Bill W. was my pest inspector that came for the initial quote. Bill is a genuine good guy. I never felt pressured to buy their service, like some of the other companies that are out there. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly. Please give this man a raise or bonus. It is rare to find someone so passionate and friendly about what they do. Price is very reasonable. I look forward to my treatment in the coming week and the results that come from it.

It’s winter now but I did inquire about mosquito repellent for the summer. Definitely going to do that. Low cost

We called Pro Staff to take care of our cockroach extermination. We had a lot of cockroaches in our kitchen and that was a big headache since we couldn’t get rid of them by ourselves (OTC products). Pro Staff employee Chase Jansen was very patient and listened to our problems and studied all the places thoroughly. It took a series of application, every time reducing the cockroach population to a great extent. Within a month he got almost everything under control. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of work that Chase Jansen did. Great job!

Chase showed up promptly on time, got the work done quickly. I have yet to have a tech come out who is not friendly and there to actually take care of the customer. I have been with this company for 5 years. They do their job and do it well no pests even though I back up to a creek and wooded area.

I cannot express how professional and intuitive these guys are in helping my family resolve an issue we were having for months. Very friendly staff and affordable service. We recieved treatment for bed bugs that was becoming a problem. Tireless, sleepless nights. Finally we were fed up. I called Pro-Staff Termite&Pest Control. After getting a quick and easy set up over the phone, they scheduled a day to come and access the situation. After the first initial treatment, they follow up with you after a month or so and come back to treat if the problem isn't resolved. I would definately recommend these guys for any of your pest problems. Great Company!

Joe D came out today for our first inspection/initial set up, dude was very pleasant, professional and helpful. I called them late last week after we found something had gnawed through a dog food bag and they scheduled our appointment on the first day I had off work. Joe was pointing out points of entry and showing me everything he was setting up and explaining how their traps worked. I'm also an overbearing pet dad and he assured me their methods were safe to be used around cats and dogs. We just moved into an old house and we're first time homeowners so having someone to point out some issues and offer solutions was a great help. I definitely plan to continue using this service to keep our home pest free.

First off, when shopping pest control services, Pro-Staff was the only call back I received so as far as I was concerned they truly valued my business. Jason called ahead to say he was on his way and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The inspection he did was very thorough, even climbing under my house on a cold and snowy day. We have used Pro Staff for a year now, and are so pleased with their services. We originally hired them to eradicate mice, but quickly learned they do so much more. They visit quarterly but are available any time we have questions or need help. They have helped with ants, mice, sprayed for spiders, and inspected for termites. The office/scheduling staff and staff in the field are always courteous. They are affordable - we would typically spend the same amount in products, but instead get 24/7 support, application, and their knowledge. We would absolutely recommend.

We and multiple people on our block found ourselves infested with roaches and mice suddenly when there was some storm drain construction performed a street over from us. I started buying gels off the internet & they didn’t quite get the job done. Pro staff came out, gave me an estimate with detailed explanation of how they would fix the problem. It wasn’t going to take months or “get worse before it got better”. (I had heard all those lines before when we 1st bought the house & wanted it treated by a different company: basically I went in skeptical. Josh is our service guy & he came out for 1st treatment. Very thorough! He went in light sockets, vents…places I never thought to treat! Immediately the inside was doing great with no more nasty bugs. I had taken care of the mouse problem with the sticky traps but was concerned more could get in house. Josh came back out & did the yard treatment and I haven’t seen a mouse since! I found some ant hills and called & josh came back out & treated those along with checking in to make sure that all the treatments he was doing were working (they were & are). They kill & sterilize so I don’t even have to worry about more breeding or them moving to neighbors. The problem ends at my house & stays protected from coming back by Pro Staff and Josh. I can cook, sleep, and not worry about any creepy nasty crawly things moving in. Thank you Pro Staff! I would recommend your company to everyone I know knowing you guys get the job done right!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain what they were doing and why. He was prompt on his time and very thorough. I spoke with some of the other companies in town but I left those meetings feeling uneasy. That wasn’t the case with Robert. He left us knowing our problem was fixable and extremely manageable. The pricing was very affordable compared to everyone else and you can’t beat their 1 million dollar warranty. These guys are worth a look. I hope to never need these services again but if I do I am absolutely calling Pro-Staff. Great job guys and thank you once again!

The company sent two agent who swiftly went to work clearing the spiders and laying pest prevention measures as well as dealing with the yellow jackets who temporarily took up residence in our hail damaged roof. I had a really great experience with Pro-staff. The owner lives down the road and came by on a Saturday to check out a major concern of bed bugs that had my tenants leaving their bedrooms and sleeping in the common space. Robert did a quick inspection and took the found bug with him to be inspected. He then messaged me letting me know it wasnt bed bugs, but a much simpler and less expensive means of correction was needed. He then gave me the contact information for a company that specializes in that kind of treatment, then didn't charge me a dime. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend!

We called Pro Staff and they met is in our home and provided a no cost inspection and gave a detailed quote of their cost. We signed up and Pro Staff has been great with every step. My thoughts were I'm checking this company out, response time was amazing! I wanted to be proactive this year. I called and asked for information. My main concerns were my family's health, spraying inside my home and the cost as we have children and pets. I called around to competitors before to check on cost and what the procedures were. Needless to say, I was not impressed with what I found out. It seems that my concerns were not listened to by the "other" companies. I can tell you hands down Robert is amazing. It’s never a fun experience when you have to call a bug company. What’s even worse is when you think you are treating for one thing but the expert finds much more than a $100 fix. Today was that day for me. Jason came out and educated me on my ant problem but after further inspection he found a much worse problem than aunts. Jason our together a treatment plan for me and showed me the damage and how to stop these bugs and cause no more damage to my house and garage. Was it expensive? Yes, but Jason put me at ease, he knew it was a big commitment and didn’t try to sell me. I would gladly recommend Jason and Pro-staff to anybody.

Have been using pro staff for about a year for our house we bought in des moines. They come out quarterly to sweep webs, spray for bugs. Etc. Have had a great experience with far fewer critters around. When we seen ants in our bedroom from a crack in bedroom they came out free of charge to treat and seal. Camd out today to help with webs around the outside. Both Jason and Cory are wonderful and take time to educate and explain what they do. We had some remodeling done on our home. My heart fell when the contractor called and said, "You have termites." I called Robert @ Pro-Staff and he reassured me that it was not the end of the world or of the house. He did come out and check to verify we did have a newer termite infestation. He then told me what he could do to resolve the problem and to make sure the termites were terminated. He was quick, courteous and clean. The termites are gone and we have peace of mind that they will not be back. The process was less expensive than I imagined and I would recommend his services to anyone who thinks they may need them.

I called Robert & he was out immediately. We visited about options. I chose a "green" package, with a routine check-up. Next day, DONE, & the odor was not offensive to our human noses as some treatments can be. We know the tiny brown ant continent we live on top of won't be eliminated, but their free rent under our kitchen window & on our countertops has ended. When carpenter ants stopped by for new summer quarters, they were told "NOPE!" Winter mice garage vacationers now have several nice boxes with mousetraps to welcome them. No mess. No fuss. My ground wasps are gone. The spiders in the downstairs bathroom are gone. This business develops you plan and then attends to it without interruption to you. They will come back in the house if you need them to.

Pro-staff has completely solved our wasp issues. We used to have thousands of wasps nesting in our garage. Thanks to Pro-staff, we didn’t have to kill them with fire! Their team was able to get rid of all of them! They saved our garage and our backyard. We can enjoy our outdoor space now. Recently, a spider the size of a teacup’s saucer was in my basement. I considered burning the place down, as that is the standard process for dealing with such atrocities of nature. backstory: I used to use another company before switching to Pro-Staff. I used to have to constantly have the old company come back for my spiders all the time. and they always sent a new guy everytime, so then i am wasting my time every time showing them what to do. now: I use Pro-Staff. have the same guy EVERYTIME (Chase) and he is seriously great. He is ALWAYS on time. He never has to ask me what i need done for my service. but he ALWAYS asks if there is anything new that has come up. One time i swear i was lord of the flies from my neighbors trash bin. I had 100s of flies in my home. he took the time to look around and figure out what the issue was and boom, no more flies. He is wonderful and even though i pay a little more than i would with other companies. I have way less problems. the service is a million times better. and i can go into my basement and not fear for my life from the spiders. Conclusion: I am one happy customer.
