John has been servicing our home on a monthly basis for several years. He is friendly, courteous, and timely. His pricing is very reasonable and added services are in the same price line as his regular service. He calls the day before the normal arrival day, to let you know when he will arrive, and he has always shown up on time. He services our home and grounds and we have never had any pests in our home. He also handles things like rats. We saw one a few months ago, so John set rat traps, services them, and there have not been any since. This company is the best I have ever used and he will continue to take care of my property for the distant future. To me reliability, pricing, and did I get what I paid for are everything and John ensures that they happened. I recommend.
