We have had the pleasure of great service from Lewis Critter Gitter for the ten years we have lived in Ocean Springs. We have met several of their associates, presently Roy is working with us. The service is most reasonable and effective. We see very little bugs. Roy treats outside and inside. He has become a friend. He also does many little extras when he is here. I remember one occasion he treated several fire ant nests outside that I had not even noticed. This is a very excellent service. They track when we need service, quarterly, and are very accommodating about scheduling and such. I cannot recommend Lewis Critter Gitter, especially Roy, enough. It was by happenstance I found this company but am so glad that I did. From the first phone call (my friend and employer made)speaking to Mrs. Shelly to Mr. Roy showing up while I was in hysteria to Jacob who all went above and beyond to help me with my little crew of unwanted bugs. I have an extreme fear (I know...) of roaches (the big ones the BIG BIG flying ones...the ones they say aren't the bad ones...BUT they are to me lol) and my friend and boss found Lewis Pest control because they were the closet to me geographically, I was kinda having a meltown. Mr. Roy came very quickly to help without judgement of my ridiculous fear and meltdown. Mrs. Shelly and Jacob have also been amazing understanding me and they have helped in every way. I highly recommend using them they are knowledgeable, nice and professional. They also do termite control which I will be signing up for soon.
