Pest Control was one area that Able pest Management help me address by doing an inspection and treatment of the house interior and perimeter. I have been referring Able Pest Control to my clients for the Termite Report for years now. Johnny B is on top of it and his turn around time for the report is on par! I also use them for Pest Maintenance at my residence and it truly helps! Nelson the tech guy is very well mannered, knowledgeable and very friendly! He knows exactly where to go what to do when he comes to our home. Our custom kitchen cabinets came with a gift - termites! Nelson knew how to handle that! He calls before he arrives and is always on time. I think that is awesome customer service letting your clients know your ETA! The company sends out a friendly email and text of your appointment. Aaron T. really focused on listening to our ant saga, while thoroughly inspecting our property. We appreciated his patience, calm manner and his in-depth knowledge. We have not had a pest company on our property in 13 years. So it says a lot for us to decide to use Able Management and Aaron for our "pest Controller." However, it did rain/flood the evening after treatment. So the verdict is pending on the efficacy of the treatment used.

We have been having rat problems and have previously caught and disposed of 7 on our own. This eighth one however only got his arm caught in the trap and was still mobile so we could not take care of it ourselves. Able Pest Control came out the next day when no other pest control companies would (because most will only dispose of rodents caught in the company’s trap not your own) and disposed of the rat in under ten minutes. Very grateful to them and will be using them only in the future. Also the technician was very kind and gave good suggestions for how to clean up rat mess and fill holes in the wall.

Able Pest has very friendly staff. When I had my first visit the sprayed the entire inside and outside for a great price! If there were any hotspots inside after that they would re-spray again for no EXTRA fee on the next Visit. The 3month visits are perfect and worth the cost which is reasonable. I have a lot of boxes in my garage I don’t want bugs in so doing the 3 month treatments helps to keep them out. I was recommended by my previous land lord and I always saw the cockroaches dying around the perimeter of the home and I almost never had them inside! Arnel came out to treat our home for roaches and ants. We started a quarterly treatment plan with Able Pest Management. On the first treatment, the ant problem was worse than we thought so Able Pest returned to re-treat the areas the ants were entering the house. We haven't seen ants since then. Roach problem under the kitchen sink area. Able has been spraying both kitchen and bathroom sink areas. With the quarterly treatment, the problem seems to be under control. They are professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I have a rental apartment that somehow became completely infested with roaches, especially in the kitchen area. And this even though the tenant kept it very clean. I had put out sticky traps and caught hundreds in each trap, but still they came! The Able Pest Mgmt representative sprayed the entire apartment thoroughly, put some kind of paste on the drawer sliders and cabinet door hinges, and as of now, only 3 days later, there is almost no sign of active roaches. This service also allows me to request a re-visit at no cost within 30 days, I think, to follow up, which I will do in a couple of weeks. I am very impressed by their service.
