The young man that came to the ,was right on time. He asked if there was a place where we seen bugs. I showed him a couple spots where we seen a lot of bugs trying to get in. He paid close attention to them. He is very nice, and knows are house really good. When he was done he came to the door, and told me a couple other places he seen bugs trying to get in. He told me to have a good day . I love the way they always check with us for any problem areas. And how good they do their job. Great people to work with.

We have used Greenix Pest Control for over a year now, and we have been extremely satisfied with their service. They have provided our regular maintenance as well as emergency services, such as wasp removal. We have had no issue with rodents in the winter, and we can still enjoy our yard in the summer without battling mosquitoes. Tanner, who is our regular service provider, is always incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional— he provides unparalleled service. We are very happy and do recommend Greenix to neighbors.

Great customer service. They call to let you know you are the next customer. They address any concerns you may have before performing the service. They explain what they have done before leaving your property. They ask if there is anything else you may need. Then they follow up with a quick response survey to make sure you are satisfied. If not completely satisfied they will return to make sure you are happy. Cannot say enough great things about the company and those performing the service.

We have used Greenix for a few years and have always received exceptional service by the technicians. They are courteous and thorough. We have exterior treatment for insects. There have been a few times we have contacted them for additional treatment between our scheduled appointments and they respond promptly and everything was resolved in one treatment. Just about every single Greenix tech that has visited our home has been wonderful. All have been polite. Most have been knowledgeable. I cannot stress how good the customer service is here. They text you before they come, knock on your door to let you know they’re here & knock again when they leave. They also do follow up texts to make sure you were extremely satisfied. It’s obviously a priority to deliver stellar customer service at this place as they are consistently brave enough to ask how they’re doing. It’s very impressive! I will say I’m not 100% that their products are always the most powerful available, but it seems to get the job done well enough & to be honest, their service is so great that event if the product wasn’t as potent as another place I would still likely stay with them. JOSH came out to service our home today & did all the right things. He was punctual, polite & well-spoken. He listened to a concern I had & addressed it. Josh even went around our house looking for evidence of any mouse activity & came back with several pictures of holes in the ground by the foundation of the house in several places that we hadn’t noticed at all. Now, understand, this is completely part of the job, I’m sure, as this just means more business ;). But, just the same, I appreciated it. And good for him bc we signed up for the rodent service too! I don’t think you’ll be dissatisfied with Greenix, but if the occasion arises, you can feel comfortable knowing that they truly want to deliver excellent service, so they’ll address it quickly!

The technician explained what he was doing and took his time to find the nest that was hidden within the sighting trim.. Not only did he take care of the ants and the bees but when he was done he swept our front porch of leaves and brought the trash can back from the curb.. Wonderful customer service!

I knocked off one star because it was a little confusing what was included. Some miscommunication about whether or not tick and mosquito treatment was part of the standard package (it’s not). I have been a customer for only 1 day and Greenix is a company I would score on a scale of 1-10 a "10" so far as not only has my first service been great, but the communication from the sales person (Dawson) to the technician (Ben) to the service representative (AJ) have been professional and pleasure to work with. I love that I received text messages, updates and they leave a note behind of the work that was completed. They even removed an hornets nest that was high above my front door and treated it so I never have that problem again. So far extremely happy with the service. Charlie

Your service was much appreciated since I had a very large yellow jacket hive. It was enormous. My husband was stung three times and we knew we had an issue on our hands. Your men serviced the house a few times before they completely destroyed the nest. We are very pleased with the service Mr. Morales gave our home. I didn’t notice a huge difference using this service. We had an issue with ants. We did have less of a problem but it took a few visits and never really went away. It was better though. They also knocked down wasps nests and cleaned spider webs. They then “dusted” to prevent both from coming back but it never seemed to work. The visits usually lasted 5 minutes unless they came inside. In fairness, we did not have a crazy infestation. But I also did not see my basic problems completely go away. The value of the services did not seem to equal what we paid. We also got a different tech every visit which often meant a different opinion. I didn’t like that. I would have preferred an assigned person who knew my house and I didn’t have to explain every visit.

The brave technician took down multiple bee hives that were starting to form on my eaves. Thank goodness he came and made sure I was safe from all the pests that come with living in a wooded area. The mosquito treatment was done last year and made sitting outside so much more pleasant.

Greenix has been wonderful taking care of a spider problem we had when we first bought our house. We had ground hornets that attacked my husband and almost killed him and they took care of them, too! My biggest compliment is there customer service though! We spent thousands of dollars recently on a bathtub remodel and that company didn’t call for almost 2 weeks to see if we were happy! I kept thinking, “my pest control company calls me by the time they get to the stop sign on my street!” Keep up the good work and I highly recommend them for pest control needs!!!

There were lots of bees between the siding and wall on the second floor bathroom area in our house. Justin and Andrew did high quality job, thoroughly removed all of the bees and nests. We didn't see any bees after the service. They were very professional and skilful. We really appreciate their service. The customer service rep got our information updated and scheduled our monthly mosquito service immediately. I called back after thinking about the quarterly service and they were able to adjust the service date and schedule us in within days. Best money spent throughout the year. I am very hesitant when it comes to people coming door to door asking for business. However, given that we just moved into a new home, and I had been so busy with landscaping, we had a bad bee issue right from day one. So I thought I would give it a try. I'm actually VERY impressed. Incredibly professional, they do amazing work, and their communication with each associate that comes out to the house, is very kind, courteous and does an amazing job each time. If you need certain areas addressed, they will make sure its handled. I highly recommend.

I've been very pleased with Greenix Pest Control Services. The manner in which they communicate with their clients is spectacular. They give you a reminder notice before your appointment and then check on your satisfaction after they perform the service. Today, they called me just to check on how things were going and if there was anything they could do to assist me or make improvements. I told them that I have a wasp nest on my deck that I will need to have taken care of with their next visit in November. The customer service rep said, no worries, we can get someone over to take care of it this week for you. No additional charge. They really aim to provide excellent service. They are very friendly, easy to work with, and come out right away when needed. However, the products they use may not be the best. We had a bee problem that they came out 4 times to treat (all at no extra charge which was very nice) but the bees never went away. We had to hire a separate company to get rid of the bees but because this company is so nice and easy to work with I plan to stay as a customer.

I was already paying for another bug service, however kept having repeat issues with wasps inside my garage. I called initally just to inquire if they could help, and then scheduled a visit. I'm writing this review because I'm very impressed by the job Greenix has done! The first application was done by Chaz, he was very thorough, took the time explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about the process and products he was applying. I thought, maybe he was a one off, maybe...so I was very surprised when I saw the next technician, Anthony, working just as hard, completing each step for our follow-up visit-- even coming up on our deck, and removing any new cobwebs that had formed!!! (Most of you know that's rare, usually techs are in and out super fast 🙄.) And results???-- NO WASPS. I haven't had any issues at all. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 An additional thing that impressed me about Greenix, and something that definitely sets them apart from the competition, was when I had questions about adding/removing services, I was able to get them answered by a customer service manager named Bridger. He took the time to actually research them for me before trying to pass me off or get a quick upsell. It felt great to be taken care of like a person, not $$$. While Greenix may be a little more than their competitors, they're well worth it not only for the quality results and superior follow-up, but also for their wonderful customer service. Having been in retail for many, many years this is what matters 💯.

Greenix service is great! They are very thorough and check with me if I have any specific concerns whenever they come out. Initially my problem was with wasps and their nests, but ever since I have been using their service it has not been an issue.

They stand behind their service and guarantee satisfaction. They proved that by coming back out after a scheduled treatment, at no extra cost. They re-applied treatment to the perimeter of the house for ants that we kept seeing in the house. They also gave us pet friendly traps for the inside of the house. They are very courteous and professional. Customer service is great too. They follow up with a phone call to make sure you’re happy with their service.

They are extremely nice and professional but be sure you are aware of your contract with them. They hold very tightly to it and will not cancel it for any reason. Once your contract expires they will keep coming unless you intercede on your own behalf. And specifically cancel their services. If you cancel you have to re contract yourself to get future services unless you dont cancel in first place then you can customize services to your liking but only after original contractual agreement has been met. Great service great results had huge spiders from house being uninhabited for awhile before purchase. Greenix got rid of all of them. Great professionalism by all their guys. Very respectful& clean with houses they spray for.

Logan had come out to my house to do the last treatment for the year for mosquitoes. I had asked him why I needed it since I was not experiencing any issues and he took the time to explain it to me. After he had finished applying the treatment, that evening my nephew noticed a mouse entering my garage. As I also have the rodent plan with Greenix I contacted Logan, the technician who was there earlier in the day. I explained about the mouse. He advised he’d be out. He came out, placed additional bait boxes outside and trap boxes inside. After placing them he showed me where they were and told me to call him when I saw a mouse was captured and he’d be out to dispose of it. I told him ‘thank you,’ but my nephew could dispose of it. Logan was professional and pleasant with every contact I had with him. In fact, every Greenix associate has been pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company! Great price and even better service!

A tech named William Jones stopped by to assess the area. I had not seen any mice but there was poo left around the washer and near shelving. Will explained how field mice can get in very small spaces and found an entryway. He cleared out leaves and debris from the basement window and strategically placed traps inside and outside the house. He came back for a follow up visit and was pleased to see that his placement of traps was just what my family needed. Will was very easygoing and knowledgeable. We first used Greenix in the recommendation of neighbors. We were intrigued with the professional yet personal approach at the time we first engaged their services. Our home is near a field and we had some problems with spiders and worms in our basement and garage. We have not had a problem since using Greenix. Before each scheduled visit, we get a phone call or text to check if we need additional services. Two years ago we realized we had brought home bedbugs from a trip. We were horrified. I have never purchased anything from a sales person who came to my home, but when Jameson from Greenix arrived and promised they could take care of all of my hornets/wasps -- and keep them from coming back ever again -- I was like TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE! You see, we have a massive problem with hornets/wasps building nests around and in our home. They build nests in the peaks along our roof line that are high and difficult to reach and just a few weeks ago we found a nest the size of a football IN OUR HOUSE. My husband took care of that one, but Jameson told me if I signed up for their service I should never have that problem again and if it ever did occur, they would take care of it - no additional charge! Jameson's timing was perfect - just when I was completely fed up with our wasp/hornet problem and was ready to take action, he arrived on my doorstep. He was professional, courteous and walked around the house with me explaining their service and what they could do. After he left my kids were like "who was that?" I told them, "Kids, I think that was an angel from God here to make our wasps go away forever!" To which they both cheered! The very next day, Riley one of their technicians was here on time as expected. He was friendly, introduced himself before getting started and explained what he would be doing, did the work expediently and efficiently removed 10-12 wasp/hornet nests he found on the exterior of the house and treated everything for prevention of future pests. Afterwards he came back to let me know how it went, explained that I may actually see a small increase in bugs while the treatment works its magic (my words, not his) and that they would be back in 30 days for follow-up, then quarterly after that for maintenance. I was impressed with their professionalism, the care they put into their work, how thorough they were in explaining everything and their customer service. I'm excited that with Greenix we'll be able to prevent our wasp/hornet problem from occurring ever again.

This morning I spoke with a representative that was so kind and understanding that I had to leave a review for her. I have already forgotten her name though, I feel terrible about that. Kim? Perhaps? 😔 But she was absolutely great! In fact, every representative that I have talk to at Greenex has been personable and understanding. There seems to be a small breakdown in communication to get callbacks, but everyone seems genuinely apologetic for any inconvenience the customers experience through using their service. Greenex will try very hard to correct the problems with pests you may be experiencing in your home, and will even repeat a service for free until you’re satisfied. My problem with spiders seems to be out of the range of realistic outcomes, however. I’m having a pretty hard time with the number of spiders that still live in and out of my home, so that is the only thing negative that I have to say about my service with Greenex. That, and the callback issue. Four conversations and still no returned calls. So, i just keep calling them; I’m sure it will all get resolved eventually.

I’ve had several technicians come to our house and can honestly say we have not had a negative experience with any of them. Everyone I’ve spoken to that is associated with Greenix has been very kind and helpful - even when we discovered a large underground hive of very aggressive yellow jackets. We had two technicians and a supervisor come multiple times, even with a bee suit, to make sure the hive was removed and there were no lingering yellow jackets. We’ve had zero problems with insects in our home, I would highly recommend Greenix to anyone.

I will admit I was a little skeptical at first given I signed up for my Greenix service through a door-to-door sales person. However, I was having issues with ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, and pill (roly-poly) bugs, so I thought I would give Greenix a try. Even after the first treatment, I noticed significantly less of all of them. Now that I’ve had them treating for a year (one treatment every quarter), I have probably seen only a handful of bugs inside my home whereas I used to have a significant problem with ants on my main floor and millipedes, centipedes, pill bugs, and spiders in my basement. Even my stink bug count has gone down. (However, they technically can’t guarantee effectiveness against “winged” insects with the standard treatment.) Also, with the standard outdoor treatment, they have decreased the hornets that continually tried to build nests under my awnings as well as the number of spiders in my garage. Every service person who has come to my home has been extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I have used both Proof and Greenix. Proof did a great job of killing the wolf spiders around my house, which is the main reason why we opted to purchase pest control. Where they didn’t excel was vole control. Greenix’s product has been lousy at controlling bugs. Spiders have been bountiful all summer and going into the fall. Ants were also a big issue in the summer. Where they do excel is that they managed to finally kill the vole around my house. The techs that work for Greenix are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Professionalism has been the #1 aspect of their service. I am very tempted to go back to Proof though, since bugs on the exterior of the home were the main reason why we purchased pest control. It seems pointless to continue to pay for a product that doesn’t do what it’s intended to do.

We use GreenEx for pest control. I like bugs but outside my home not inside...or close to my home out in the backyard ok we'll share. They are the best reasonably priced, professional, courteous, on time, and they get the job done right. Don't hesitate to call and have them come. The monthly package is worth the money trust me. No pressure to purchase by sale rep but they are worth it. Spiders, Ants, Roaches, etc GreenEx exterminators will get them all.

Greenix does regular quarterly treatments as well a special treatment for stink bugs in the fall. Before Greenix, hundreds of stink bugs would invade the house in October and November. Just opening the back door to let the dogs out would allow dozens of stink bugs into the house. Stink bugs would also hang out in the fireplace. I no longer have that problem now that Greenix sprays the house in October, and does a free follow-up 2 weeks later, if needed, when I request it. There is an additional charge for the stink bug treatment but it's well worth it.

They will also request if there’s any specific we would like addressed during their visits. And they will pay added attention to those requests. Periodically, in the summer months, I request the inside of our home to be sprayed too. They always put on booties and are very respectful of our home. We’ve had other pest control companies before and Greenix is certainly the best. In between visits, we will occasionally have more spiders and webs build up because of having a pond in our backyard. I’ve called Greenix to come out and spray for those and de-cob. There’s never an extra charge or a challenge with prompt scheduling. Overall, we are very happy with Greenix and we will continue to use their services and recommend them.

Greenix has the resources of a national company with a "mom & pop local business" feel. None of us look forward to seeing the salesperson on our porch. But, the guy was so genuine and "non-salesy" I decided to give them a chance. That was almost a year ago. Since then, every technician that has come out for an application has been personable and gone out of their way to provide great service. We ran into some unanticipated financial hardship several months ago. I called Greenix expecting a Comcast-type of fight to get out of our agreement. Instead, I was blown away with the compassion afforded and a workable solution (reducing the total number of committed applications and delaying the next one by several months). We are now in a better spot again and they created a loyal customer who will continue to get my business. We have ZERO ants, spiders, etc. and the amount of wasp activity outside is greatly reduced. Today we had another visit. Another friendly person (the local manager) who took the time to show me an area under my siding that needs caulking based on some critter gnawing down there. It wasn't an upsell. Just letting me know so I could address it.
