I have used Green Home Pest Control for over 5 years now. I have never had a bad technician. They are all respectful, careful, and thorough. The main scheduling/customer service center has always been helpful with price adjustments based on my own life changes (this is my 3rd different property with them). They send reminder emails and you can communicate with them through text. Overall, nothing but great experiences!

From the schedulers, to the reps that send the service reminders and the techs that come out to perform the service you could not ask for a better team. They are always super friendly, very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. We always get sales reps coming to our door to sell their extermination services and I always decline and share how happy I am with Green Home.

We have been using Green Home Pest Control for a few years now. All of their service technicians have been friendly and professional. They email to remind us of the upcoming scheduled maintenance. On the day of service they ring the doorbell to let me know they are there and ask if there are any specific areas of concern. When they are do e they leave a card showing when they finished and who the technician was in case you have questions. We just found termites in our garage and Green Home sent Cameron out the next day to do a free thorough inspection. He explained the options we would have for abatement and followed with an email quote the same day. Daren is phenomenal to work with. He has done the yard bug maintenance and today took care of the termites. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner too!

We have been using Green Home Pest Control for 5 years now and they have always been great! Since the day we moved into our house they have been coming out. They are very good at letting us know what they laid down, if they found anything, or if we bring up any concerns they sometimes will leave us with extra sticky pads, or spray extra in certain areas and give us tips and tricks on how to take care of those pests. They are accommodating when I need to reschedule or have a special request.

In the past I saw a few cockroaches a few weeks after service and they came back out within a few days and sprayed again for free. After using this service I stopped seeing cockroaches and scorpions all together. Recently Ian has been servicing my new residence, he’s always friendly, professional and informative. Very helpful and knowledgeable we have used green home for 3 years now. Even though we are in a condo and share walls we have seen very few and considerably less pests since we bought our home in 2019. They come out every other month and in between services if there is a need, at no charge. We are glad we found green home.

I so far have really enjoyed using green house pest control... their front office staff is great ... jen has made sure to get me well taken care of each time i have spoken with her. I believe their start-up deal was very reasonable as i only paid $40 for the first time out... then after tbey come bi-monthly for $80. I thought it was a good deal.. But on the termite side of it, i thought they were WAY to steep for me at $1000 to start. And i tried to connect my neighbor with them and they told him $5000 for a 5 year contract.... OUCH! Needless to say, he went elsewhere... But if your just looking for general pest control. I like them! Thx!

This was my first time using an exterminating company Soo I was a little nervous. But the person on the phone was great and Sam was awesome. He listened and went over what needed to be done. By the time Sam left I felt much better about the scorpion issues we were having.

Brian came out today and he was so friendly and answered all my questions that I had regarding the treatment. He even gave the dogs some milk bone treats a few times. He was absolutely the greatest! He did our whole inside, even getting into every little corner and all over the backyard. We have used several other pest control companies and they have nothing on Green Home pest control. (Not even the company with the same first name). This is our second treatment with them, we haven’t seen anything alive since the first treatment. If you are looking for amazing service, wonderful people and quality care then you MUST call them and schedule and appointment. Trust me they are hands down the absolute best!!

I contacted Green Home Pest Control after finding a few scary critters in my back yard that were feasting on a vast cricket population! They responded immediately to an online enquiry and within 10 minutes my appointment was set for the next day! The technician was a really nice guy and very informative, taking time to explain what type of treatments were being used and why. They gave me an option of a regular service contract but there was no pressure to sign up, and payment was easy and contactless via their online payment portal. I thought the pricing was fair and the service was excellent (and yes, I did sign up for the yearly service!). Highly recommended by a very happy customer!

I always have a great experience with them, especially because they use a big deterrent that is safe for humans to be around! Cameron did my service today and he was especially great. I love that they always come within the window they say they will and it's a short window. This company has always been so nice and has done such a great job every time they're here. I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. Today Brian even had given dog treats to my dogs!(smart guy!) I love this company, how personal they make me feel and I plan to keep them as long as they will have me!

Have used this company for over 1 year for quarterly bug maintenance and have been very please. They show up on time and are professional. Only one time did we have a bug in the house so must have been a freak occurrence. Their cardboard sticky traps caught a baby rattler in the garage that was caught sometime while we we gone for a couple months during the AZ summer. These small cardboard traps catch little lizards in the garage often. Very please with service and technicians.

Brian came to perform pest services at my home today. He was amazing. He was very thorough with the service through out the inside of my house and garage, as well as, the backyard. When he was done with the services, he shared some interesting factoid about a Palo Verde beetle that he had seen during spraying. Then, he noticed my gate had been caught by the wind facing out, when it should be closing into the backyard. He graciously ask for a couple of tools and fixed the gate for me. The whole service, interesting bug factoid and quickly repairing my gate was SO above and beyond. Brian is quite an asset to Green Home Pest Control. I will highly recommend your services.

Called Green Home Pest after finding some cockroaches and crickets around one of my rental properties. I needed service ASAP so I could get new tenants in place quickly. Brian (service technician) from Green Home showed up promptly, wore a face mask and took all COVID-19 precautions given this crazy pandemic we're all dealing with. Green home is very uncoordinated, and have a hard time following requests such as; call 20 minutes before you arrive and coming on days you say work for you. Other than that I have never had a problem with their service, if I need a re-treatment they are always happy to come out, or at least try to get something on the calendar.

We have been a customer of Green Home Pest Control the past six months and they have been awesome. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I had to. We have had an ongoing Roach issue the past few months which is not fun and the team at Green Home Pest Control has been great about coming out in between our service dates as we are trying to figure out where the roaches are coming from. They don't give me a hard time and stick to their guarantee that if the issue continues and they have to come out before our normal service date that the visit is no cost. Each time they come out they are being more and more diligent about trying to figure out what is going on and I am confident they will get to the root of the problem. All the service people are very knowledgeable. Overall it has been a great experience.

Green Home pest control was so awesome! They came and did an inspection for us because we were hearing some odd noises in our wall. Turns out, we have a rat trying to make a home in our attic! Very happy with our first service. We moved into a newly built home a few weeks ago. It was full of crickets, moths, and spiders due to workmen constantly going in and out. One treatment and all of that is gone. They use environmentally friendly products too, so I expected it to take some time to get rid of these pests. Seems to be a good company. Prices are comparable to others, they can work out different treatment schedules with you, the office staff is friendly, and most of the techs are courteous and careful. One thing that really impressed me was the first tech we had who, in addition to treating our property, was pointing out potential entry points for bugs (and scorpions!). The other techs we've had since then were less informative about stuff like that when we ask questions (which sometimes we do), which is why I didn't go to 5-stars here. This continues to be our pest control service.

I've been using this service for about 3 years and I've never been disappointed. They spray the outside and inside of my house. I have 2 kids and 3 animals and having safe pest control is so important in the desert. The spray not only works wonders, it does not give off an odor! I am super sensitive to the smell of most pesticides and these don't smell. Most importantly the sprays they use actually work! No black widows, no roaches, no ants, no bugs in 3 years. Best of all, the customer service is fantastic. They show up when they say they will, the techs are always super friendly and if you need a touch up spray in between they'll come out for free. I am giving green house pest control 4 stars for their service to remove bed bugs from my house. I am basing this score off of their customer service, their overall service quality and their cost of service. Their customer service was good but they sometimes don't answer the phone or may take a 4 hours to a 1/2 of a day to get back to you. But they will get back to you. There overall service was just as described, they even came back 3 weeks after my third service "spray" when I thought I was getting bite again. By the way the price was probably the best part. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else and I had 6 estimates. OMG I don't know how i would pay 800 to 1K dollars for a spray service that seems so simplistic. BTW I looked up the chemical after taking a picture of the label; I looked up the information from the manufacture, the chemical mixture seemed rather standard for the method of bedbug removal. I don t know why I would pay someone a couple hundred more dollars to spay the same insecticides around my house as for 20-15 mins three times. I hoped this helps some of you guys out. I would hate for you to pay a couple hundred more for the same type of service using the same types of insecticides. Joseph King

Green Home Pest Control has done a great job of helping us to keep scorpions and spiders out of our home. We live in a high scorpion area and have many of them on the outside wall of the property. Before we started with Green Home, they were also inside the house and on the perimeter of our home. While still active, scorpions are only in areas away from the house where they come from neighboring yards. Green Home also uses chemicals that are not toxic to our dog!
