I had a major pigeon issue going on in my home. Nick came by and quoted us a very reasonable price to build a cage around our AC. They cleaned and pressure washed our roof and removed all the debris. He also placed cages around the roof to reap the birds that had already well established my roof was their home. They came twice a week until all the pigeons were gone. They would always call in advanced to notify when they were coming by to check the cages. They were always friendly and professional and well informed about bird habits. His cage built has a nice zipper to hace access to our ac unit as well. I am recommended them to anyone with a pigeon problem! By far best quote and service!

So...Storytime! The other day I noticed a leak on my roof, so I hired a company that looked to have good reviews at the time. All I needed to be done was have a 10X10 part of my roof replaced. For some context, I was informed that my AC unit would not need to be fully disconnected. The next thing I know is that my AC unit was sitting in my driveway (blocking my garage) and the bird netting that Mitchell Pest Solutions set up a few months before, was HANGING off my roof.(see the fun attached photo) The First thing I did was contact Nick (from Mitchell Pest Solutions) to let him know the status of the cage. Nick and his team sprung into action and were over my house in no time to help dislodge the cage from the solar panels that it was stuck on. (since the roofing company) thought it was okay to just drop the steal poles right on my panels. Luckily the panels were not damaged. But in doing so, the nice grate that was attached to my solar panels protecting to stop birds from going under them (also installed by Mitchell Pest Solutions) was damaged, since the net from the cage was heavily tangled in the grate. So after MPS helped get the cage and net off my roof safely, we started talking with the roofing company to see how they are going to deal with paying for the cage that they broke. After 2 days of going back and forth on the phone on who is responsible (Me, MPS, the roofing company, or their subcontractors) The subcontractors finally fest up to it being their fault and they would pay MPS for the replacement. Thank you Nick for working with me so much on this, Even going more above and beyond to really dig into the roofing company and their subcontractors to point out how some of those companies are currently operating is not 100% legal. If you are looking for a pest removal company, and want a team of people that are responsive, professional and very thorough with there work to make sure you get the best service and top notch quality. You have found the team you need here with Mitchell Pest Solutions! HIGHLY Recommend !!!!!!!!

We had seen a few scorpions and asked if they could come take a look. I was called back minutes later and advised they had someone 10 minutes away and if it would be ok to stop by. After a dialogue and inspection, the home was sprayed inside and out, even in the darkness when it was finished. “They won’t remember what you said, or what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.” (- Maya Angelou) Mitchell Pest Solution hit it out of the ballpark and should be EVERYONE’S first and last call for any pest control needs!

Nick is a very hard working individual. Extremely knowledgeable, very reliable, trustworthy and committed to customer satisfaction. I had an issue with rodents and he made multiple trips to my home until the issue was completely resolved. He made extra efforts like putting more baits, changing the baits, spray safe ingredients, blocked pathways of rats 🐀🤣 put blackpepper materials to keep the rats at bay. Everything worked. Highly recommend this company. Please hire him.

We hired Mitchell Pest Solutions to help with our pigeon problem. We've had pigeons on the corner of our roof for years & they are destroying the grill and patio underneath. The guys from Mitchell Pest put spikes on the roof for us (& charged a very reasonable rate - We looked at many options)...and it's now impossible for pigeons to sit on that roof corner. We are thrilled - and only wish we had done this sooner. Very professional people ... A+

This is the best pest service we have ever had. With neighboring construction we had scorpions! Other places could not help. Mitchell Pest Solutions came out immediately and got rid of them, along with helping with spiders and other bugs in our garage. The boxes they left help prevent bugs from coming in the house! I will only use Mitchell for anything I need.

Great experience with Mitchell Pest Solutions! Been having issues with pigeons nesting under my solar and pigeon poop. They came out, cleaned everything great, and then installed the mesh around the panels. Have not heard a pigeon since (as much as they try to come back lol). Thanks again guys. Highly recommended!

Mitchell Pest Solutions saved me and my weekend. After a very SLOPPY job from LV Bees on a hive removal (If you want to see my full review on them, just look up LV Bees on Google), MPS came the SAME DAY to my house around 3 pm on a Friday, almost at the end of the work week/day for most pest control vendors. I called over 5 vendors until MPS answered the call. The botched hive removal left around 150-250 LIVE bees on my stairwell which was 2 stories in height. That doesn't even mention the stairs being LITTERED with dead bees. MPS evaluated the situation and got to work. At the end of their bee removal, my stairwell transformed from infested to a MUCH BETTER CONDITION. Basically the only things left staining the stairs were bits of honeycomb. This alone saved my work-filled, errand intensive weekend and I would have been immensely happy there. Instead, MPS went beyond what I thought they would do and checked the attic and other suspect areas where leftover bees would be hiding/inhabiting. Wouldn't you know it, there were some leftover bees in the attic and they got to removing those as well. In addition, I told them about the roof area where they got in and made a hive. MPS then called in another one of their employees so they can get a ladder to see the roof area. Then MPS proceeded to seal off the crack the bees were potentially using to get in. MPS ended the encounter by telling us that if we see anymore live bees inside or outside, we should call them and they'll come out again. Mitchell Pest Solutions saved my bee-infested situation, my weekend, and provided EXCELLENT customer service (Luke Mitchell was great). I am beyond satisfied and I'll be referring them whenever I can. Call Mitchell Pest Solutions!

I recently bought a new home and had them come out to do an inspection. They looked everywhere and were very thorough and found some gross stuff lol. Very nice and knowledgeable he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I set up on their bi monthly plan. Best decision ever!

We just moved into our new rental home. I called them to come out to treat our home for fire ants. Since we have small kids, I didn't want my kids getting bit. The tech came out and took the time to listen to my problem. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and how this would take care of my problem.
