Breda did wildlife removal from my attic. For years my daughter told me that she heard what she thought were birds in the attic. What was actually found were evidance of squirrels, birds and bats. Breda performed the initial inspection and told me exactly what they would do to seal up all their entry points, hepa vacuum the waste and disinfectant the attic. The surprise was when they found the area the squirrels chewed from the chimney to go directly into my attic. They had also chewed through the beam holding up my chimney. I called a contractor and he made the necessary repairs so they could no longer have access. Breda workers were very knowledgeable, professional and productive. Their customer service was exceptional and I will continue to use them with their annual warranty on the services that they offer. This company and their staff are all customer service friendly and professional. You will not find a better company. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.

Little Mike, Dre and Kaleb were total professionals with my carpenter bee problem. They came on time and in uniform! The were courteous and polite which is increasingly becoming more rare. They were knowledgeable of their process, product and invited me to learn about what they were doing and using. They were thorough in their job. They let me know when they were done. Gave me further advice and reminded me I had a 90 guarantee if I had any further issues. I've also used their service for indoor pest on this new renovation house and they have been nothing but courteous professionals. I've had the pleasure of meeting several of their agents and each one is a true representation of good service from Brenda. I'd highly recommend them.

I want to send a HUGE thank you to Lester and Luke! They did a great job taking care of a bat problem at our house. Lester called me to tell me the job was done (we were out of town). He also told me that he found a hole in my roof from a fallen branch. He texted me photos of the hole he found and wished me luck with the repairs. Today, I took a look at the hole on the roof that Lester and Luke found and could see that they filled the hole with caulk to prevent any further damage. They never told me they did that. It was so far above and beyond the call of duty! I can’t thank them enough. Also, many thanks to you for keeping such caring staff on hand

I switched to Breda three years ago for termite inspection and treatment after using another company for many years. I should have switched sooner! I am now a happy and satisfied Breda customer! I am sorry I don't remember the names of the technicians that have performed my termite treatment and inspections! However, they have always been on time, professional, and reliable. Breda is also a better value than my previous company. The technicians are very informative and answer any questions that I have. In fact, at a previous termite/home inspection, the technician noticed evidence of roof rat infestation in my attic and brought that to my attention. Until he caught that, I did not know there was an issue. He gave me information on how I could proceed to take care of the issue. Lee, from Breda, came out and inspected my home and attic. After a thorough inspection, Lee provided information, explained what type of work would need to be performed, and gave me an estimate. He even honored a general quote the technician had given me months before. I was satisfied with his service and didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. This week Breda performed the wildlife exclusion. The great team of technicians was Lil' Mike, Caleb, and Willante. These gentlemen did an excellent job! They were on time, very friendly, very professional, and worked efficiently! My situation was a little different in that I am having my roof replaced soon. The Breda team had a phone conference with my roofer. This insured that all parties could work together, understood the work that each was performing, and wouldn't invalidate the others' work. We have used Breda for our pest control and just used their Wildlife Management services. From the first meeting to assess our needs to the Little Mike and Caleb coming to Wildlife proof our home our experience has been great. I made arrangements with the company to move us up while we were out of town. I had our son meet them the morning of the treatment. They were through and called me after the service was completed. They walk you through the process once the house is sealed and set traps to remove any pests that maybe still in the house. When we arrived home from our trip there was a mouse in a trap. All I had to do was call and Breda came and disposed of the mouse and checked all traps. This is a service they provide following the treatment and are on call for ongoing service at no charge after the initial sealing of the home. It does come with a lifetime guarantee and can be sold with the house if a person sells. We are absolutely obsessed with keeping our house spotless and never leaving anything out that would attract mice or worse. However most homes are not sealed properly and all a mouse needs is 1/4 of an inch to get in. I would recommend using the Wildlife service of Breda even if you do not see anything at the moment. I told my wife If I was a builder this would be something I would sell with every new home. It is worth the money for sure. We love Breda as a company!

We switched to Breda 2 months ago, because of disinterested service with the provider we had used for years. Breda has been courteous, responsive, and effective for us so far. Mike was out doing our inspection last week and could not have been friendlier and more helpful. He actually expressed appreciation for being able to serve us! The difference between a good company and a great company. Breda is Great. Recently, I hired Breda Pest Management to perform a wildlife exclusion service for Bats in an area of my house. We had to wait a long time so the critters can leave safely and we can close out this small area above my roofline. Unfortunately, the first sealing that was used was really sloppy and I wasn't happy. Breda immediately sent someone out to fix it twice because they cared about my satisfaction. Today, they sent out 3 techs. Brian, Giovanni, and Caleb. What a group of pros! They took me outside, and showed me their work and were proud of the result and I couldn't help but be proud too. I went out and it just...it looks phenomenal. I was worried about complaining, but Breda never made me feel bad about it they just said we're gonna send someone out to make it right. And they did. I'm so happy with my service here! You should be too if you hire them. Thanks Breda!!

This was the first time we used Breda Pest Management and we were very pleased with the service provided. Taylor Irvin gave us an overview of what to expect before conducting his Wildlife Exclusion survey. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After contacting several other pest control companies. we found Breda to be the most competitive. On the day of the install, the technicians Lester and Luke were also extremely courteous and did a great job. We would highly recommend Breda Pest Management.

This was my first time using Breda. They came highly recommended by a family member. My initial appt with Durham McKinley made me without a doubt hire Breda to do my exclusion. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. When the team arrived to do the exclusion, Little Mike, Ethan and Tyler, again I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and very courteous. Little Mike explained and walked me through every step and detailed every step they were going to do as well as what to expect after the exclusion. He answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction. Although Little Mike was the team leader, Ethan and Tyler were both professional and very efficient in the task they did. If the rest of your staff is anything like Little Mike, Ethan and Tyler, then you are more than a FIVE STAR!!!
