He identified several areas where rodents could enter the property, provided an estimate to seal up the home and then conducted the work. He was out there for several hours, kept me informed on progress and shared photos of the work completed. I was with Terminix for 11 years. They came out and said they needed to inspect my attic, a first. I was told that I had rats in attic. The next day a field manager came and looked and confirmed rat activity. The cost to eliminate and seal the exterior so that none could enter again was 6600.00. I called two other companies. Neither found any signs of rodents. I was definitely getting rid of Terminix. I opted to go with Natrans for my pest control company. The technician sealed every weep hole between bricks and every other opening through which rodents could enter. He also set some traps in the attic, just in case. No rats. Natrans comes and exterminates every 2 months. Their product is “green” and doesn’t have the longevity of standard chemicals. I love it when they come—their spray is natural and has a very nice fragrance. I had termite bait stations installed by Terminix. Natrans uses the same bait in them that Terminix uses. The cost of the annual contract with Natrans is less than what I was paying with Terminix. I am very pleased with Natrans and I highly recommend them.

Every interaction with technician Sebastian Garcia, is excellent as he is professional and "consistently delivering effective and efficient treatments" and especially because the property is older with many crevices which assassin bugs, also ants spiders and roaches do breach- and I'm happy to report that I've been vacuuming dead bugs since sebastians professionally thorough treatment of the property. Also he has maintained the baits which has kept the field mice out as the house abuts 2 separate fields on front and side.. Natran Spray DOES work - keeps bugs at bay. Natran was always very responsive & polite when I called - at first, I was having issues with the technicians who were coming to the house not ringing the doorbell to come in and spray our balconies like they were supposed to - right when I was about to cancel, they hired a new manager - Michael Little, the most respectful, hardworking guy I have met and he was so prompt on making a personal visit, talking with me about any issues I was having with the technicians and assured me it wouldn't happen again. Since then, the technicians have done well and we plan to continue to use them. This was the only issue we were having, I assume due to not having a manager for almost a full year - the technicians were getting a little complacent, but now they have new management and that sort of laziness will not fly and I have full confidence Michael will keep them all in line. Very happy currently with Natran.

I Signed up for Eco contract basic one 2 days ago. Account is under my wife's name - Divya Malik Current status Day 2- I see roaches appear in my home which hasn't happen before. No change in ants status. Noticed a bit on mosquitoes population. They say it takes up to 2 weeks. Will update once I see a change. Pros- Not sure just yet. - Pet friendly if it works is a big factor and I will ignore all the cons. Cons- 1- Customer service is below average- Salesman Tyler basically disappeared after I signed the contract. Technician Didn't communication well and I was shocked to see roaches inside my home after their first visit. To make matters worse, when I reach out to the salesman Tyler who made me sign the contract disappeared and no response. After a bit of frustration I called them and find out it takes up to 2 weeks to be effective. They haven't earned my trust just yet! 2- Contract binds you for a year and its way more expensive. 3- I wouldn't trust the reviews. They seem to post ones people submit after our first interaction. So most of them are not worth trusting as I myself gave them a 5 Star after the first visit and I don't think they deserve that just yet. That being said I will give them a year as they have pet friendly products and I would like to see those work hopefully. Will update when I do see results. Who else I looked at- 1- Barrett pest control - they are really good with their customer service and more genuine. My issue is with their products. If they go eco friendly I will switch to them in a heartbeat. 2- EcoShield- There is a competitor eco friendly and pet friendly(They use same products apparently when I enquired the names they were pretty much same stuff) Pro- You can bargain with when they hear Natran They will drop their price and duration of contract. They will do more for the same price and were willing to give me half the price but I didn't want to go through the trouble of canceling within 3 days (as per Texas Law you can do). Con for me- Too many Negative reviews. especially for a small business they should have terrific and personal ones if they want to grow. I decided to give them a chance because 1- they have been around for a while; 2- use pet friendly products 3- Honestly not a lot of options in the market for eco friendly/pet friendly at the moment. I am happy to pay up to try something new and fail. The new fad is going eco friendly and I think it's just a matter of time there will be more competition so this will probably change. Will update in a month or so!

You do have to sign a 12 month contract for services which we never had to do with previous companies so be ready for that.

I've been a Natran customer since 2016 and have always had good service. However, my system never worked right after the freeze last February. The problem really became HUGE when mosquito season set in and I was unable to enjoy my patio at all! I was very lucky to have ARTURO as my service person. HE IS THE BEST! He stuck with me through several big problems, always determined to fix things. It took a while, but he never got discouraged and he never stopped trying. In the end, it became clear that the unit was defective and he obtained a replacement. He was polite and cheerful throughout that frustrating process. Johnny worked quickly and left without even letting me know. I had my garage door open, my back door open, and my front door open, as I waited for him to return. Do you need anything else?” or, “I’m leaving now.” so I Amy know the services were completed. It really scared me that he just left without saying a word, and I have NEVER had any technical person come over and leave like Johnny did. Please arrange all future services with Casey. I read all the reviews I could and was skeptical at first from old reviews but it looks like management has gotten a handle on prior issues from recent reviews. We had issues with spiders, book/bark lice--as Google has found, and earwigs coming into our house. Lucky for us, there was availability for a service tech to come out same day. Jordan was our service tech and called me to inform he was about 30 minutes out which was nice to do. Jordan was thorough and answered any questions I had and provided great and friendly service. Our exterminator was Hector and he was very informative. He was personable and friendly, and he went beyond just spraying and showed me where possible preventive maintenance could keep future issues from cropping up. However, we were given a 4 hour window for the arrival of an exterminator, and he showed up an hour after that window, so that was pretty disappointing. It seems as though there was a problem with logistics, and it just makes the company seem understaffed and poorly managed.

Robert arrived promptly to perform our quarterly mosquito misting service. He was courteous and professional. He found two clogged misting heads and cleaned them. He cleaned and refilled our tank and fogged the yard. We have been using Natran for a couple of years now, and their service is always excellent. We enjoy a nearly mosquito-free life.

Dealing with rats is obviously miserable, but I have to say that working with my tech, Damon, has been a really pleasant experience. He’s been thorough, funny and easy to talk to. I don’t think I’d be a pleasant person while scooping up dead rats at 8am, but he certainly is. He’s been out multiple times and has explained the logic and expected outcome of everything he does. I just had Cole come out and, while it will take some time to see how the treatment works, I cannot say enough good things about the experience. First. Natran was timely on responding to my request for info, they explained what they'll be putting down, they worked me into their schedule in 1 day and made accommodations for my time schedule today. Cole was very courteous and professional and didnt even bat an eye(or ogle) at the fact that I had to nurse my newborn while he was here. They are little on the pricey side, but for all natural pest control, and that level of service, I'll pay it. They're also a locally owned and operated company which was a important for me as well.
