VERY happy with Creature Control. After having several other companies out to treat a wasp nest on a second story, only to be told it was "inaccessible", I finally called Creature Control. They were quick to schedule and incredibly helpful. Brandon, our service tech, was so great. He climbed right on the roof to properly treat (what I expected from the other companies), and even went in our attic to really get a look at things and assess any potential damage that was hidden. After spraying/dusting the nest, he let us know what we could do ourselves in the next few months to make sure we wouldn't have this issue again in the spring. When we mentioned we thought we may have had a mouse or mole in the basement, he checked the perimeter of our home without hesitation. Crawled on hands and knees along the foundation to recommend where we might want to do extra sealing. He truly went above and beyond! I'm so impressed. Of course I hope I don't have to call pest control in the future, but certainly will be using Creature Control if we need it. Professional, thorough!!!, and affordable.

Creature Control is fantastic. We had a raccoon move into our attic with her 4 babies. Josh from Creature Control was professional and kept us informed regarding what he was doing. He even checked in a few times after coming out. Josh trapped the female and went into the attic to remove the four babies. Creature Control was MUCH more affordable then another company we talked to and they did a great job. I highly recommend Josh and Creature Control for your wildlife removal needs!

Josh came out and evicted the bats in our attic. We love bats and what they do for the ecosystem. We also love that Josh and Creature Control LLC took care of them in the most humane, efficient and economic way possible. They were professional, on time, quick and effective!

I was watching Amazon Prime and eating pizza when all of a sudden loud screeching started coming from my chimney. I called Creature Control and set up an appointment for them to come check it out. Julian came out and climbed up on the roof to inspect the chimney. Some of the stonework had cracked off and a squirrel had gotten inside the chimney. Julian patched it up with some wire mesh and sealing caulk as part of the service call fee. The repair was quick, and they didn't try to drain my wallet in the process. The price was very reasonable, and I would gladly recommend them to others or use the service again if I had any other issues with animal or pest control.

Josh was fantastic . He went out of his way to solve our skunk problem. He courageously ventured under our deck and located the little rascal’s burrow. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to identify the problem and do the job right. And even though we never caught the skunk (I can only assume he moved so he could be closer to work), Josh installed a rat wall under our deck so that no more wildlife can squeeze it’s way under there and he did it for a very reasonable price. Thank you Creature Control and thank you, Josh!

We had various signs of critters in our backyard in the city. We tried live trapping ourselves (with bait) but just ended up catching a possum which we are positive was not causing our yard destruction. After we realized the yard digging could be a skunk, we called in the big guns. Creature Control responded very quickly to our service request and was very flexible in working with us and our work schedules. They were very knowledgeable about the best strategy for live trapping our skunk and checking to see if burrows on our property were active. Within the week, a skunk was trapped and removed from the property without using any bait (turns out, bait can attract possums). Time will tell if we are done yet, but the help and advice has been incredible. Creature Control emailed us invoices very promptly for our initial consultation/trap setting and for each creature removed. The invoices were very convenient and easy to pay online. Also, our technician, Jim was extremely easy to work with, and we appreciated being able to just text him back and forth. Overall the experience has been great.

We've called on Creature Control a few times over the years and, once again, are impressed by their timeliness, customer service, and services. Their team is very friendly and explains what they'll be doing for treatment. This time we called them in to spray for uninvited big basement spiders. In the past they've sealed off vents where random squirrels or bats could find their way in. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need to evict pests!

Josh was amazing. He went out of his way to solve our rat problem. He had to contort his body to fit into three different crawl spaces where nobody else would go. He was the third exterminator I had check out the problem and the only one that was able to identify the source of the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to identify the problem and do the job right. We are so appreciative of his efforts and finally are feeling comfortable going back to our house.

Had them out at a rental property where the tenant was hearing squirrels in the wall. They get AAA+ when it comes to communication! I was updated right away with every detail when it came to them setting traps, and what they thought was going on. I was told to have the tenant check the traps daily and then to contact them when we found them full. HOWEVER, I got a text the next morning from Josh saying he'd stopped by that morning and found not only full traps but also located a NEST!!! Outstanding job!! I will be using them for future needs!

We had a baby raccoon stuck on a 2nd story ledge at our facility at 4pm on a Thursday. I called Creature Control because they were the only ones that actually listed they will attempt to release a healthy animal before euthanizing it. After two rings, i got an operator who got me scheduled immediately and sent over the service agreement immediately. We had Josh arrive within an hour, and he coaxed the baby raccoon down gently and ensured us that if he is healthy, they will release the raccoon down near Wayland. It was an absolute pleasure working with this company, and I will definitely call them back when we get our next critter issue.

The folks at Creature Control, Grand Rapids, are a team of knowledgeable professionals. These folks are taking graduated steps towards solving my home's infiltration of mice & chipmunks. After the creatures are purged, they will repair/seal all infiltration locations, which I feel encouraged, healthier indoor living this winter will be a welcome change. Julien Nadeau exceeded my expectations by educating me of methods of pest control in a cordial manner, demonstrating patience through all my inspection and correction questions. If you need to get rid of unwanted pests, call Creature Control! They're a great company to work with and Brandon is one of the most customer-oriented reps I've ever encountered. He relocated a family of skunks that had made their home under our deck. He explained the process and cost very thoroughly and answered all my questions in a friendly but professional manner. We used to hear sounds in the bathroom vents and decided to get help from creature control. Jason was quick to look at the vents and in the attic to figure out what animals had maneuvered their way into our new home. He had vent covers on hand which he put up, after getting our permission, to prevent any birds from getting in our house in the future. After discovering that mice were in the garage, he offered to check for any mice in our house as well. He found a few areas in the house where mice had been and set appropriate baits. He was willing to answer all of our questions and gave us suggestions for additional methods to protect our house from unwanted pests. He gave detailed explanations for what he suggested, why, and how much it would cost before going forward. He was very thorough and there were no surprises. We highly recommend Jason!

I know they can't always do this and the scenario depends on the bind that you're in... but for us this could not have gone more smoothly. Josh came here to inspect for a possible bed bug issue. We found 1! I expected the usual "well you never can tell so we should spray the house. " That is not what happened! I got a thorough well explained inspection. Also a description of another bug it could have been. He checked the house completely and determined that at this time there was no signs of regular activity, "could have been one that you just brought in." He was going to write a quote for spraying but said to just keep our eyes open. I chose this company because of their reviews over Orkin , Termanix, and griffin. They certainly will get any other business I may have (hopefully not) and will get my recommendation as an fair and honest company!

Had a real bad mouse problem and I was constantly seeing mice running around my kitchen. It was disgusting. I could trap 10 mice a night and they were still everywhere! Had Josh come out and set the mouse poison baits all around the outside of my house and inside. Havent seen a single mouse since!!!! Couldn't be happier! Thanks a million guys! Money well spent!
