Roland is respectful, helpful and honest. I appreciate my concerns about termites being taken seriously. He also helped me load my car with an item that was going to be placed in the "vault"to be heat-treated. He wanted to make sure I could see out the back window of my car and he taped the rails and put the drawers back into my plastic bags. That kind of care is so appreciated! When I got to the office, I was met immediately by another employee who was coordinating with Roland to take care of my item. Sandwich Isles always takes good care of my property!

Harold identified the necessary treatment and coordinated with my Real Estate Agent to gain access to the house so their Technitian could apply the treatment. Really great local company. They did a great job for a fair price.

Roland was great! The termite tenting crew was polite and the final day guy who checked chemical levels in the house was also nice. The tenting crew had left trash around the property and did not remove all tape from roof corners, and left one of our water hoses disconnected and laying in a random spot. I arrived to the property before the final walk around and test for chemical levels, so these things may have been remedied by someone the test guy if I hadn’t already done it.

I gave Sandwish Isle Pest Solutions 5 stars solely because of our technician HOMER! He’s all about customer service and goes the extra mile a lot of other service personnel don’t do. He is always in a good mood, efficient in what he does, always calls me two days ahead of time and he’s just an overal great guy. I always look forward to Homer’s visits. He’s the best!

Customer Service, both on the phone and in person. I bought a house that was under contract with you guys and had to call many times to figure things out. Agents on the phone were very helpful and patient with me. When Keanu came out for the inspection, he was very professional and able to answer all my questions.

It has been about three weeks since we have had our house treated. The young man who came out (apologies...I don't remember his name) was very helpful, listened to my concerns and reassured me that the procedures were safe for us and our pets. He treated the areas of concern (except may have missed one) and since he's treated our home, we've only seen on huge B52 (on it's back) in the first week after treatment. We've noticed the german roach infestation near our front door has disappeared, as well. The only minor area that may have been missed (near our living room window) still has ant infestation, but I can live with that.I am so glad I called your company as I truly believe this is the reason we haven't seen a live, huge B52 roach come into our home over the past three weeks. I am also glad we are on a quarterly plan and hope this will be the solution to our roach problems. Thank you so much!

We’ve been using Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions for almost a year now; mainly for roaches and mice. We live in hot Ewa Beach. They treat both inside and outside of our home (garage too). Since day one, we have not had problems like before. It’s amazing!! Our usual Tech Kaimana comes in, does his thing and let us know when he’s pau. He is always very respectful, courteous and professional! This company deserves 5 Shakas too!

This company has the kindest people in the business. My mom had been living with an ant problem for awhile. I tried everything I could to get rid of them. I became so frustrated and broke down. I called Sandwich Isle. They inspected and treated the yard and house. No more ants, or bugs! Yahoo!

Years ago I hired Sandwich Isle and they knocked it out of the park when they took care of rats entering our attic areas...I mean outstanding work! My wife and I had another company take care of other pests, but, wanted to work with just one company for rodents, termites/ground termites and pest control so we were looking at Sandwich Isle to do them all. When doing our homework we found a lot of valuable information online regarding this company in which a lot were negative- which I'm so thankful for the information because it forced me to research this company more. I called the company and set up an appointment with them. The person that came over my home was James Hayashi who was extremely professional and pleasant. I told him of my concern about the bad reviews and he explained to me what happened and what the new owner/ management is doing. James gave us a great price, so, we took a leap of faith and hired them for ground termite treatment, two termite spot treatments in our house and finally exterior pest treatment for centipedes/roaches/ants etc. Today Drew and Roony (or Rooney), showed up and these young men did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! I was extremely pleased to have these respectful, professional young men work on our homethey know their job and gave us great advice and recommendations prior to leaving. If there are any concerns with this company, I'd recommend you start by setting up a meeting with James Hayashi of Sandwich Isle Pest Solutions. If I run into any problems, James asked me to reach out to him. I don't think I will have any problems as I feel comfortable with this company from the work ethics I observed by James, Drew and Rooney.
