The gentleman that came to our home arrived on time and was very professional. He didn't just swoop in for the appointment and start spraying or applying random treatments. He reviewed the areas, took note of the types of ants we had and where they appeared to be traveling. He did a thorough application in the kitchen and half bath where we had noticed ants. He applied a paste type bait behind the kitchen faucets. Then applied a different residual around the exterior foundation. We haven't seen another ant since!! I would definitely recommend Bed Bug Pest Control Solutions I had a rather large nest of yellow jackets in my gazebo and a ground nest in my front yard which led me to BBPCS. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly after my call and got rid of the nests for me. I also signed up for their routine treatments and just recently had the 1st treatment. Their technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions, as well as explained what to expect with the future treatments and provided tips in preventing mice from invading this winter! They shared my caring for honey bees and the important insects around and are very conscientious in their treatments of the house and outbuildings.

We were emailed that the technician would be out today and he was at 9:00 AM. Got all the areas bed bugs hide. In previous years they would come out between visits if we had a lot of rain or an unexpected infestation. We have had them for several years and have no complaints

Had a few issues with the actual scheduling of my appointment (which was not the technicians faut). Once he arrived, He did an excellent job describing the agreement details and then how he was going to treat the issue - both inside and outside applications. He did a thorough job with the treatments and was pleasant to talk to. I would like him as my technician going forward but probably will not happen due to us living outside his assigned area.

Got bed bugs from a school, son brought it home. It was horrible. But now the problem is done & gone. Fantastic customer service. The technician who carried out the inspection was superb. He is a great ambassador for the company, their services, expertise and high professional standards. He made me feel relaxed, he took time to explain to me the process, gave me a thorough overview of what he would do, he carried out a detailed and comprehensive inspection, which reassured me. I believe the company realizes that infestation can have a great psychological impact and your human centered approach is welcoming and refreshing. The company understands that good customer service stems from having an understanding of its customers: by showing empathy and understanding, and providing them with the right solutions. the technician assured me that there was not a problem and explained that you could not therefore apply the insecticide. Fantastic service and a welcome change to see a company acting in an ethical and professional manner.

Superb service and very good treatment options. Everything works with these guys!! Bed bugs is a very traumatic experience when they are found in your home. Emotionally, your mind races trying to figure out how did these silent intruders get into our home. Are we filthy? Are we lazy? your mind races to try to figure out why this happened to us? I'm a tradesman, and have worked hard all of my life, and consider myself intelligent enough that i should be able to tear apart my bedroom and get rid of this intrusive scourge!!! NOT!! My wife called the professionals, these guys on Wednesday afternoon. I was embarrassed, tired of searching for where they may show up next. It was like Superman had arrived on the scene. Steve and Don assured me that we were not filthy people, and that he sees this all the time. After assessing our situation, and seeing what i did to begin with, He kept reassuring me that it will be just fine. He said that he will most likely have to come back a couple of times, but it is nothing that they can't handle. Don actually called me while i was getting ready for their arrival, by moving some ancillary "stuff" out of their way in the bedrooms, and they said that they were done on the previous job early, and if i wanted they could get started now, or will wait until the agreed upon appointment time. How nice that they gave me options!! I said that i was not done moving things out of their way, but they said not to worry, and so i said let's do it. These guys were as professional as could be! They covered their feet, came in and looked over everything, and got to work. they worked hard and explained what they were going to do, and did it. they finished in about 3.5 hrs and told us to leave the house for 4 hours since we had a dog. They were efficient, respectful, and most of all reassuring that it was not anything that we did or didn't do, but just unfortunate that they got into our house and multiplied. it was the most pleasant unwanted experience i have ever had! I spoke to Madelyn and She also was so very supportive, pleasant, and understanding of what type of emotional distress this causes families. I requested to get the same gentlemen back and we agreed upon a date. Bravo for training, hiring and employing such great people who are so skilled at handling such an awful intrusion into lives of unsuspecting people. Thanks so much for such a great team of individuals.

I have a 3 family unit which needed work done due to bed bugs being brought in by a family. The infestation got quite heavy before I was notified so we called these guys to help take care of it. They were extremely professional and helped resolve the issue. Its been about 4 months now - tenants have not seen a bed bug - crossing our fingers however I'm very happy with the service.
