Service was scheduled promptly. The lady who took my call was professional but charming at the same time. Justin communicated throughout the process. Price for service was better than I’d dare hope. This may have been the easiest, most straightforward part of my home buying process. Will be using Paramount for termite prevention and household pest services. I get a quarterly treatment done by Paramount. Daniel, our technician takes time to go over our specific needs for our home. Before paramount, we had issues with ants and small roaches. He sprays inside our home (it’s a two story annd he sprays upstairs as well- and if you don’t want a certain room sprayed, he asks first, so you can tell him then!) and outside, making sure to use the granulated treatment outside of rain is in the forecast. We haven’t gotten a termite treatment but plan to in the future. Since using them for our quarterly treatment for bugs, we haven’t had any pests! They call me right before the scheduled month and set up an appointment with me. They even took payment for a year so I didn’t have to worry about paying each time they come out. I’m highly satisfied with the care Daniel takes and the service paramount provides us. The price is very affordable and we plan to continue to use this company until we move. I believe they may offer a discount for paying in full ahead of the year, so definitely call and ask!

I generally only write reviews when I'm not happy with a company or service, however, I have been extremely happy with Paramount. They have shown up when they say they will show up and take the time to explain what they are doing and what to watch for. I'm also happy because I just got off of the phone to pay my yearly invoice. You say happy to pay an invoice???? Well, I called and the phone was answered by an automated system (usually a bad start) and the moment I pressed 3 for accting the phone was answered by a very pleasant friendly sounding person that knew her job well, within a couple of minutes she had changed and added some info. to my account, billed my credit card and set-up an appointment for an inspection. Try to do that with most other companies and you will be very disappointed. Thanks Paramount, keep up the good work !!

Julian inspected inside and outside the house ; he pointed out a spot under rain gutters that was damaged ; he recommended 2 termite bait traps be put through pool deck cement near the house that had been removed when the deck was placed . However when 2 paramount guys came to do this they did not do it . Instead they took the easy way out putting traps around the pool some 35-40 feet away from the house .

Weeks after riding my home of rats, they came back to check on an influx of black flies in our house. Technician Cory, arrived on, time did a thorough inspection and confirmed there were no carcasses that might have produced the infestation. He gave us a clean, safe way to get rid of the remaining flies with the promise of a follow up visit. (The latest in satisfactory, professional and reasonable response’s from a Company I give the highest recommendation for anyone dealing with nature’s unwelcome pests).

I was very pleasantly surprised today by Jon Marshall. He did a very thorough job inspecting every nook and cranny; crawling all over under the house and all through the attic. He took quite a bit of time and was well worth the money! I felt very secure knowing no lumber escaped his keen eye! In addition to being very professional, Jon had such a pleasant personality and sense of humor, I was able to relax during what might otherwise have been a little stressful. He did an incredible job spraying my home inside and out but also wiped every porch and large carport free of spider webs. He also knocked down the wasp nest on the carport that took up residency. I had originally called a bigger corporation to service our home and a friend suggested Paramount, listening to her was the best thing I could have done. They were quick to answer the phone and any questions I had and calmed me down quickly as I was quite upset our new (certified termite free) new home had the little boogers eating my kitchen wall! Every employee I've had dealing with so far were fantastic, had no problems with my very large dog and my ever determined to escape cats.
