We purchased this service as a preventive measure against all potential insects. Our neighbors use it and are very happy with it. So far, our experience has been great. I won't know how well the product performs for a couple of days, but I suspect it will be great as well. Kevin, the technician, was very prompt and professional. He explained the service and its flexibility. During the visit, he explained what the various products do and why they are used. I would definitely recommend this company/service to anyone who wants to keep bugs out of their home.

Ian was very professional and personable. He did a great job exterminating my interior ant problems as well as the insects in the garage and exterior treatment. I contacted him regarding an ant trail I spotted in the house after he had left. Ian returned the same day to treat the exact area with bait. Since then I haven’t seen any ants!! Very very pleased!! Thank you Ian!

Called to set up new services and we were scheduled two days later, very informative as to the procedure they were performing. They also called a few days later to follow up and to make sure things were good!!! So glad I called!

The exterminator knew what he was doing and performed his job efficiently. We did preventative care for the season. The 2 hour window they give you just make sure you don’t plan anything within those 2 hours. Sit back on the couch and watch a movie, but remember to get up when they need to spray around you. Air out the house or turn on the fan afterwards. Probably will give a 5 but this is the first time in 3 years that we’ve used HomeTeam. It’s the season and rather just be prepared and kill them all!!

Amazing service. I’ve lived at my current address for five years. Chris is my technician and he’s amazing. I have a very difficult schedule to work around and he always changes my times to make it work so he can spray inside as well as outside the home. For the first time in five years we have been scorpion free! Chris is knowledgeable, professional, and always on time. Highly recommend this company! Paying invoices and the customer service in the central office is easy and pleasant as well.

Perfect interaction. Price was much less than anticipated and no up selling: in fact they talked me out of an upgrade service that they said was unnecessary. At first service Dana ( amazing, honest and thorough gent) surveyed the house and found easily correctable open access points for bugs. Previous company at former house wanted to do monthly service: Dana said only every 2 months unless live critters appear and only outside necessary to begin with ( better for us with pet). Couldn’t be more pleased. If you use Home Team Defense you will not be sorry.

Steve is our Pest Control Professional. He has been serving our home for 2 years. He is always kind, professional, and responsive. We have literally only had 2 spiders, one beetle and a few moths at our patio door since he has been servicing out home. He is awesome!!!! I hope he never leaves.

We have been customers of Home Team since 2013. Six visits per year is the schedule, basically every other month. They have tremendous turnover so the indoor and garage treatment becomes moot. Without warning, our service increased by 20% per application in 2022. I asked for quarterly applications but that service is not offered…With that, I’ve become our ‘bug guy’, my wife is laughing but if you think about it $500/year is a bit much for someone to visit my home and spray outdoors for bugs!

I used Home Pest in the past but during COVID layoffs I had to stop service. Now that I’m able to restart my service they have been very accommodating. Super easy to get my service restarted right away. Great customer service and great rates.

1/13/2022. This was our initial service from Home Team Pest Defense since moving into this house a few days ago. The technician arrived within the scheduled range of time. He asked if I had seen any pests so far, he explained what he would be doing; and he let me know when he had finished. He and his helper were friendly, professional and did a thorough job. I have no complaints.

Wonderful service, efficient, professional. Mr. William was kind and every helpful, he educated me on the pests in my backyard (wasp/hornets) he searched to every 10ft cypress I had (6) removed and sprayed the nests, and even cleaned the area- when he was done he provided me his card, and said they will be back in 5 weeks because it’s mating season once you see them call me.

I’ve been with Home Team for over two years and Frank has been my pest control pro the whole time. He’s a knowledgeable professional and also punctual and courteous. I appreciate the texts reminding me when he’d be coming and the follow up texts after. I haven’t seen a single pest since I retained their service. Great value for your money. When I called to set up appointment, they were professional, polite and friendly. Got me set up for an appointment quickly and explained everything thoroughly. The day of the appointment, Kevin came out to do the service. He was great! On time, professional, respectful of property, and friendly. It was enjoyable to do business with them. No hassles.

Our salesperson, Derek, called immediately and walked me through my options and we were done in about 15 minutes including the signing ceremony. Jordan came out two days later and got us all set up. In my last house we moved into in April 2018 we had tons of ants day one on the second floor, and the house was a brand new build.. because I left a can of 7up out on my night stand. I called this place, they came out right away, and for the three years we lived in that house, after they did their service I NEVER saw one bug in my house! There was only one time I had a roach in my garage and they came right away no question and fixed the issue! Just moved to my new home, and I trust that it will be just the same to keep the bugs away! Great customer service with this company, I recommend 1000000%!!!! If you hate any insect near you home like I do, this is the place to call! And their pricing is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job! This was the first service I scheduled when my husband and I moved across town because I can’t live without them! 500 stars!

I have never dealt with a company that is so pleasant from the top down. I have been using them since 2003 and have never had a complaint (or Bugs😁) since that time. The office staff is always outstanding in their customer service and make paying my bill fun with their great personality’s. And my serviceman is the best of all. Great service thus far. Kevin is our Home Team service technician. The company is able to service the pest control system build in the house so that is a plus. They are responsive and reliable. The bi-monthly service appointments are nice and Kevin calls a couple days in advance to schedule a specific date and time. He is always on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He offers tips and points for pest control that help with the long term care of the home and which helps prevent pests before they become an issue versus simply treating issues that occur. When we need additional services (which are done without additional charge) they are responsive and work on finding the source of the issue rather than treating symptoms. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Home Team for approximately 8 years now, possibly more. They have great customer service and do a great job. They send the same person to your house each time so you don’t have a bunch of strangers coming. I have had only 2 assigned techs in all my years and the only reason it changed was the first person got promoted. They even work around my schedule and the fact that I have dogs. I highly recommend Home Team!

They provide great preventive maintenance. I’m lucky to have the Taexx system which they use to create a bi-monthly barrier for pest prevention. The technician Tim also inspected and sprayed around the barrier. He explained how the system works and let me know I can reach out for specific issues (which can arise with living in the desert). He was very familiar with various areas of town and how to deal with various issues - this is a great company.

This company was super helpful, the home office was thorough in giving us an explanation on how the system works and what to expect with the first spray for the house and the Tay X system. Chad was our Pest guy who came to the house and was super helpful as well and very good at answering any questions we had and explaining what he was doing as he was getting our house set up! I would highly recommend this company to anyone, The monthly price is extremely reasonable for everything that they offer and the customer service!!!
