I initially had reservations about using a company this large, but they have courteous service. It was amazing to see how good of a job you did, I had used another smaller company before, and it was the same price. We have been using them for the past few years. They have been timely and efficient in their services. This morning, I called because of a possible bed bug in our bed. They were at our home in about an hour or so. He was able to inspect my bedroom check for entryways and sprayed to prevent future infestation. Very happy with their service.

It was very easy to set up an appointment with them. The technician arrived on time and was excellent (thorough, easy to work with, knowledgeable). We reached out to them because our regular pest control company didn’t know what to do with bed bugs. We will probably be switching to A1 for everything now.

We had a particularly difficult ant problem this past spring which was successfully resolved. He patiently explains my questions about pest behaviors, best treatment, timing and the follow up periods needed. We have had an excellent experience with A1. Phone calls are promptly returned and pre visit email reminders are convenient in case I need the technician to come inside for an inspection or treatment or reschedule an appointment.

They were terrific. They were professional throughout our bedbug trauma/drama, assisting us with products, inspections and advice. I called a number of times, and found them to be patient and thorough at every turn. When we opted to move (for more room), they also performed a discreet inspection of our new apartment with their dog, which put us both at ease. Given all that we went through, it is amazing to finally be settled and bug free!
