Cameron our technician who came for the initial service was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Usually I’m a little wary of door to door salesmen, but Spencer was not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions with ease. The price was $20 less than we were paying with our exterminators and the reviews were spectacular. First service: Promptness - The two guys showed up a little after their designated start time, but we had scheduled less than 24 hours prior so that’s understandable. I saw them park and they didn’t dawdle getting to the door. Professionalism - Very professional. Phillip and Ethan(I think) were very courteous and started with introducing themselves. (Which is why I’ve potentially forgotten Ethan’s name.) They gave a detailed explanation of what this service and future services were going to entail. Work - Both guys were very fast in their work and explained all the ins and outs of how to make it last. Overall this has been the best exterminator service we have had to date. I will update this review after two more services. -- Update: I'm excited to say that even after a few months we have had no issues. Not only were they able to completely get rid of the ants we had periodically seen, but Jason even explained what they did differently to get rid of them. We definitely recommend EcoGuardian.

If I felt that the treatment on the house was washed away by the rain and was no longer serving its purpose, they happily sent out another service for free :)

So James was the person who sold me on the company. He ensured me it would be puppy safe which was the most important part for me. I have been very worried about bugs/spiders with all the rain but so afraid of chemicals hurting my animals. Then Cameron came out to perform the service and was so nice. I received my first treatment yesterday by LaMarcus and Robert, who arrived on time and explained thouroughly about the treatment and answered all my concerns. We moved into a new home with newly sodded yard which was infested with spiders! Since I just had my yard and home treated, I will update my review with the results of the treatment in a few weeks. I am very pleased with the customer service that is provided by EcoGuardian and their pricing is fair for recurring treatments. Update 2/22/20- 2 years later and still very happy with the treatment and service provided by EcoGuardian. I had an issue with fire ants and had them come out a second time.. came out immediately and treated again.. found were they were entering my home.. small hole in my hardwood floors.. they treated a year ago and haven’t had a problem since. Thank you EcoGuardian!

I've seen some spiders around because of new community building. He wipes away the webs and sprays around the top of my back porch and it always helps tremendously. Cameron came out today and was extremely professional and knowledgeable on how to navigate the questions I had on what additional services I needed. Was very happy to find out about the mosquito service Eco Guardian provides stating that if you sign up for a full year they will come out on a monthly basis at a lower rate and spray for mosquitos, flies, etc which is great living in a neighborhood that is being built as there are TONS of flies and bugs all around all the time. Thrilled that I left Reliant Pest Management to go to Eco Guardian Pest Control, I can tell already we made the right choice!

They removed all the wasp nest on my new house. I despise wasps and roaches. I am not happy when I see wasp already building a nest on my new house. Love this service. We have had it now for over a year. Not only do they do the regular service, but will come out anytime in between at no additional charge if you are seeing bugs. We moved into a new home August 2017 and saw lots of spiders. They would come out every week if necessary until no more spiders at all. Not long ago, after consecutive days of hard raining, my backyard experienced an all out invasion of fire ants! I have had very little experience with these pests so I had no idea how to handle them. The ant piles were massive! They had built near and around the pool and up against my house! The fire ants had even managed to get into my house!!!! I was in dire straights and needed immediate attention. Thankfully, within 20 to 30 minutes of calling Ecoguard. Nick showed up and saved the day!!! He was so knowledgable and helpful and friendly!!! The fire ants were dead and gone within minutes of his arrival. I can't tell you the relief I felt after that was taken care of!!! I have not seen a fire ant inside or outside since. why call orkin? ecoguard is your way to go. our roach infestation was out of hand until Christian came to visit. their chemicals are far from generic. as long as you clean how your told prior to the visit you'll get your results. Christian was very knowledgeable. he let's you know what he's spraying and baiting as they should yet most do not, great guy. suggest you get a contract, that way they can come as often as needed. great service, great price. It was a beautiful day for me start thinking about getting rid of German roach inside and wasps outside... when Cameron called me saying 10 minutes away exactly on time. When he came in worked on the outside first , put some traps tape in the Garage too.. inside all corners in kitchen and cabinets, added some paste in corners too. The hard part was emptying the cabinet and cleaning behind appliances before hr arrives otherwise was an easy smooth process. Even when he took his shoes off to go upstairs felt better.. I've used Eco Guardian for 3 years now and we are one of the few houses in the neighborhood that NEVER has insect problems. Dencel came out this week and although I'm not a new customer, he gave me some tips about using blue patio lights vs the white ones to help ward off spiders. He took his time to care for the ENTIRE outside knocking down webs on each window and light fixture as well as treating the yard and fence line.
