Awesome service, They are responsive, professional, prevent needing treatment in my home due to the thorough nature of the job they due around my property. They schedule appts, call when on the way, I text Alex my tech most the time, and he does the rest with or without my being home. In the almost 7 years they provided service on a plan we work out due to seasonal conditions, I've only had like three different techs... That says a lot.

Rob with Bulwark is very thorough! I had a wasp trying to move into the walls of my house about a month ago, and he made sure to check for any signs on the follow-up visit. He patched the little holes in the stucco that the wasp was using, too. So far so good.

Their technician, Zack, was on time and prepared to do his job. He checked in with me to see if we had any concerns that needed addressed and proceeded to do his job. He did a great job of laying down a good perimeter around the house and cleaned up some cobwebs that where visible. I’ve had a few different technicians in the past, all doing a good job but Zack seemed to be more attentive and made sure to lock my gate when he finished our backyard. I look forward to seeing him return in 3 months. One great thing about Bulwark, if you have a problem before your next appointment, they will come out at no cost and redo the job to insure that you don’t have any more problems. High highly recommend them and Zack to handle our pest control. They have been doing a great job for us for more than a year now and they also take care of my daughters home in Arizona out of their offices in the Phoenix area. My daughter has been receiving the same great service as well.

Nick W. Called to let me know about what time he would arrive. I was not at home at the time he arrived made sure he knew how to get Into the back yard. He was spraying for bugs and Scorpions. When he competed the job he sent me picture showing he had been there and to me if we see Scorpions in the week following the spray, Callander he would return to replay. In 7 months that is the first time someone ehas told us to call and they would respray. We have found Scorpions almost every month in the house like they were running from the spray. I have been with Bullwark since 2001. I have always been happy with their service Techs. Jordan our recent technician came early yesterday in the middle of the day. I always schedule my appointment time when my husband's home after 4pm so I can sleep, since working graveyard. About 85% of the time they're early. I get out of bed and have to get dressed, scrabble for the dog and keys to the backyard. Sure they text and send messages letting you know they're close or down the street. When my phones off I don't get the messages. Then what do you know they're ringing my doorbell to service. Don't get me wrong I am happy with their spray, happy with the techs, happy with easy billing. Just service should schedule and come at the time you agree to. Most people probably don't care and think it's nice they're early. I just feel they have called several times over the years and tried to get me to cancel my later hours of service. It does get annoying when over and over I have told they're staff our situation the same. I was lucky yesterday since I have Mondays off. So they wanted a review so here it is.

Five star service from David Coleman of Bulwark. We just moved into our house and noticed one or two scorpions each of the first few nights. Bulwark had impressive ratings and their agent David Coleman provided outstanding service. He laid down a chemical barrier designed to kill scorpions and their prey around the perimeter of the house and the property. He also provided a complete pesticide treatment inside the house, opened several electrical outlets to dust inside the walls, and left glue boxes to set out as traps for stray bugs that might get into seams or small cracks in walls, baseboards, garage, etc. David was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and ensures us he would be available if we needed follow-up. We recommend Bulwark without reservation!

Company got back to me right away when I made a request through BBB for pest control in Summerlin. I made an appointment for the next day and they arrived within the window of time they said. Representative was informative, answered all my questions, and got to the job after explaining the process. We decided to start pest control as soon as the temps were in the 100's.
