We were very happy with the service that Taj, our Plunketts rep provided us. I think the thing we liked best was that he REALLY cared about our situation and getting the job done for us. He was personable and conscientious. And, of course, we were happy with the fact that it seems that all the bed bugs are gone now (three weeks after the second spraying). Thank you!!

This summer at our lake cabin in MN, we noticed holes in our garage door. Before we could repair this, I broke my wrist and had the use of only one arm, and my husband began to experience dizziness and balance problems - so both of us were out of commission. We told Bernie, our Plunket pest control expert, and he went ahead and did it for us!!!!! Above and beyond what we expected of service, but then he always goes the extra mile to accommodate us. He is amazing!!!

Dave has been working with me on a mouse issue we encountered when moving into our first home. I had a fairly big fear of mice prior to his assistance as they can be so destructive and can reproduce so much! Dave has been wonderful in reassuring us and making sure that we address and fix the issue. He has made me feel like a long time friend and someone I can trust. I can't recommend his services enough. Today he even brought up our garbage bin from the street! His effort and professionalism does not go unnoticed.

The call center rep was very helpful and well educated when it came to our wasp issues. Within a very short time a local service provider called us and they were at our home within an hour of our initial call. They were also very personable and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. A good sense of humor goes a long way in a stressful situation! Appointment was prompt, Clint was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our ant issues to us, the type of spray he was using and how it worked. He also made sure that we could get ahold of him and let him know how things were going. I would definitely use them again.

We have had Plunkett's come out for at least 4 years now. They come on a schedule that we agreed to with them. We used to have awful seasons of house, deer and horse flies and those intrusive biting lady beetles throughout our farm house. Not any more! Its wonderful! They explained that the treatments are less harmful than over the counter products in town. Our service agent has always been very patient and able to empathize with us to meet our individual needs. Scott makes us feel like his 'most important client' of his day, and we always get a complete report and receipt by email immediately after their visit. We are very grateful.

Since having Plunketts service, the mice have been finding the bait stations & not getting into the farm house. That was my main concern when start the service. The extra mice being eliminated around the outbuildings is a bonus!
