Turbo LopezWe have been with this company many years. 20+. We always receive great service, but today the associate who came, Al, to do the actual work of treating the problem, I believe went above and beyond regular duty. He was friendly, knowledgeable, proficient, and very thorough and made me feel good about the job he had done. Overall this is a true 5 Star company! Prices aren’t bad either!
Jeralynn LangtonRobert came to our home for an inspection because we heard "scratching noises". He did 360 exterior inspections at 3 levels; on the roof, under the eves, and at the foundation. He explained what he was doing, his reasons, and what he found. He also popped into the attic to see if there were "critter" droppings. He covered his shoes and used gloves for inside inspections. (we have a WHITE attic ceiling cover). He conducted himself professionally yet was personable with attentive listening to our concerns and questions. He gave a quality service that was very thorough. Be sure to ask for ROBERT to service your home ! !

Very pleased that I took out a yearly maintenance fee to help protect the home. WISE INVESTMENT! My advice to others considering doing so? Skip the daily Starbucks Frappuccinos, and invest in your home with Ecola. Your home - and your waistline, will thank you!

Coincidentally, Ecola experienced a communications blackout; I was unable to contact them on the day of the tenting or the day or its removal. I have had no difficulty with pests (termites, ants) since the tenting, which I appreciate very much.

Irene PierceI have an annual service for termite inspection and pest extermination. The gentlemen that ECOLA employs are courteous, responsive and go the extra mile to please. I am 76 years old and, on occasion, need assistance with retrieving and/or moving something in my home and while there whoever is spraying the perimeter of my residence or inspecting always asks if there is something they can help me with. I do not always need assistance, but it is always much appreciated when I am asked.
