This was our first time using Mosquito Joe. George was our technician. He was very friendly, explained to me the services he was scheduled to provide and looked out for my safety by telling me to close my windows while the lawn services were being done. He was informative and made sure to let me know to keep my fur baby off the grass for half hour. We will definitely continue to use mosquito joe for these services!

We are in our house for the second year and last year was unbearable as far as mosquitoes and ticks go. We could not enjoy our yard at all and our dog had a ton of ticks plucked off of him. This spring we went off of a recommendation from one of our neighbors and called Mosquito Joe. The man in the office answered all of my questions when I called and was extremely informative and friendly. We had a Memorial Day BBQ a few days after the first spraying and the difference was more than noticeable... it was huge. We all enjoyed the yard for the holiday and it's been great ever since. On our second spraying I met with Brian and he answered all of my questions professionally and with knowledge and asked if we had noticed any areas that were problematic still. We couldn't be happier right now and appreciate the wonderful customer service.

Rob Rosso came today and sprayed natural mosquito and tick repellent. We have been using Mosquito Joe for a year or so. The treatments make a real difference in the mosquitoes! I was home today and Rob was friendly and communicative about the service today and also did a great job in getting the product into all the areas we wanted. As always, he leaves a note detailing what they did and when, so we know when we can water.

Elbert delivered amazing service this week. I had to wait until we tested the experience working in the back yard all weekend in order to write a just review. It’s unreal to be back by the pool and working outside all weekend and see almost no mosquitos. Maybe 1. Insane. He took care of an unforeseen issue too! Thanks so much. We’re new customers this year and we now use the synthetic treatment. It’s working. The organic treatment didn’t work as well in our area as expected. But we’re happy with these past 6 weeks. Thanks

“Brian always introduces himself and informs us as to when the spraying will begin. We choose the natural spray which does not harm the bees in our yard and other wildlife and insects. The most dramatic effect has been in the absence of ticks on our property. Without mosquito Joe, I would be removing 5 or 6 ticks from my dogs daily. After our first spray with Mosquito Joe, we have never had a tick issue again. Mosquitos are down, but come back with a vengeance in a week or so, but I've found that with any treatment. When the treatment is completed, Brian leaves a personal note on our door and a reminder to let it all dry for at least 30 mins and a thank you for our business. The customer service and product is superlative.„

There’s two super awesome guys who come and they are phenomenal. They work with me, the dogs and text me when they’re a stop a away and listen to me when I tell them about the new birds nest or will help me pick up the 200 dog toys I have out for my girls. I am so grateful to have them and they also tell me helpful things— like drilling drainage holes in my pots so water doesn’t collect to encourage mosquitoes! Awesome service, great people and I am thankful they’re so nice- both home service and when you call in!!

We’ve been using Mosquito Joe all summer and it’s been great. Finally enjoying the outdoors bug free. This past few weeks we had hot muggy weather and the mosquitos were out in force, I asked Mosquito Joe if they could do a booster spray around the patio. Brian was over, he assessed the areas best to spray and even suggested to cover up the basil. Thank you MJ, I wish all companies were as customer service oriented as you guys.

Mosquito Joe has been servicing our 2acre property for a few years now and have always done a great job. I’m never usually home when they come around but today I had the opportunity to meet one of the technicians (Garrett). He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and asked if there was anything else they could help with and I didn’t think he could help with gnats being such a pain to get rid of but he explained a new product that will hopefully help remedy that in the warmer months. I am all about professionalism and this company is all of the above!

Today was my first application for mosquitos so I don't know how effective the treatment will be. However, I was very impressed with the technician (Aidan). He was very professional, answered all of my questions prior to the treatment, and appeared to do a very thorough spray. My guess is the mosquitos will disappear based on the job that Aidan did. Very professional and knowledgeable company. Also, reasonably priced!!

Family and I moved to Avon pre covid and found out we lived in the country, LOL. 2 Acres with dogs and kids and more ticks and mosquitoes then I could imagine. I chose mosquito Joe years back and I've never looked back. They've always been Fair, always check in with me and are always here when they say they will be. Have probably had 8 or 10 different guys throughout the years who has come to do our property every one of them has been a total gentleman extremely professional and I feel go above and beyond to make certain the customer feels happy before they leave. We have used MoJo since last summer and we love them! We have about four acres of land that our four dogs roam. Prior to MoJo, the dogs would carry in ticks pretty regularly. She was patient while explaining their different services and helped me make an informed decision on which package to choose from (botanical vs. standard). Amazing company. Customer service is outstanding. The office was so incredibly helpful and communicative and the technicians were on time (and sent a message prior to arriving), super pleasant and efficient. Dillon spent the extra time answering our questions and walking us through the process and gave some extra TLC on some problem areas, some we identified and some they noticed we didn’t think of (old stumps where insects are probably throwing parties). Highly recommend!!!
