Here on time, ready to work, asked all the right questions, and supplied me with a detailed list of "what they saw" in any apartment that might contribute to inviting bugs. I appreciate their eyes in helping me make sure my residents have the best living experience. It sure helped that they send enough employee power to get this done quickly. Looking for solutions. We started using Janssen in the spring time and have had a really great season so far with them! Most recently Joshua (?) did a fantastic job at getting cobwebs. They tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was friendly and precise. The company offers monthly payments so I can always have pest free home. My yard was covered with ants and in my front tree and they took care of the whole yard and did my one time insides to help prevent more and get rid of some spiders. It can be uncomfortable having strangers in your place when you live by yourself, but my technician, Steve, was great. I felt very comfortable as he was very respectful and professional. Fantastic service. Every time I've talked to anybody on the phone they have been great help. We have the 1 year contract, and I've called a couple times about spiders and fruit flies out of my scheduled service. Each time they have gladly scheduled somebody to come out. Steve is my usual person that comes over. He has been nothing less than a fantastic pest control specialist, as well as an amazing person in general. He doesnt mind conversation while he works, and is good with dogs. I'd highly recommend Janssen to anybody!

We have used Janssen a few times, whenever a issue arises. They have always been able to get a technician out in a timely manner. The technicians are very respectful and knowledgeable. They locate the issue almost immediately! They got rid of our ant problem, I didn’t have to worry about ants all summer! We got the monthly package for them to keep those ants away and it works! We will definitely be using this company for ALL of our pest issues. This company makes you feel comfortable and not just another number to them. They work with integrity and it feels like a family company, not a corporate monster. If you’re wondering about pricing- just don’t. It’s very reasonable. We have had a great experience with Janssen! We had a tricky ant situation, and they were beyond helpful and not bothered when we asked them repeatedly to double check things. Our bug issues are gone, and we now have a great go-to company for any and all pest issues we may have - but I doubt we will because they have taken great care of us!

We currently use Janssen Pest Solutions at Wellington Apartments in West Des Moines. We have 420 units in 28 buildings as well as a clubhouse and fitness center. They are prompt and professional with our staff as well as our residents. While they are respectful of our time, they do not rush any job they are given and it is evident they take the time to train their staff as they are the most consistent vendor we work with. Highly recommend!

During that time, I have worked with them all across Rural Iowa, Des Moines, and West Des Moines. Their service is top notch, their staff are well trained and thorough, and they do an incredible job. I highly recommend Janssen! After serious online research a few years ago I chose them to treat for termites and have been on contract since. It is wonderful to pick up the phone and have a tech scheduled immediately whether it's spiders (major ick for me!), huge wasp nests, the occasional rodent and now carpenter bees! I would recommend using Janssen for your pest control needs. I thought I had bed bugs and called 3 different highly rated pest control companies to inspect my home. All of them were great, but my best experience was with Janssen. They sent two technicians out, Tyler and Steve, who were incredibly helpful with and empathetic of my stressful situation. They inspected more thoroughly than the other inspectors and couldn't find any signs of bed bugs. But, they believed me and left me with some glue traps and with a game plan to find one more bug and bring it in to their office to view under a microscope. They said they didn't want to go through with treatment for something I may not need. A week later, I found two dead bugs and brought them in to their office. Turns out what I had were bat bugs! (Still bad, but not as terrible as bed bugs.) I will definitely be using Janssen in the future for my pest control needs and I really appreciate the great service I received!

We started using Janssen last summer after having an stink bug issue in the house and a wasp issue in the kids playset area. After the first treatment they knocked out 90% of the stink bugs and the wasps were gone and have yet to return. We use them monthly and have called with other stink bug flare ups and they send someone out within that week to rid the problem. The techs are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as well as office staff when calling. We won't use anyone else for our bug problems.

I own a home daycare and I had an ant problem. Janssen came out and not only discovered where the problem was, but also eliminated the ants within a few days. They not only eliminated the problem, but also explained the reason for the ants which was because of all the water through the spring but also a crack in our driveway. We haven't had any problems since they treated. Also, because I have dogs and daycare children I wanted a safe product, and they stand behind the safety which was a huge plus for me. They are amazing and I would use them again if I needed to!

Janssen Pest Control has gone above and beyond what I thought a bug company does. We back up to the woods so we have dealt with carpenter ants inside our house and carpenter bees eating our deck. They were quick to respond and took care of the problem with our green guard service. They are definitely worth every penny!!

We have been customers of Janssen Pest Solutions for many years, so I naturally gave them a call. This is a terrific company, and they clearly operate with integrity. If anything is not done satisfactorily, they stand behind their work. They are using what seem to be top of the line products for their industry, which I appreciate. They've also always been very responsive when I've tried to contact them. We have used them "a la carte" a few times for wasp extermination, which worked out great. We've also used them for an ongoing termite treatment system.

Amazing service! Steve Bremer comes to the townhome complex every quarter for any pest control needed. While he was there today, I noticed that a bird was trying to get in the dryer vent from outside. He volunteered to go up the ladder and cleaned the vent. Thank you for your wonderful service!!

They came out to remove birds in the spring one year from a second story vent, and then we had birds in a different vent the next year that they removed. They installed screens so the birds would not nest in these locations again. Prompt and good to work with. Considerate of our property - they had to work both inside and outside to accomplish the mission. They made sure everything was left as they found it.

My Awkward life

We had a massive roach problem that we had brought here with us from Oklahoma. Steve came in on the first appointment, went through everything...pulled out the fridge, did all of the cabinets, ok basically everything... sprayed, baited and used the vacuum.
