Friends have mixed reviews about their technicians but the technician who takes care of us is fantastic. It's because of him that we stay with Terminix. He's responsive to our needs, polite, respectful and we trust him! As long as he is with the company and our technician, we will stay with Terminix!

I bought a home that was covered by a Terminix warranty until 2024. Found termite droppings coming from my ceiling and called Terminix about it. They said some would come today between 10 a.m. and noon. Nobody came. Nobody called. Nothing. Not sure how a company like this thinks they can just ignore customers to avoid honoring a warranty. Awful. EDIT: I was able to get a hold of someone from the company today. They straightened it out, so I'll increase my rating. Please don't let it happen again.

We have usually been rodent free. On the other hand, recently mice have entered our home (3 times) But once I saw a dead one outside....the bait must be working, even if they are gaining entry. Need to figure out how they are getting in.

Al, the representative, was very professional and complete. However, the company continues to send "renewal" notices with stipulated reply dates that are deceiving - as my renewal date is next year not this month or the next month. I hope they discontinue this practice because it is not accurate.

Terminix is the greatest insect repellent I ever used. They take care of all creatures foreign and domestic, large and small, local and mainland. They come on a regular basis and tell what they are going to do and when they are finished they tell you what they did. And now they don’t interact with you personally anymore and just talk to you on your phone. That’s really nice. Have a great day, Terminix!

The technician who regularly services the property, Bronson Taguchi, is always very reliable, professional, timely and thorough. He always texts with a request if he can service the property on a specific date and time frame. He then promptly shares a report of what he found and service performed along with photos. Lance is professional, courteous and attentive my needs. He's returned twice at my request for additional ant treatment. I can't give the same kudos to the corporate billing system. I keep getting pmt reminder notices weeks after sending my check. After four years as a customer, Terminix recently unilaterally stopped sending invoices by mail w/o my knowledge. It was only because I called to inquire that mail delivery was reinstated.

Terminix is our replacement for our previous provider, a local company that closed down following an organized crime scandal. So far we have met the sales rep twice and the service providing technician once. Both were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy so far, although it's only been a few days and a few pests are still appearing at this early stage.

Service technicians were professional, competent, courteous and friendly. They listened to our concerns about rodents in our attic and explained thoroughly how they would try and resolve them. They found some openings on our roof where we had some repairs done. They sealed the openings and said they would check back to make sure our issues were completely resolved.

Michael, my technician is awesome so far(my 1st time using pest control). He’s very confident in what he provides, I’m clueless as we’ve never had pest control ever. After the 1st day we could already see the huge difference. Everything is dead or dying...I’m happy they won’t be in my home anymore. It was not supposed to happen because my annual termite inspection had happened only a couple of months ago. The technician explained that they were having computer problems and he was very nice about it so I'm still happy with the service.

If this rating was based strictly on interaction with the service technicians, I would rate Terminix a 10, especially when Al (most recent & frequent) is involved. He is extremely courteous and professional. The reason that my overall rating is drug down is because of the way the corporate scheduling system tries to shove an appointment time down your throat without checking to see if it works for the customer. It always results in wasted time for me and the customer service rep that eventually answers the phone or calls me back to reschedule. To pay a relatively premium price (compared to local competitors), you'd think a corporate giant like Terminix would be able to offer at least adequate customer service. (I'll cut you a break and not expect premium customer service for the premium price I pay. ) Hang on to great people like Al if you want to continue barely hanging on to me as a customer.

Danny Chai is our Terminex technician. He is trustworthy, efficient and thorough. He will call or text before to make his appointment. Gives me a text to remind me, before coming and after he finishes the job. He even moves my door mat and shoe rack to spray against the wall and then puts it back into place. He is the reason I keep my Terminex contract. Wish they had technicians like Danny in all their areas of coverage.

We have been using Terminix for over 10 yrs and get quarterly treatments around the house. If you ever have problems with fleas or ticks as we also have an indoor dog and thick carpet Terminix is the cure. Our dog hasn't had them since we get spot treated in the house once a year. My dog is unaffected although we do wait the required drying time before letting him in. Still hasn't effected my sons breathing or his health one bit as this had worried me when first trying it. I am so happy, Terminix fits my family 👪 perfectly!!

Krykah, did great in her job when it comes to customer service, there was a error and miscommunication with my account. Which took 2 1/2 hours to resolve due to waiting for feedback from the different Department in Terminix reply and approval. I was frustrated, and angry. But Krykah, really listen and with a calm collective, professional attitude she stayed focus on the issue at hand. She brought the sunshine back to me and put a smile on my face. He's very professional, he's a great communicator and he really listens to me when I tell him what's important to me as far as what parts of our exterior I'm concerned about. We really appreciate the text message communication a couple days prior to confirm our appointment, the message letting us know that he's on his way and the follow-up message afterwards. Most especially, we have a bunny cage in the back and he's been very careful about making sure that the wind does not take the chemical into our bunny's cage. Jonathan is an asset to Terminix!

My technician is always professional and courteous. He calls to remind us of his quarterly treatment. He inquires if there are other problems that we're concerned about, such as roaches in the kitchen or bathrooms. He checks that we're properly attending to home maintenance for termite prevention and bug infestations. In the 26 years of living in my residence, my home has been pretty good about termites and bug infestations. I still might have a occasional roach or centipede around , but they are rare and easily taken care of. My biggest fear of termites is one that it seems to have properly controlled through my technicians and annual inspections.

As for CONs: Terminix does not care what customers want, I live with it but don't like the interior baiting. Terminix also tells me when they are coming instead of working with me for the best time.

Upon moving into a rental that was previously occupied by a filthy family, they left back some unwanted guest. We did everything possible in our own means to rid these critters and nothing worked! Terminix to the rescue and we’re happy to say “it’s our house now” Thank you to our Tech Shaun for being very professional and compassionate to our delicate situation. Terminix provides the peace of mind you need with the quarterly perimeter spray and twice a year termite inspections. Not only this, but knowing that if you do see pests along the way, you can just give them a call. Terminix has recently improved admin service too via the use of technology with texting, alerts and follow ups. My personal technician, Troy, is awesome – so friendly and thorough and always willing to take a look if something comes up. He never makes me feel like a pain in the butt. *Great for military wives whose husbands go on deployment- living in paradise does not mean you have to live with bugs.

Terminex has always gotten rid of my insects quickly. The first time I contacted Terminex was for an ant problem which was resolved in a few days. Recently, I scheduled an appointment because I had a huge ant problem that developed quickly. I had never had to schedule an appointment before since I'm serviced quarterly and have never seen any insects between quarterly appointments. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on the website and I also chatted with a friendly associate to request my regular technician, Kimo G. The associate online was very helpful and assured me that Kimo would be there. Kimo came on that day and took care of the ant problem. He also explained in detail the type of ants, what he would be doing, and how to avoid future ant problems. Later that day, I noticed that the ants on their trials were lessening in number. The next day, all trails and ants were gone! I'm very happy with the service that I received and always receive from Terminex. I'm glad that my sister recommended them highly to me because ever since she did, I have not had problems with roaches and the two times that I've had ant problems, they were resolved quickly. After Kilauea pest control failed to show up for their appointment, I called terminix for a Saturday appointment. A technician called me back later on that week and told me that he did not work on the weekend so we would have to reschedule. I did not call back to reschedule however someone called to follow-up and see what happened to the original appointment. I explained my situation and they sent Roger right over that Saturday. Roger showed up on time, was very friendly, and even asked if he could park in the driveway (people usually park in the driveway and dont ask). Very professional. Johnathon showed up for the first treatment on time. He was also very friendly and professional and seemed concern for the problem we were having with pests. I was very doubtful in contacting terminix after reading all these yelp reviews, but they have been great so far.

Quick and friendly service. Same day received rat traps and 30 minutes after placing them caught first mouse. Changed trap and an hour later caught 2nd mouse. Changed trap and 3 hours later checked and sure enough 2 more mice caught on same trap. Caught all 4 in the same spot (under bathroom sink next to baseboard with door cracked open 1 inch which created a funnel where anything in or out the bathroom had to go over the trap. Day 2 and nothing else caught so far in that room so that’s a good sign.

Kimo is so courteous and professional. I appreciate that he gives the reminder call as well. It adds the personal touch and increases my trust in him and his services to keep our home free from unwanted guests, especially during this busy, stressful holiday season. Plus, when the automated call comes in and I'm not able to answer, it leaves a message that usually cuts off the important date and time (I do receive the email, but the way the automated call is it requires me to search for the info). So that additional call the day before from Kimo is greatly appreciated!! I do not like bugs (except maybe butterflies and dragonflies) and since having Terminix and working with Kimo, we have not had to deal with any major scary, icky bug situation. So my new house of 5 years now has continued to be a nice, safe bug free place for my family. I greatly appreciate Kimo for all he has done to keep it that way.
