The techs are always super nice and do a really good job. The issues I’ve been having seemed untreated until Orkin. It may seem kind of pricey in the long run, but I think it’s worth it. And they come out free of charge between services which is amazing!

This spring/summer, we have had this Orkin team come to service our property three times. On each occasion, the exterminator has been very helpful, pleasant, thorough and efficient. We were having some issues with wasps and hornets populating on our porch, issues with ants indoors and big spiders. After their first service appointment with us, we have had great results ever since. Their communication is also very thorough, reminding you about upcoming appointments, etc. Thank you!

I called Orkin in the morning and they had Shelly at my house by 2:00 on the same day. Shelly, the tech who applied the treatment, is a great ambassador for Orkin and is the best "face of the company" that they could hope for. She was very pleasant, profession, and careful with our personal items. She is knowledgeable about her field and was happy to explain things as she went about her work. If the rest of the company is like her, this will be a solid business for years to come. We'll have to wait and see if the treatments are effective but so far I'm happy I chose Orkin!

So happy that I reached out about this service. My inspector was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with me as he walked me through the process. The price is incredibly reasonable and worth every penny. Apparently September falls within spider season and is the reason why I had been seeing so many and although wolf spiders are harmless I prefer to never see them again. So so thankful they were able to come out next day to inspect and treat my home.

Had 2 gentleman for 2 different services arrive earlier than expected (which was extremely convenient), they were thorough, worked together although at my home for different tasks (termite inspection vs pest control), they were extremely educational and friendly. If you are looking for flea control, I dont think they have done a good job with mine. We got two treatments , 14 days apart, with daily vacuum and frequent bedding washing, even steam clean the sofa, the flea number dropped first and then came back 3 weeks after the last treatment. They also changed schedule on us or were late for appointments. The treatment was fast (15min for 2600 sq fr house) and the time the treatment was supposed to be dry, it was not dry so we had to look for hotel. When I called them I usually get a cooperation answer unless I asked for the supervisor. I went with orkin because I didn’t see a review talking about this, so I am leaving this review for other people.

We are current Orkin customers for monthly treatments for spiders. This morning I noticed a hornets nest up in our tree. I called and found that removal of this nest was included in our services. Rich came within an hour of my call, provided me and my kids a ton of education on hornets, and changed his removal approach when I mentioned we wanted to save the nest for my kids preschool class. This requires him to treat it more slowly and come back again to check on it. He had no hesitations. He was absolutely wonderful and I am so impressed with his professionalism.

The technician was friendly and answered any question I had. They plugged holes and laid down multiple traps. My only issue was that my initially scheduled appointment was for Friday but I got a erroneous text saying the appointment was for the following Tuesday. Naturally I was confused so I called Orkin to verify the initial appointment, which they confirmed. This left me wondering if the technician had changed the appointment. He did call within the appointment window and showed up 20 minutes later.

The orkin technicians (especially jason) Have always been super nice ! I have used orkin for 22 years. Its not until this past year did it seem as if orkin went from chemicals to water. I literally get more deceased bugs 🐛 and spider 🕷 By use of the water 💧 hose . Very very disappointing. Its not the technicians fault but we the customers are getting ripped off. !!!!!

We had a wonderful technician named Byron who came 4 times a year to treat our pesky ant problem. He was beyond kind, would always contact my husband or myself before coming out, and would treat the inside of our house so that we did not have any ants. We joked that he was a member of the family because he was that thoughtful and provided wonderful service! However, this last month (May) we had a new technician named Minh come. We were not contacted, he sprayed the outside of our house (when we specifically request the inside to be treated) and charged us for service. We called and asked him to come back to treat the inside of our house. He came back (this time while we were home) and again only treated the outside of our house. My husband even explained what treatment Byron used inside the house and asked him to do the same, but he refused. He then showed up again in June without contacting us, treated outside, and charged us again for service when we are only on a plan to receive treatment every 3 months. We have tried calling the Orkin number that was on the email we received, as well as numerous numbers listed online. Every number we call keeps saying that all customer service representatives are busy and that we need to leave a message, but then it says the mailbox is full and disconnects. Needless to say, where once we sung Orkin praises and would have recommend them to neighbors and friends, we are now completely disgusted with their services. We are no longer receiving the treatment we requested, are being charged outside of our contract and cannot get ahold of anyone to help rectify the situation. Come on Orkin -- you can do better than this!

He explained what they could do for us, how they would accomplish it, and very clearly explained the costs. I was at my wits’ end with trying to control these sugar ants, as I had always been able to control them with Terro. This time, we were just outnumbered. It has now been about 2 weeks, and I have not seen one ant, spider, or other bug in my home, except for an obviously sick, half dead centipede. Yay!
