Our backyard was so bad with mosquito's. So bad we were not able to have the kids go outside and play. We contacted this company and he was actually able to come out the same day. He did such a great job and the mosquito's are very minimal now. We have used other companies and store bought supplies and nothing seemed to or only lasted a very short time. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone I know.

This is the second time we have had to call for help. Smitter responded within the hour. Inspector arrived and remembered previous inspection. John was very professional. Within a few hours he had contacted us via e-mail letting us know that a hard copy of inspection would be sent. We enjoy having a company that works for the community. A VERY BIG thank you to John! He provided the mosquito spray the day before my daughter's Grad Party and not only was it a beautiful day without a single bite, John was gracious enough to call me and tell me my tent guys were at my house (I wasn't)! He handed them his phone and I was able to describe how I wanted the tent. John went above and beyond and I highly recommend contacting this company not only for your mosquito spray (and several other great services), but John, Nicole and the whole team has excellent customer service! Nicole, the office manager, was great on the phone (several calls), very friendly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. John came twice to spray for pests and they seem to be on their way out. In 2 weeks they should be all gone - if not, Smitter assures me they’ll come back and finish them off! We called Smitter Pest Control to spray outside our house early this Spring after having spotty results with another company. They were able to come out the day after we called and the technician communicated with me a couple of times throughout the process which was helpful. We have been pest free for months so we are very happy with their service and the results so we will probably sign up for their year round treatments too. Pretty affordable too. Highly recommend them if you have pests now or want to keep them from showing up at all.

I had a great experience with Smitter Pest Control. I had my wall torn up for water damage and not only was there water, but ants as well. Quite the nest in the wall. I called Smitter Pest Control as soon as I found this information out and they were at my house within 20 minutes! I am shocked at how they were able to come out day of and rid me of my ant problem before they took over my home. I am so thankful for their work and their care!

I would like to thank Justin and the team at Smitter Pest Control for doing an awesome job. My wife thought she had bed bug bites on her Monday morning after i had left for work. She had multiple bites that indeed looked just like bed bugs. I called three different pest companies to come do an inspection. One that said it was free but i still haven't heard back from them, one that was ridiculously expensive and Smitter that was very responsive as they got Justin out the same day. Not only did he explain exactly what he was doing during the inspection, he explained why he was doing it. Tuns out, we do not have bed bugs (thank god) but i was very impressed with Smitter Pest Control and their employee Justin that i will recommend them to everyone i know.

I bought a used bunkbed from a secondhand store (no mattresses) and 6 months later found bedbugs! John got me in quick and is going to treat the house twice. This is the second time I have used him. The first time, 2-3 years ago, I had bought the generic flea preventative from Meijer and our animals got us a flea infestation. He took care of everything well that time too!
