Very professional working analyst help me. Did inspections from A to Z and also provided me some pictures to show my landlord the horrible conditions that I'm living in. I greatly appreciate all the help. I highly recommend them especially my technician she was a pleasure. Though this is still a horrible situation because I'm fighting cockroaches this individual truly help me feel better about possibly having this fixed though it can take several times to do this as I have a roach infestation. Our home sits on a lake and misquote concerns are high for me. He suggested Misquote treatment and how it works. I'm so very happy with the service and now Misquote treatment too! The plan is affordable and will treat again if the misquotes have increased. Orkin has been our go to Pest Control for over 6 years now. This is our 2nd home and it's a new build so upon moving in we noticed mice in the house and spiders outside. Orkin came to the rescue within a day after move in. I had a problem with an old contract that was not explained clearly to me in the past, but because I am a long-time customer, they “made it right”. Michael, Randy, and Haeden were all very helpful and responsive. I insisted on Randy to do the actual work on my home because of his vast experience and dependability. He did not disappoint me. There is one more piece to be done, but I am not concerned that it will be taken care of in a timely manner. I am glad I decided to stick with Orkin. And a year later (3/3/2033), Alex C came out and did our full 1 year inspection. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions with patience (including calling the office to double check on a few things). I am very pleased with the PEOPLE with whom I’ve dealt with at Orkin in the past year and 1/2.

Contacted Orkin late on a Sunday night, they were here by 8:30 the next morning spraying the house after we’ve had several live cockroaches found inside over the weekend. We’re very thorough and sprayed the entire house every room, installed glue traps in every bathroom and the attic and the garage and sprayed for mosquitoes outside as well as granules in the yard.

Guatavo was a great guy! The customer service guy who initially set up the appointment lied about not having contracts and being able to cancel at anytime with no fees or penalties.Once gustavo got here he handed me a 12 month contract and explained the terms to me. I was upset at the fact that I was expecting a few months of service and now having to sign a 12 month contract. Gustavo immediately called his supervisor and got this issue fixed. He is a true professional and because of him we will continue any future services with Orkin.

When a snake got trapped on one of the sticky pads inside of my garage door late yesterday afternoon, I called Orkin right away. I left the snake on the sticky pad outside, next to my garage. Mr. Samuel came this morning during the time that he was expected but the snake had somehow managed to get off of that sticky pad. Only the pad with a little lizard trapped on it was left. I was impressed by what Mr. Samuel knew about snakes. He said that the snake had managed to use a shrub near the garage door to release itself from the pad and get away. When I showed him a picture of the snake that I had taken yesterday, he said that it was a really large snake, not a garter snake that is common to where I live. He replaced both of the sticky pads inside of my garage door. Then, he walked around the outside of my house to make sure that the snake really was gone. I was especially grateful that he thought to do that. Thank Mr. Samuel for me, please.

We initially got the service to help with a wasp issue we were having last December. After the first treatment the wasps seemed to go away. I am not sure if it was because of the weather changing or the treatment working, but no more wasps. We did get wasps back again this year even though we had the services every other month. Orkin was professional, on time and great with communication. They were able to successfully treat a spider issue outside on our porch.

My brother works for Orkin in California, and suggested we call them to handle our squirrel problem in the attic. We’ve heard activity in the attic and there are some droppings. Orkin sent someone to check it out, and I was so impressed with the free and thorough inspection. Rich did and awesome job on the report and took pictures for the report. I was not pressured at all to do any of the services. In fact, it took us a while to call them back to finally have some thing a done, as we wanted to save up for the services and not have to finance anything. Rich did another report since some time had passed and updated everything. We had a gentleman come out today to do the services and I was very impressed. Very glad we chose Orkin. I just moved into a home I bought that had been undergoing renovations for some time and moved in to a gnat/fruit fly/drain fly problem. I called Orkin yesterday, June 26th and spoke to a wonderful and hilarious woman named Nicki (spelling?). She was helpful in finding a solution and getting someone out first this this morning. I also knew I needed routine pest control so she walked me through different options based on what I needed and thoroughly explained how it all works. This morning, I received a call from Kent asking if it was okay if he headed my way now and would be here in 10 minutes. He arrived right on time and was very personable and sprayed my house, yard & garage, cleaned my kitchen drain, put drain cleaner in all my drains, and set several traps & “report cards” in areas that these tiny flies could be coming from. I appreciate that he took the time to explain WHY and HOW it all works. Very professional & just super easy to talk to which is important when letting someone into my home! He also took the time to walk me through the different charges. I have had a positive experience since the minute I first called Orkin. I look forward to living in a fly free home & be protected against all other pests. Thank you guys!

We’ve used Orkin on the outside of our home for mosquito treatment since we bought in 04/2018 and added preventative interior pest control in early 2020. To date they have always been respectful, accommodating and professional. We have a had 2 different techs and both have been great. The office staff has also been helpful as well. We’ve had to change a few appointment dates and times at the last minute and it was done with no issues and immediately. We are very happy with the services.

We have been using Orkin services for 4 years now, in 3 different properties. We are very happy with the quick service and the efficiency of their visits. You usually don’t even know they are there. You get a text that they are there. You let them in, and they get right to work. The visit usually take about 15 minutes. We have had great success with the general insect extermination, seasonal mosquito service, and a special termite treatment for 2 of our homes with great success. Highly recommended.

I have an annual contract with Orkin for termites. It's pretty standard that they come and inspect and then leave. This past visit, I was contacted that it was time for my inspection. Randall was actually running early and called to see if it was okay to come to my house early, which was great and very much appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and not only did a termite inspection, but pointed out places in my home that rodents could possibly enter and that I should address. He did not hard sell me on my need to use Orkin to solve these potential issues. We talked and he actually shared solutions that I could do myself. Upon further conversations, I did ask him about Orkin's services in solving these potential issues and he agreed to give me estimates in menu form. I have not received those, yet, but I do look forward to reviewing them and will definitely consider hiring them to address these. I do not currently use Orkin as my pest control service, so I do appreciate his thoroughness, honesty and professional knowledge. Using Orkin as my main pest control service, though, is something that I will evaluate and consider. My overall experience was positive.

I was quite impressed with the Orkin team that came to my house. The inspector took his time to fully examine my house and answered all my questions along with a smile. I didn't feel like I was being sold something, but was being helped. The extermination team came on time and did their job efficiently along with even more smiles. Orkin has been an uphill climb in customer satisfaction. We started service for a wasp nest removal, but the tech was not informed. We signed up for a year of service, but we're informed after We paid that wasps weren't covered and removal was and additional cost. The customer service deteriorated egregiously from the first miscommunication. Scheduling issues, billing issues, lack of internal communication all cumulated to the point we called to cancel service. Since we called to cancel, Orkin has fixed all of the issues. Today, I met Rich Boyett, a senior specialist with Orkin. Rich is a very warm, pleasant, and friendly person. I immediately showed him the dog's bowl of waters with little bugs. He identified the bugs as flying ants. We then went inside the house. He called his office to see when my yearly inspection was due and got permission to inspect my house. This man went through every room in the house and every closet with his flashlight looking for any signs of terminates, and found none. He went under the cabinets and went up in the attic to look for any standing water by the air condition, he looked up at the roof, he looked everywhere. I felt as through he was treating my house like he was inspecting his own house. We went outside and walked around the house looking at the foundation and also found no problems. Mohammed was very patient and he answered all my many questions. So far it seems to be a success. It was raining really badly off and on that day so he couldn't do my patio or outside but said you guys would come back when it was dry and do that part. That's okay though because it'll give me an easy chance to ask for any touch ups or extra areas that need it if they hapoen to come up but i think it is ok. Just don't know what to do with the littke tubes on my kitchen floor or how long i need to leave them there cuz they are kinda big and mopping might be rough or get them wet easily but i will ask later after i let things do their thing for a bit. I just appreciate the patience and that I have only seen one roach today...AND IT WAS DEAD! YAY😀😀😀
