I have been using Buddies for about 10 years and I highly recommend them. Gavin and Kyle are amazing. I used to have a bad scorpion problem and they took care of that. I have a monthly service and I have been pest free since using them. very professional and friendly . wont use anyone else !

Excellent service and reasonably priced. Kyle, our serviceman for about 4 years, is outstanding. Always texts the day before and is always on time. If I have any concerns (rarely- i will see a scorpion, which freaks me out, about once a year) he comes back right away. Got rid of a pigeon problem that started nesting in my eaves. Love their service!

First I want to express my unnatural fear of spiders and bugs. We have used Buddies for more than 20 years. The service is excellent. Gavin is very friendly, and answers any question professionally. He makes sure to remind me that he is available any time between monthly service if needed. Gavin has excellent communication skills, and is very flexible with his time frame for service. In addition, Gavin does not make me wait, he has ALWAYS been here at the top of his 2 hour window. He lets me know when he is finished, which is an added convenience. Brian at Buddies is awesome!!! He's been servicing our house for several years and keeps everything under control!! It's crazy, if I notice a random spider or critter it's like clockwork and that same day I get a text letting me know he's coming tomorrow. So his timing is great.... he knows his stuff and the "life" of his product and it works great! There have been one or two occasions I asked him to come a bit earlier and he was very accommodating! It's nice to be able to trust him coming into our house when we aren't home with no hesitations. Thanks Brian!! You're the best!!

This company is great! Our serviceman is Sterling, he is awesome! He always calls before coming to our house, and always does such a good job keeping ALL bugs away. Sterling goes out of his way to do the best job possible. At our house yesterday, a yard maintenance guy accidentally left a gate open. One of our little dogs got out, Sterling saw her run out and chased her down the street to bring her home! Not only great at his job, but also a good guy! These are the people you want taking care of your pest needs! And thanks Sterling!!

I am very impressed with them. 4 years ago, they put up screens on my solar panels (one of the few companies that will do this) to keep out the flying rats (pigeons). Once of the sections came loose and instead of charging for the house call they stated that it was due to one of their fasteners which they guarantee for 5 years! What a relief to work with such an honest and competent family owned business. Highly recommended.

Brian is an exceptional exterminator. Our garage had some cockroaches in it because we keep the dry dog food in there. When he stopped by, he quickly located the source of the problem and fixed it. We barely even knew he was there. The price was affordable and we will definitely use him in the future for any pest control problems we may have.

Nothing but a pleasant experience with these guys! My technician Brian was very thorough and had a ton of knowlage about the pest industry (he also helped set up my sons fly rod). Buddys took care of the pigion and scorpion problem that was plauging my house for years. They are always on time, professional and courteous. Since I've been using Buddys we hardly see any bugs, and they're already dead when we do! I'm definitely happy i chose them!

Buddy's exterminating is a great company to look after your pest control in your home. Every time I've ever called cuz I might have had an issue they've come out straight away to fix it. Prices are reasonable and the bug service personnel are friendly. And when you call the customer service couldn't be nicer.

I had a serious pigeon problem (an understatement) due to my neighbor living behind me feeding these birds. Hundreds of pigeons were roosting on the shopping center directly behind me. For months I tried in vain and desperation trying to get rid of the birds (called the city and the police, shot many of them with my pellet rifle, etc.) all to no avail. My roof, backyard, driveway, and car was covered in pigeon droppings along with feathers in my backyard. I was referred to Buddies for help. I called and Kyle came out to my house the next day. He confirmed the problem and advised a plan to get rid of the birds. Trapping was the recommendation. A trap was placed on top of my roof the following day. Soon thereafter, two more traps were placed on the ground. Over the next seven weeks 356 pigeons were subsequently trapped and exterminated. Kyle did a great job for me. Kyle really went the extra mile by making himself available with phone calls and texting if I had any questions or concerns. I took him up on this offer repeatedly. When the trapping was complete Kyle pressure washed my roof and got everything clean. My life would have been much better and less stressful if I had called Buddies Exterminating out here from the very beginning. Like most people that have had or are now experiencing this problem, they simply don't know what to do. Dealing with a pigeon problem of this magnitude is a serious undertaking and most pest control companies that only spray for bugs simply don't know what to do with a problem like this. If you are reading this and you're seeing a group of pigeons constantly clustered on your roof, pay attention to the signs and act. The birds will not go away. Find out who or what is their food source. The birds are there for a reason. They will only continue to nest/roost/procreate thus increasing in numbers. Give Buddies a call and have them come out and get rid of your pigeon problem. Ask for Kyle. Thanks Buddies and Kyle!

I had a pretty bad ant problem in my kitchen. I called Buddies Exterminating Tuesday night and the owner himself was able to comeout Wednesday afternoon. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the complete exterior of my home and was able to find exactly where the ants were coming in. He also sprayed inside the house along the baseboards. He explained everything he was doing, and even gave me some tips about what to fix to prevent other insect infestations in the future. (My pool pump leaks a little on the pressure side, he told me that the insects love the damp and that I should get that fixed soon.) His prices were great too. I highly recommend him, and I'll definitely be using him for ongoing maintenance!
