Todays tech was wonderful! She found an owl outside on the ground, so we decided to call animal control and make sure the little guy was ok. Turned out he was fine, just was enjoying the heat from my dryer vent. Actual service was perfect, as usual. Sprayed the garage and basement, and wiped the exterior of the house (no need to treat exterior in winter of course)

Always had great service. This last time person didn’t even come to the door to say they were there. only did the front of the house then went to leave (as I was watching on my ring), I opened the garage and asked if the garage could be done as I specifically asked the manager to make note of that since we are in there a lot. Team member said they will do the interior no problem very willing to! I wish I would have known they couldn’t get the gate open. $50 a month and you being on scene once every 3 months I figured the effort would be there a little more or come to the door I was clearly home. Maybe more communication on the services and work being done when here will help or even a time of arrival so I can have thing open if they aren’t coming to the door. I don’t fault the team member. Very nice courteous and professional. The weather was terrible. So I don’t blame them for wanting to get in and get out.

The young gentleman who came was thorough and knowledgeable. Very nice. He did a great job answering my questions without making me feel rushed. He is likely the only reason I stayed with the service. He deserves 5 stars. Their scheduling could definitely use some improvements. I had a couple miscommunications, and did not appreciate being rescheduled without speaking to me about the when. When I tried to clarify my schedule the phone person was extremely rude. I would give them 3 stars or less so I compromised. Hoping the service works as promised and I can give a better review in the future.

Very professional technician. He was on time, texted me a half hour before his arrival. Listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to do. He treated for ants in the kitchen, spiders and ants in the porch before treating the outside. Did a thorough job and came to the door when completed. Advised me and my dog to stay off the treatment until it was dry. ( 1-2 hours). He thanked me for our business and if I had any questions or concerns to please call.

Awesome crew that does a great job! I had huge ant and spider issues at my home. After first application it was a HUGE improvement!! After second session I finally had my yard and home back! The tech who came out was very knowledgeable about his craft he was friendly and did an excellent job! They let me know when they are coming and my tech txts me personally before and after every service!! Great company I cannot recommend high enough! Shenavia Washington was a breath of fresh air. She texted to let me know when she would be at my home. She took the time to go over details of the services and even sent pictures of the services she provided. That is the services I wasn’t present and entertained to be apart of. I was going to cancel my Aptive service because I was never sure that the outside services were performed after finding large webs and spiders on my back porch and only received emailed receipts, but if she keeps coming back I’ll keep paying for the entertainment alone. 5 stars, aptive better hold on to that one! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable and funnier than most comedians. And this was after I had been up for going on 48 hours and grumpy as hell. She totally made my day! I wish I would have taken photos!! I’m still chuckling…

I'm confused on what Tyler actually did. I asked him when he got here if he was going to spray or anything and he said no. He said he was just de webbing and would check the bait box. He said something about the winter service, guess I should've asked what that meant. In his report of what he did there were all the chemicals he used and he wasn't here long enough to do everything that was in that report. I don't like the idea of paying for something that I don't feel was done. Not real happy right now.

I’ve been an Aptive customer for over a year. We had problems with ants and spiders. Now, we might see 1 or 2 once in a while. Mice tried to make our home their home, so I called Aptive and someone was here the next day. He told us where they were coming in, how to fix it, and set out bait boxes. Haven’t seen one since.

I gave 3 stars because my first complete year with this company was great. This year however, after two failed visits to address my wasp and hornet problem, I cancelled my service with them. Customer service was very good and handled it very nicely and issued a refund for my cost so far this year. Use with caution, it seems like they hired a lot of new people with little care for their work. At least in my personal experience.

The gentleman who came to spray/treat showed up right on time, explained the process in detail, and made sure I had all questions answered before starting. It was a smart business move for them to go door to door, but the price was reasonable and I don’t feel they were taking advantage of me or neighbors at all.

So here’s the thing. The techs were super nice guys, very friendly and personable. Knocked on my door because they were servicing others in my area and offered a discount. What I didn’t like, is if you agree to get your home serviced, it locks you into a year contract that you have 3 days to cancel or pay a $199 fee to cancel after that! I was not told when I agreed to get my home done that that was the case. It doesn’t bother me, having a contracted service, but to do it so shady like that, and have the window to cancel before you even know if the service worked, not cool in my book. If I was told up front about the year contract, and given a week or two to cancel, I would have given them 5+ stars because the guys were that “nice” but not happy with how that all went down, so 3 is all I can manage.

The company is responsive, however each employee says something different. For example, one employee says they treat for bees/wasps, another says they can't treat for those; a third asked why I didn't request those services (when I did). I have had them treat twice now. It would have been 3 times but they sprayed my neighbor's house instead of mine. I noticed when they said they sprayed the garage. I don't have a garage. They were great about coming out to "re"spray. Overall I think it's a good price for service. Just make sure you know what you need done and be home to make sure they spray the right house.

She told us what they use and to keep the yellow jackets away even though we had no nests that were active to keep doing what we have been doing which is using bounce sheets tucked in places. The guy that came out to service my house was very kind and left the coolest mosquito trap. He also helped me treat specific spots on the outside of my house to stop the bugs from coming in! I had AAA before but recently switched and am so happy I did!

Kevin explained the plan and How environmentally safe it was. He sprayed the outside around a home plus the inside parts. We did not do a flea bomb but he sprayed inside with a mild chemical that I liked better. Them set out mouse traps. Safe for pets.

While we already have a local pest company, I felt that the interaction I had this afternoon warranted writing a review. Spencer came to the door as my kids were eating lunch. He was very cordial, and laid-back. There was no pressure felt, just a nice clear explanation of services and pricing, all while happily greeting and petting our yr old lab, and then pleasantly greeting and interacting with my "very busy" 2 and 3 yr old sons. He fielded their "questions". He let them lightly mess with his Segway, and showed them how he rode it and turned it as he bid us a good day and thanked me for my time. In the high-pressure world of outside sales, this was a breath of fresh air, and were I in need of their services, they would have had them, almost solely based on this amazing representative!

Special request for Sabrina is extremely professional and knowledgeable providing service. We had an infestation of some ground hornets and has no idea that they had made a giant nest in the ground under our landscaping. Sabrina knew exactly what to do after the initial surface treatment didn’t do the job. Came back out as a follow up 2 days and no more issues. Same thing with the mosquitos and spiders. Our ticks and mosquitos are always pretty bad, however I really don't like the idea of pesticides, even with their, "environmentally safe," pesticide. So, they avoided our entire yard and garden per request and only sprayed the wooded line where our ticks and mosquitos are the worst. What an immediate noticeable difference! Antonio was fantastic and seemed very understanding of our concerns. He also took care of our house pests (ants, wasps, spiders, mice). We are very pleased.
