Axis Pest control is an individual owned company and Scott ( the owner ) is so accommodating and hard working , I highly recommend this company . He only has to come every 3 months to spray the outside and it’s much more affordable than the big companies like Orkin . You will always deal with Scott , instead of a different technician each time . The spray he uses is perfect for a house full of children and pets . Any additional visits are free . Seeing that the owner reached out here to apologize shows to me he cares about how his business is operating and I appreciate that. While leaving my original review below, I’m also going to edit it to reflect that. This business blocked me into my driveway while servicing a neighbor. When I asked them to please move, they said “We will be done soon.” That’s unacceptable. Then, as they leave, they end up right in front of me with their temp tag that’s been expired since April 2021. That’s real professional. Oh well… proper authority was notified.

There is no other company that comes close to Axis. First and foremost, Scott's client service is exceptional. He is great for worrisome moms who find a scorpion or when your office is invaded by ants. He is prompt, attentive, honest and the lack of pests proves his effectiveness. I've always had a hard time finding a pest control business I like, but Axis has amazed me!!! They are so kind and their products work wonders!!! We have 2 cats, but Axis has pet friendly products that really kill the bugs and keep the cats safe!! We used to have a lot of spiders in our home but haven't seen a single one since we switched to Axis. The people are easy to work and very professional. My wife and I hired Axis at the end of 2019 when our neighbors reported rats/mice in their yard. I noticed some droppings around my property as well. Since Axis started I haven't seen any more droppings and this is the least amount of insects I've seen since moving into the house. Scott is extremely friendly, does great work, and comes out quickly. Within the last week he came out same day to spray inside my house outside of the regular appointments. Not only are they very professional with great mannerisms, but they go above and beyond in making sure their customers are taken care of. REGARDLESS of what the circumstance may be. I recently moved into a new development and we been trying to get the bugs taken care of because I absolutely freak if I see any. But seeing as it is new ground and we disturbed their environment, they been out creeping around more frequently HA! this company has been with us for two years he's always on time very polite always has a smile on his face and he always works with us when it's timeto for billing. This is the longest Pest Control company I have been with he's the most Pleasant passionate person I have meant for a bug man. It takes the time and listens to you and answers questions and helps you out when you're not understanding the bugs you see. I have been having a problem with thousands tiny carpenter ants in my kitchen and have been spending hundreds of dollars on sprays at lowes that did not work at all. I called axis pest control and they sprayed one time and the problem was over. I have not seen another ant since. They were very reasonably priced well under the competition and a lot less than I was paying for spray. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had just moved into a house, and I was laying in bed, minding my own business when I was stung by a scorpion. I WAS TERRIFIED. The next day I called SEVERAL pest control companies throughout the valley all of which were extremely overpriced. I called Axis, and I asked them about their spray they use, and their prices. Scott was super knowledgeable and informed me on a course of action he wanted to take, and the price beat every other company I had called that day. I said, let's do it, and he was over at my house within the hour (he could obviously sense how traumatized I was haha). He told me that I could see possibly see some either dead, or dying within the following days. I didn't see another indoor, but saw one outside my side door, probably a week before my second spray. I called Scott, and came right out to make sure he was dead (again, I was terrified of these things). He was... so that was good. We are on our third round of spraying and I have yet to see another (dead or alive). 10/10 recommend, we will always use these guys.
