Justin Trammel has been servicing our house since we moved here eleven years ago. He is always punctual and does a very thorough job. He always asks if we have seen anything in particular that we want his treatment to focus on and then follows through. He always informs us of his findings and makes suggestions for other services available if we want them. He is a super nice guy and a pleasure to work with. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful too. We never worry about insects in our house because we never have any! This is an excellent company to do business with and we highly recommend them.

I just moved into a new place and there were many creepy crawlies I was concerned with eliminating , I saw an Adams truck driving that same day so I gave them a call. The phone call and set up for service was very easy, I was very satisfied with the service provided and our technician who came out, Christopher West was very friendly, professional , and knowledgeable, he was very patient with the questions we had and helped alleviate concerns we had about the chemicals used. Our dog who is intolerant of strangers became quick friends with him. Adams pest was very accommodating in scheduling and most importantly the bugs were eliminated. I Would Recommend them to anyone looking for excellent and prompt service.

We have used Adam’s Extermination Co., for a few years now! We are extremely pleased with their service. All of the technicians are professional and polite. In particular Freddy does the bi-monthly spray around the exterior of our house. He is courteous and professional, always coming to the door to let us know he is there for his visit. He asks if any unusual insect activity needs to be addressed. It should be noted that the techs are always smartly dressed in those white, long sleeved white shirts and khaki, even in 100+ degree weather. Adams is a terrific company!

Adams Exterminating has provided my pest control service for more than 25 years. I'm on a quarterly pest control plan with them. Unless I'm having a rare pest problem inside my home, they treat only the outside. I love this because I don't have to be home for the visits, and because it works! I have been thrilled with their service. The company's communication is excellent and seamless. The technicians are kind, personable, knowledgable, and professional. Johnny was my pest control technician until very recently. He was always prompt and friendly; he's a great communicator, and he's an expert in his field. I highly recommend this company!

Some very aggressive hornets had suddenly taken up residence under my old shed. Adams promptly sent out Rolando. He devised a 2-part plan, which he executed on the spot. I'd tried the spray-and-run technique with a can or two, and didn't think his stuff was going to work, but his strategy, patience and expertise won out. No more hornets! He followed up a week later and dug out what parts of the nest he could reach. He took the time to show me and explain the different colony members, etc. and what I could expect. Very friendly; knew his stuff! I was very pleased. The whole company is very responsive and very polite - I highly recommend them!

Cesar is our exterminator and he is always so friendly and helpful. We went ahead and added a termite bait trap system to our regular service. The cost is a bit pricey, but less expensive as an add on to our existing service than if we had bought termite protection as a stand alone service. But I’m very happy with the customer service that Adams provides. Would definitely recommend!

Before we had Adam’s treat our home, we had horrible spiders, rodents, and mosquitoes since we live near the lake. You didn’t want to even go outside. When David Martell started servicing our home, he worked so hard to clean up the spider webs and would spray diligently to kill them and the crazy mosquitoes. It is so nice to be able to go outside and actually enjoy our back porch without spiders dropping on your head or a cloud of mosquitoes following you around the moment you step out the door. On top of that we’ve had springtails infest our bathroom sink and he was always accommodating spraying in there, they were tough to get rid of, but they have cleared up! We’ve also had field rats in the landscaping and roof rats in the attic and David has always been very responsive in dealing with those issues! David is amazing! Steven came by promptly and professionally to inspect my home for German roaches. He quickly identified the main hub and treated all around my kitchen for them. We built new on acreage we carved out of the weeds and woods as our final home and plan to remain it in after retirement. I can tell you every type of critter you can imagine was on our land. Building new, we didn't have any pest issues and we wanted to keep it that way! So, we called Adams PC to get setup on a maintenance program. Randy, my prime service technician is awesome. When we started, they sprayed the inside of the house once (us and the dogs were out of the house for about 1-2 hrs at a dog park to let everything dry, then it was pet safe) and they sprayed the outside of the house and yard. It's been over a year and we have not had any pests inside the house and never needed them to reapply anything inside. They come every month or so and just take care of the outside. It has been amazing and they touch base with us every visit to make sure everything is okay and inform us of any findings. We subscribed to the bi-monthly service from Adams Exterminating early spring of this year (2021), and I've noticed a significant decrease of ants (no springtime swarms in the kitchen this year!) and other crawlies. Our tech, David Cude, has been thorough, informative, and professional. I was worried about how the spray might effect our animals, and we talked about kids/pets around the spray, and we made sure to keep everyone safe. When I discovered rats in the attic, David explained our options and set things up the next day. So far, so good! Really happy with their service.
