We moved into our house and noticed some mouse activity! Having a new baby this was concerning and I am very squeamish with this sort of thing. Critter Control came out the same day and regularly came back and checked to make sure that they solved the problem! Being a stay at home mom and being able to be so comfortable with all of their employees coming by was also a plus! We also used them at our last home with a squirrel in our attic and they were wonderful then.

Easy to work with/communicate with. Responsive, respectful, informative, non-pushy, and timely. I was/am dealing with raccoons and bats and am in the middle of bat treatment until they start to fly out in Spring. I was looking for a company that would not only remove the critters, but also prevent them from returning by working with my facia/siding. They did it all - 1 stop shopping. My primary reason for contacting Critter Control was issues with red squirrels digging around the house and working their way into the gutters / garage. Alex was thorough in his inspection around the exterior perimeter of the house, the attic, and basement crawl space. He carefully explained each step of the process and immediately identified several areas of entry. I was most impressed with his ability to articulate the companies specific process for removal and the different options available. I am extremely satisfied with the preliminary inspection and I am looking forward to him getting started.

We have used Critter Control for many years. They are our go-to when we have an issue with wildlife getting into our home. Because of my previous experience, I called them for assistance when we heard mice in the walls of our house a few weeks They came out and carefully inspected our house looking for activity. They found that we also had bats nesting by the chimney. They provided a quote with various options and their recommendations. They came out and sealed up gaps around the exterior of our house to impede mice getting inside. They installed bat cones to allow bats to leave but not return. They installed bait stations around our house as well. I was very impressed once again with Critter Control and highly recommend them.

Matt and Josh came out to do a lower seal along the perimeter of my house to help me with a mouse problem and they did a great job. They clearly took their time assessing possible entry points and did their best to make any caulk or spray foam look as good as possible. They provided a quick but thorough overview of everything they did at the end and were just clearly interested in leaving a good impression. If you're on the fence about whether or not you could go to Home Depot and just grab a can of spray foam and take care of it yourself, trust me - you'll get a much better result having these guys do it for you. There was a baseball sized hole at the bottom of one of my exterior walls underneath some siding that had come loose that I never would have found on my own and where it was obviously chewed open by years of mice getting in. They sealed it and even buttoned the siding back up when they were done. They even installed custom brake metal at the base of my siding where my front concrete porch had sunk and come away from the house because they weren't satisfied with the look of the caulk there.

We had birds building nests in our vents. They were able to remove the nests and put vent covers on that will ensure that this is no longer an ongoing problem. Alex was prompt and friendly. I'll definitely recommend them to others. We actually got sent to them by someone else in our neighborhood who used them.

Critter Control came to help with a red squirrel problem. We didn't have to wait long and we got rid of the squirrel that day. They also do an inspection to see how the animals get in. We found a few problems we were not aware of. They had to special order a few things but had everything finished in 1 week. We had a bird stuck on our dryer vent and we didn't want to wait for it to die and just sit there for ever. Called critter control and they were able to come the next day. Within 30 minutes they were able to help the bird get out. We had to move the dryer in order to get the bird out but they helped me take it out and put it back at no additional cost. Great service.

It took a couple different methods to finally get them out but eventually were successful. Roman did an exceptional job and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The receptionist on the phone was very helpful in getting our pick-up (skunk in a live-trap) scheduled into the tech's day, and he followed up with us twice. First to let us know when he would be there and then again when he was on his way. He made quick work of the pick-up and was on his way in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend their services.

Alex with Critter Control was great! He did the inspection to get and keep a raccoon out of our attic. It has been a week since they did the work, and no more raccoon! They are thoughtful about being as humane as possible, and were very thorough in “raccoon proofing” our roof. They cleaned a bunch of bird nests out of the soffit as well and cleaned up the mess before they left. We will definitely use them again for our unwanted animal roommates!

I called Critter Control to remove a bat from my home, and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. Brad arrived right on time, and completed a very thorough inspection of the inside and outside of my home—getting on his ladder to look at my soffits and climbing up into the attic. Sure enough, he found bat droppings in the attic. Brad explained what would need to be done to address the issue, and provided me with an estimate for those services that same afternoon which included photos he’d taken of the bat signs and entry points in and around my attic. Brad and his team were able to safely remove the bat from my home without harming him, and then they returned a couple of days later to install bat cones and seal up access points. After the bat cones had been removed, Brad proactively reached out to me to ask if I was seeing or hearing any more evidence of bats. When I let him know that we were still hearing something crawling inside the rear wall of the home, Brad sent someone out the very next day to check it out. It turns out that the creature inside the walls is likely a rodent and not related to the bats at all, but the technician still took the time to locate and seal off the rodent’s entry point for me at no extra charge. Overall, I was very impressed with the team at Critter Control and pleased with they work that they did. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. I was provided with estimates at every stage so that I knew exactly what to expect ahead of time, and I thought the rates were very reasonable. Throughout the whole process, Brad and his team went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Critter Control, and will call them again for any future pest control needs.

I was very impressed with the service Alex & his colleague provided. They were both professional and personable - we definitely cracked some jokes during the inspection. Alex answered my questions, never talked down to me (as some professionals have done), but responded to my inquiries with patience and respect. He went over the inspection with me to give me an adequate understanding of the work that needed to be done. Alex provided a thourough inspection of our attic- going up into the messy, insulation! He did a comprehensive inspection of the outside of the house- climbing on a ladder to find all the holes the squirrels had made to enter the attic. I definitely recommend working with Critter Control. Sometimes it can feel like a company is just trying to sell you their services and might be up charging you or adding in unnecessary services , but I didn’t get those vibes from Alex & his colleague. A bird decided to move into our bathroom exhaust fan despite a flap covering. Critter Control was able to remove the nesting material before the birds had a chance to take up a long term rental! I would give Brad and his team 6 stars if I could!! Brad was extremely helpful during the entire process of our situation! He arrived on time, throughly inspected the outside and inside of our home, and spent time explaining his findings to my roommate. Since I was not able to be home during the inspection, he spoke with me on the phone (the same day and after business hours!!) to explain the situation, his findings, and addressed all of my concerns on the phone. We had a raccoon hanging out in our garage. We called Critter Control in the morning and Alex came out to help us within a couple hours. When he showed up we were able to remove the Raccoon (making his nest in our Kayak) in under an hour. He also helped us determine how to repair the entrance areas so we wouldn't have another wild visitor. Critter Control has helped us in the past with a bat problem, and after this Raccoon removal they still have yet to disappoint! He lured her up and had her safe and in a cage in about 5 minutes! Alex went around our hole house and told me all the possible spots they can enter your home from. My experience with Critter Control was as good as I could expect. Alex came out and went up in my attic and advised me that raccoons had torn through my roof and were now living in my attic. He supplied pictures, gave me an estimate for removal of the raccoons, securing the holes in the roof, and preventing further entry by animals. They removed the raccoons, and repaired the damage. They worked well with my insurance company to get the damage covered. Even the claim rep said that he always worked well with Critter Control. And a shout out to Cory too for doing a great job and being so friendly and understanding about doing the 'hands on' work. I am very, very pleased.

I was very impressed by the inspection Alex performed. He was thorough, spending an hour looking for entry points that allowed squirrels to enter my attic. While inspecting, he took many photos of areas of concern, and shared them with me afterwards. He showed me what needed to be done and the material that would be installed to prevent further squirrel intrusion. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them! I would rate him as a consumate professional. When I called around looking for companies that handled squirrels, there were very few that were willing to let their employers climb 16 foot ladders to get into an attic. Those companies that didn't deal with squirrels recommended Critter Control.

We moved into our new home and were greeted by a large family or families of bats on and in our wooden front porch. Roman came out and let us know the steps we needed to take to move them without hurting them. When the time when the little ones were gone, they got to work. Sealed up holes, one way doors, and sealed all the joints. Most of them left, but a few were in love with their home. Roman came out and sealed more (where they shouldn't have been but refused to leave). The few stubborn ones moved around a few times, but had no where else to shelter, and moved on. I was so impressed that no matter what, no matter how stubborn the bats were, he came out. We laughed about the stubborn guy who finally left not to return. I highly recommend them, I felt bad that he had to come back out but he said it was no problem and he would make sure it was done correctly, always with a smile and great attitude. Aside from a few bumps in the process we are overall very happy with Critter Control and the service provided to us. I was very nervous to call a wildlife control company because I did not want any harm to come to any animal on the property. But we just couldn't have raccoons living in our attic, no matter how cute they are. After getting a referral from a local wildlife rescue I called Critter Control. Jared is beyond professional and very willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done right. The attic crew who replaced the insulation was very informative and thorough, and though I wasn't there to meet the main crew who did the soffit reinforcements and repairs I am told they were quick, respectful and courteous. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond anyone's control I had to call the office many times. The entire office staff was very understanding and helpful. Heidi especially made me feel truly cared for and understood. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to peacefully and humanly remove wildlife from your home.

Critter Control to the rescue again for me! First it was a bat and then skunks. I might just start a zoo. Jared was great on the first check-in and on following up throughout the process. Chase and Bobby set the humane traps and secured the areas they could to keep additional skunks from entering under my porch. They were great to work with, friendly, funny and efficient! I am very pleased with the service of critter control. Gerritt came the same day I called about a mouse/vole running around our basement (eek!), he was able to find some areas where the critter may have come in, he walked the perimeter of the house as well as looked in our attic to discover we did in fact have some evidence of activity going on. He took pictures of the areas where he advised we should close off which was great because it gave us the option to do it ourselves. Highly recommend. Had a ground hog die in a hard to reach crawlspace and Garret was able to get in and remove it. Had a resurgence of flies the next week and he came back out to check if there was more. Didn't find anything, but determined it was the final round from the previous animal. He was able to find and seal where it came in the crawlspace and gave his number in case we had any more issues.

Josh came out to the house because of noises in the attack/ceiling and walls. He assessed the inside, outside with a ladder and the attic. He showed me multiple mice entry points and their droppings at the entry points. He took photos and emailed them to us. The entry points were caulked and he placed traps and rodent bait stations. We had a bat in our house for upwards of 3 weeks. The first two times we saw her, she flew around and we shoo'd her out the door. The last time, though, she was up in our pocket door out of reach. We have a dog and a baby, and of course this happens at 10:30 on a Friday night. After far too many phone calls to anyone on Google that night to no avail, CritterControl called the next morning and was able to help us by afternoon. Called Critter Control and they came out the same day. Alex identified it as a squirrel. They were very prompt with their plan and very professional. It fell in through the chimney and I needed my chimney stacks capped. I had never heard of that before! They installed them immediately and set a couple of live traps in my house. They caught the squirrel live and were able to release it safely. Awesome guys! I highly recommend them and would have them again in a heartbeat. 03/07/23
