I have been utilizing Diam's pest control service for over 10 years in my home, I recently hired them for my business and the business' around me were sold after the 1st service and signed on with them as well! I tried a couple other pest control companies and was told to wait a couple weeks for the treatment to work but I used them for 1 year each with unsatisfactory results. The Diam tech told me I should see results within the next couple of days but I saw results the next morning!

We had used DIAM for over 20 years in our previous home and when we found a few bugs in our townhome we called them and received the same outstanding service we had experienced in the past. The appointment was scheduled timely and our technician was the same as we had for the past 10 years. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and signed us up on a program that is eliminating the pests and is reasonably priced. If you have any type of pest problem I highly recommend you contact DIAM and I am confident they can solve your problem.

I called Diam Pest Control to come out and possibly exterminate some house flies that appeared over the weekend. BIG FLIES, ALOT OF BIG FLIES! Brent from Diam came today, and said that we probably have a dead rodent in the wall somewhere that attracted the flies. We kind of assumed that as well because of the smell. Not something that anyone wants to hear or think about. However, since the rodent in the wall will eventually decay on its own, we decided that no extermination was needed at this time. The flies have ceased being a problem for the time being, so only the smell remains. But, in the future if I want Diam Pest to come out and spray the perimeter of the house, the price was very reasonable. I definitely like the fact that I wasn't pressured into having any work done and the diagnosis call was free. What could be better than that? I would highly recommend Diam Pest Control!!

Absolutely amazing company. They were recommended by the bank we are refinancing with. We had estimates from 4 other companies. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who did our estimate. He was wonderful and so eager to help us with our financial situation. Katie is a pleasure to do business with over the phone and via email. And John, our applicator, was very professional and really gets a home with pets. Boy is he fast too! He was scheduled for 6 hours of work and was done in 2.5 hours. It was a stress free experience and we could all use more of those. Thanks Diam!

I was concerned about the safety of their product, so I called the general manager - he answered the telephone while he was in the field and took the time to give me peace of mind and plenty of reference material. Generally speaking, I'm not a huge fan of insecticides or pesticides, but the management at this company was willing to explain things thoroughly and openly. I felt like they were being extremely straightforward about their product safety. A++ would use to annihilate pests again

They took over the account of my previous pest control company. He told me he would do the same as Riteway did it. Riteway was very thorough and sprayed around the trim throughout the house. Diam spot sprayed here and there. I have killed spiders and a few other bugs since they were here
