Yvonne BurkeWonderful company. Took care of my mice issue and the ants in my kitchen. The technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. The people in the company's office were also very pleasant to talk to while I was on the phone with them.
Arden GreenEveryone I have dealt with or spoken to at this company has been absolutely wonderful -- extremely nice and helpful, willing to answer questions and give information at any time, and very caring and understanding. After moving into an old house for the first time, I had many questions and concerns about the pests I discovered. All my questions were answered and my concerns have been alleviated. These people are so professional and knowledgable, but also very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this company.
Vincent PennaI sent an email on Tuesday evening 2/14/23, after hours, to have American Pest Solutions contact me. I received a call Wednesday morning 2/15/23, as soon as they opened. They were able to have someone at my home that very day. Adam was prompt for the appointment. Adam conducted a full home inspection, inside and out. He was very professional, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He spoke to me about treating my home and what their services included.
I decided to purchase a program that worked the best for me and my home. Once purchased, Adam phoned his office to schedule an appointment for extermination. They had an opening the next day ( today ).
On 2/16/23, Anthony appeared 1/2 hour early. He was very prompt, personal, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. Anthony is a true professional.
Anthony did a great job and made the process seamless. It was very clear to me that Adam and Anthony know their job well and do a great job representing American Pest Solutions.
I look forward to having them return in the Spring to complete the outside of my home and re-assess the interior as well.
