I waited over a week to write my review to be sure the problem was corrected. Just as the applicator told us, we saw a couple of ants after 3-4 days and again after 8 days. We will expect some in another three wks. Then they should all be gone. So far, so good. I’ve never had ants or any bugs in my home before, so this was an unsettling experience. I appreciated the guys explaining the process so thoroughly. I’ll know more after these first 30 days!

As a Home Inspector, I'm always looking for contractors of other services I would recommend to my clients and Aptive is certainly one. Pests can be challenge once they're in but since my family has started using Aptive, I seen a significant reduction in pest activity. Rodents gone, spiders minimal, and the wasps fell off after a couple of adjustments in the late summer. Highly recommend this company.

Most salesman that I’ve encountered over the years have a “pushy” attitude, and talk so fast you can barely comprehend what they’re saying. Thankfully, this wasn’t my experience with this company. We have a farm field directly behind our home. Before Aptive, our patio and front porch were covered in spider webs and we had little red mites around our windows along with the general corn and soybean beetles that come with farm fields. After Aptive, the spiders are controlled and the mites haven’t been back and our porch doesn’t have the ag bugs as we’ve seen before treatments. The agents that treated our home have been very professional and listen to our needs. I’m pleased with results with Aptive

For the most part they did an alright job. I did advise that we have a number of wasp nests under our raised deck. The young lady and her partner said they would take care of them and knock them down. The young lady text me after they left and said they knocked down a dozen wasp nests. They did however miss approximately five nests, two of which were large.

The sales person was very pushy and wouldn't leave when I said no. After saying sure let's try it he made all these statements saying the people would spray 3 feet up and 3 feet away from the property. They would always deweb the garage corners. Well after they left I got a text stating they only did 1 feet up and away along with they didn't do the remove any web that was in the garage.

The service tech was dressed professionally, clean and Jin company logo gear which is a huge plus for me because any company who prides themselves in appearance and cleanliness is proud of their product and the service they provide. They get 5 Stars for that alone. The service tech was thorough in his inspection of the property and application of the repellent. Upon completion my tech debriefed me on the job and with a smile and a handshake out business was complete. Salesman came to the door and let us know they were servicing other homes in the neighborhood and we could get service the next day. Had never heard of the company but the price was fair for the service so why not. Rep showed up, asked where to spray and told me to keep my pets/kids away from areas for 30 min. Rep was professional and we chatted about football while he worked. As long as the spray keeps the pests away we will definitely use again.

I do have some concerns with this company, but I am locked into a 2 year contract. Always make sure you are only being charged quarterly. They have slipped in a visit 6 weeks later and charged me another $150. I was refunded my dollars, but I didn’t appreciate what they tried to do. ALWAYS have them treat your entire indoor and outdoor space. Every visit they will ask if I want the inside treated. Yes, I do! There is no discount for a partial treatment. At $150 a quarter, get what you are paying for. That being said, todays visit stated granules were being placed around the perimeter of my home…I don’t think that was done…you can find me outside. Their business practices raise a few red flags. However, they are prompt. They are professional. They send a text the day of the visit explaining what they will be doing for that visit.

I have a reoccurring service with them. I have not seen a spider in the house in over a year and that includes the basement. They also took out several ant hills throughout the yard. I recommend the reoccurring service they provide.
