Kevin MyslinskiOn recommendation from a friend, I called Rose to have them help with the Rat issue we have in our backyard. Jose came out and was knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain how the process works, what to expect and possible adjustments with the traps that may need to be made. He also helped seal some of the problem areas around the garage (entry points for the rats). Its nice to know he will be the same person I will dealing with for future visits. Based on my initial experience I would highly recommend.
Stephanie DeddishI have been using Rose Pest Solutions for over 5 years now. We own a building in Chicago, and their service is great! They always show up and do their job, and are professional. My only beef is that they have been changing the way they do service agreements, and it is kind of confusing. They had a great online portal that they built about a year or 2 ago. It was so easy to check your bill, pay for a year in advance for a small discount, do paperless billing and autopay. They no longer do payment up front, and only monthly billing. On top of that, the client portal doesn't allow for anything but paying a bill online or emailing a question. If you want to go to paperless billing and autopay, you must call. It isn't even offered as a feature in the portal. You would think since most pest control is an ongoing service, you wouldn't take away from the portal, and make it harder for customers to regulate their services.
Jami JohnIsaac Lopez did an excellent job with my service. Took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He was on-time and went above and beyond to make me feel better about my home. Highly recommend to anyone needing pest control.
