Lucas is my technician, and the only reason I'm rating Springer Pest Control (SPC) a 4 - Lucas himself deserves 5 stars. I have had SPC do summer service for the past two summers and I could indeed tell a difference. This year, the day after my scheduled service a carpenter bee hive had been created against my house just outside the back door. I called SPC, told the receptionist my dilemma and she informed me that Lucas had left for vacation and that she would let her manager know, as it would require management approval to dispatch someone out to correct the issue. They never came, never followed up with me, and I was stung, and others were also stung by these bees. 6 gallons of bug spray from me and the hive continue to thrive. My next scheduled appointment arrived, but I had a doctor appointment when Lucas came to conduct service. I was disappointed that I didn't have a chance to tell, and show Lucas about the hive. But that was alright, because Lucas found the hive and eradicated it. I'm angry at the management for not caring enough about their customers to send help. Lucas, thank you for an excellent year.

I subscribe to regular services from Springer Pest Services for more than a year now. Andrew calls a couple of days before each standing service appointment to make sure the schedule works and works with me when it doesn't. He's fast and he handles my dogs quite well! He treats both the inside and outside the house and I haven't had any issues. They even treated the carpenter ant nest in the elm tree that needed to come down to keep them from migrating to the house or other trees.

We are part of the quarterly maintenance program and our carpets look great! We get the same polite and professional tech everytime, scheduling is a breeze and the price is very reasonable. They were even able to repair damage our cat did scratching at the carpet. I don't plan on changing anything for a very long time! Edit: Since I already left a review, I couldn't add another but they are here today. I called yesterday at 4:30 because my foster cat had pooped on the carpet. As if that wasn't bad enough, my dog decided to roll in it making the entire area a hazmat situation. They came at 8:30am to clean it. As they were leaving and had packed up the van, my dog puked in the bedroom. They were kind enough to get out of the van, pull everything out again and clean the puke. I LOVE THESE GUYS! Worth every penny!

Matt Knutson is our service technician at Springer and he did a great job with our initial consultation! He vacuumed and cleaned away all our spiders and webs. He even knocked down 7 wasp nests I didn't know we had! He's very polite and friendly as well. Yesterday Matt worked us into his schedule because we found some pesky sugar ants that had made there way inside. He took care of the problem!!

Even when an issue arises, like when I brought a plant in the house that must of had ants, he came right out and took care of the ants even though it was off our normal schedule and my fault that they found their way inside. I recently had a 5 x 7 area rug that I have owned for 10 years cleaned. When it was brought back to my home I was absolutely surprised how wonderful it looked. You would never know it wasn't a brand new rug. Every spot (including pet stains) had been removed and my rug looked brand new. I had forgotten how beautiful the rug was due to years worth of dirt and stain build up. I highly recommend Springer to clean your rugs and look forward to doing other business with them

Highly recommend Springer and their tech, Andy. When we moved into our home several years ago, it had been vacant for quite some time, and spiders were a serious issue. He was able to take care of that in no time! More importantly, he's also taken care of several serious wasp issues we had pop up! Whenever I have a "pest" issue, I shoot him a text and he'll either stop by the next day to take care of it (i.e. wasp nests outside) or will give me recommendations for providers (i.e. birds stuck in vents). I can't express enough how valuable Andy (and Springer) has been to our new home! :-)

I called Springer based on a coupon I received in the mail. They came out and appraised the cost of cleaning my rug. I agreed with the price and they took the rug. I was very, very happy with the results. This rug which I bought at an Iranian import/export shop in 1974 had sustained brown stains due to smoking. The stains were gone. And, because the process took longer than expected Springer took off 20% of my bill. Springer will be the first I call if I have a cleaning job I want done.

Shawn did a great job. We did not realize that Springer goes into such detail when providing pest control. They literally addressed the house top to bottom by vacuuming spider webs in the basement and spraying along the wall top and bottom. While in the basement they added a couple small sticky box/traps for pests. They went up to the second level and dusted the attic with some type of powder to detour pests. On the outside they knocked down cobwebs and wasp nest and sprayed around all doors and windows. They power sprayed the perimeter of the house from along the foundation out into the landscaping. To finish they added a rodent trap and four in ground monitoring stations. What I like about them over the others is not only do they have a scheduled plan where they come back to refresh things but they will come right out if you have a problem and take care of it.
