “guests”. Asked if we needed anything else and said he would check again if it wasn’t patched up by the time he came back. Looking forward to continuing to work with Moxie.

I used Moxie since I moved into my house 6 years ago. I have their plan and it only costs $35(don't remember actual amt) a month, that includes indoor and out door.

I was on the fence about getting a pest control company because I didn’t know much about the types of bugs that live here in Nevada but knew they would start showing up with the weather change. The company was doing a door-to-door sales pitch and the timing was right. They knock on my door every year and I always wanted to try them because Vegas bugs in the summer are pretty tough. For the first visit, I requested only outside. When I left home, I saw many bugs outside dropped in their tracks. Their products work and the selling point is that they're natural. I'm sold based on the first service.

I have used moxie for almost 4 years. Originally I gave a glowing review, but over the years I have seen their customer service really go down hill. Every technician I have had at the house is great, but the customer service team on the phone has become unhelpful at best. They are more expensive than other companies, and if the customer service experience can’t match the added price, it’s not worth it EDIT Moxie reached out to me after me after posting this review. They were apologetic about my bad experience and offered to try to make things right. So maybe if you’re having a hard time getting help from customer service leave a sub par review? They were all of a sudden very interested in helping me out after I did.

I frequently get folks coming to my door From other pest control companies offering a $20.00 per month discount to switch to them. My answer is always the same, no thanks. I then have this unwanted conversation with the salesman where they attempt to convince me that I’m wrong. You can’t fault experience. Moxie does a great job and I have no interest in changing to another company. I’ve loved the difference.

We love our Moxie service. Not only has the service been effective with our scorpion problem, but the customer service quality that their technicians have is incredible. Adam Whitmore was very kind and helpful the first time he came out. I explained my concern about scorpions being in a certain area and he took the initiative to take extra time to treat that area. That was very impressive and actually comforting to me, due to the fact that my son had nearly died and was hospitalized from a scorpion sting. Their technicians have always been friendly, informative and willing to work with us to customize a treatment plan for our needs. Derek was at our house today, and was personable, professional, and got the job done quickly. I've always had great customer service over the phone. Their website is easy to navigate, & very convenient for editing payment methods, etc.. We've been customers since June 2017, and haven't had any problems. A few bugs in the house here and there, but nothing crazy; probably due to the fact that we chose to only have the outside treated, even though they say the chemicals are safe for children & pets. It's just a personal choice we made. If we had the inside treated as well, I'm sure it would take care of the occasional bug we see. The special granules they use, along with the spray is more effective than their competitors, so they only have to come by every 3 months, as opposed to every other month, like our previous pest control company. The cost is slightly higher than we were paying before (less than $4 more per month), but I think having the better product makes it worthwhile. Overall, great experience with this company!

I've been using Moxie for about 1 year and they are great! I've never had to call them to come back and spray for scorpions, unlike the last pest control service I used. I assume that's due to the type of spray Moxie is using? Plus, they're spray seems to cover more (insects, scorpions, etc) than my previous pest control who used to come monthly. The only thing I wish Moxie would improve on is instead of saying the tech will be here between 8am - sunset, I wish it would be a 2 hour time frame like my last pest control company, 8-10am, 10am-12pm, 2-4pm, etc.

That is helpful in situations where you need some monitoring (i.e. you've been seeing a lot of bugs coming from a specific place/area and more than one treatment and/or different types of treatment is needed). I originally signed up because they were going around the neighborhood offering a neighbor discount (one of my neighbors had scheduled them and instead of going to the neighborhood multiple times, they offered a discount so they can do all the neighbors in one day.) They use all-natural products and have a fantastic warranty. Every time I need them to come outside of my quarterly visits, they are very easy to schedule with. Tate and Cody came by recently and they are very professional and nice. They even sweep around the doors to my house to keep the areas clean. Plus, after each treatment, you get a summarized receipt of the pests that were targeted and what was done. Great service!

We were so excited about our new home, until we found scorpions. With a newborn baby we were terrified. Derek nocked on our door about 2 weeks after moving in, and offered us a pest control service. He explained everything to me. I even asked him to come back in 30 mins so he could explain to my husband too. He sure was back in 30 mins, had the patience to repeat everything all over again no problem. He is such a friendly person, and hard worker. He takes his time spraying very well. As usual Moxie service was very through. They give me notice the day before they come, spray around the whole perimeter of the yard and house with extra attention to areas where I have ant hills. I don't expect to be ant free, but with four times a year spraying there are far less of them. And I rarely see spiders or roaches. I am very pleased with their service.

So after living in my townhome for over a year, I suddenly started losing the fight against the ants invading my kitchen. Not only that but I suddenly started to notice roaches and spiders in the garage and with a 6 week old and a senior dog, these bugs were creeping a little too close to home. My property manager recommended Moxie who I called right away. Lia took my call and explained the services and contract thoroughly. I appreciate their warranty because they’ll come out as part of your contract at any time if problems persist. The next morning, Adam and Adleigh came out to service the property. They were here on time and walked me through their findings all while being kind, courteous, thorough and patient, and putting my concerns about baby and pet safety to rest. Nobody wants to deal with bugs but they’re part of the territory if you chose the desert for your home. There’s no better team to have in your corner in the fight against bugs than Moxie. That was only because I had tried another service and it never seemed as if they ever came over. Didn’t call to tell me when they were coming and I still had bugs! Moxie has been great. From the girl on the phone (sorry I forget your name) to the technicians (Derrick and others) they do a great job. They've taken care of all our pest control needs. They do a thorough job. After weeks and repeated tries by myself to get rid of ants I decided to call Moxie. They were able to get rid of them in one treatment. When we moved into our new house we discovered the neighborhood had a scorpion problem. I was so freaked out! I have lived here my whole life and NEVER ever did I see a scorpion before moving into this house. We were using another company and it just wasn't working. I found scorpions alive inside the house even after they just sprayed. Since we have been using Moxie I haven't see anything in several months! No scorpions and they don't spray inside our house, they power spray outside. I'm really happy with their service and highly recommend them. Thank you Adam for taking good care of us!
