I have used Accurate Pest Control since 2007. The owner, Steve, is very responsive and helpful with any questions I have. Since using this company, I have never had any bugs in or outside of my home. They are always on time and even provide me with a courtesy call the day before so I remember they are coming each month! Very happy with their service and price and highly recommend them to anyone needing a monthly service.

Two months into purchasing our first house, I got to see my first scorpion. As someone who is terrified of bugs, I promptly packed up my work for the day and went elsewhere. My neighbor has been using Accurate since she purchased her home many many years ago. We were impressed with Steve's promptness in response, and honestly in our expectations. Our monthly spray is always on time, and Shane, our technician, always checks in with me on insect activity (or lack there of) to ensure he is spraying in the right areas. One time when I found rat/mice droppings, Steve had someone out the next day, and even was able to look at the feces and determine what rodents we had, and the best course of action. To my surprise, this visit was included in our monthly service fee! A while ago I found a scorpion inside, and while it was dead (as they should be inside), I stilll panicked. Steve answered right away, and was able to have our technician stop by to help. He helped me look for the scorpion (yes I lost it), sprayed inside and outside, and laid down some granules to help. We were having company (pre pandemic) over in a few hours, with small children, therefore this service was beyond appreciated. Since starting with Accurate I have had many pest control companies coming to my door promising me I will NEVER see a bug again if I switch. Well, we live in the desert, you will see bugs. Also, if you have neighbors who do not spray monthly, chances are they will pop over to visit. Although, I can count on one hand how many times I have found a bug in my house. One of those instances is referenced above. Steve gives you the facts and realistic expectations for pest control in the desert. Due to this, we will continue with Accurate, and continue to refer to anyone who has pest control needs.
