The best service ever , always on time , they help you with everything you need they listen , just by seeing a single bug they will know exactly how to treat it , they will come back in a couple of weeks to check if the treatment is working , if you’re not there they will leave a note on the door and tell you to reschedule anytime and still treat the outside of your house , if I could give more then 5 stars I would !!! The man (I feel ashamed I can't remember his name) is fantastic he is friendly, informed and very efficient and a former veteran 🙏 He has removed my mud wasp nest and will clean up the mess and ensure my dogs are inside before spraying. He has blocked the doggie door so they do not enter the backyard to protect them. He will text before coming and text when he is leaving. BEST OF ALL - NO YUCKIE INSECTS I don't want to harm the bees and butterflies. I love my garden, the lizards, and the earthworms, and I wanted to make sure I didn't do anything to harm them, and He takes care and precautions when treating my yard.

Having shopped around, their pricing is competitive - not the cheapest, but reasonable particularly considering the clarity beyond what they do to manage pests. They are scheduled quarterly, however should you have any reemergence of pest they will come back out at no charge to apply needed treatments. Modern Pest serviced my home by providing pest prevention treatments prior to us purchasing it. Seeing that pests were not a problem we have continued to use their services and have been pleased with the results. They perform quarterly treatments/termite inspections - usually only spraying outside. They use the minimum amount of chemicals needed to do the job. I am an avid gardener and I encourage beneficial bugs in my gardens. The treatments used do not kill my precious good guys. Billy usually performs our treatments. He is reliable and professional. They respond quickly should an issue pop up between treatments and do an excellent job showing you potential issues (tree limbs touching house) that should be managed.

I bought my house as a foreclosure and it was infested with roaches, mice and bugs and they were able to completely get rid of them before I had to move my stuff in. I continued the service so they wouldn't return especially since I have lots of trees in my yard it keeps them coming back. The only bugs I ever see are dead ones! I also ended up with an infestation of fleas because I had gone way past due on flea prevention on my pets... I thought how hard could it be, I'll just get the stuff from the pet store to get rid of them. After 2 months of washing and spraying everything in the house over and over I gave up and had my house professionally treated for fleas too. I'm so glad I did because the war is finally over! I got so sick of picking fleas off of me constantly and gitting bitten... I finally have my pets back on flea prevention from the vet and everything nice and clean! Life can be back to normal! I highly reccomend them, as they are very professional, easy to schedule and show up ready and on time every time!

Jeff and Cory are fantastic. Your office personnel except for Cindy needs to be more informed on what they are suppose to do. 1. Emails or cards are to be sent out when service is to done on. Also what service is to be done. I go out of town frequently and have no internet service. It use to be that emails where sent out at least two weeks in advance. Due to the fact that what Jeff needs to do has to be watered in—I requested that I personally okay when he comes. I talked to Cindy about this this morning. If I hadn’t had a bug problem I would not have known Jeff was do my yard on the 10th. I had minor surgery scheduled for that day so I was in town. I wasn’t going to be in town otherwise. Twice I was scheduled to have my bug problem straightened out. Cindy called this morning and we got a date for Jeff to come out that was agreeable to both of us.

I called and was scheduled for service right away. This morning when Ronnie arrived I was on the phone with a company I was having an issue with and it was not pretty. I had to stay on the call, this mess has been going on for several days and I was afraid that if I asked them to hold they would “disconnect” anyway Ronnie had to listen to me yelling on the phone and was just laughing and laughing. When I got off the call I gave him the short version and he took my mood from blood boiling to laughing. He is not only good at his job he is great for your company and customer relations! Oh he sprayed for the wasp, knocked down a mud dobber nest and even squished a spider for me while he was here. That’s a big deal for a single gal! I don’t know if you ever do anything to recognize when your employees go above and beyond but he is an asset to your company and should get an ada’boy! So glad I went with Modern Pest Control!
