We have been a customer for about a year and a half and while we don’t always get the same service guy out, some truly stand out in attentiveness, patience, and thorough resolve! Austin was fantastic in ensuring our concerns with a black widow siting and other high increase in spider activity in our garage home gym were put to ease. The technicians that came to the house have done a good job overall. The agreement, their website, and the individual that sold me the service all indicated that after the initial visit, we would receive up to 3 additional weekly visits during the following month to empty traps, re-assess treatments etc. at no additional charge. in addition they indicated that they would contact us a few days in advance of each visit to set up a time. I have not received any advance calls. I have had to call them and set up a time for each visit ( 2 so far). The technician is also suppose to call approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home. The technician that conducted the first follow up visit was ask to perform a re-service as opposed to a follow up so there was some minor confusion. After the second technician left I received a charge of $99.99 and had to call the office again and request a refund. I think overall the technicians do a good job but they each recommend a different approach. One example: the initial technician said we should not plug any potential entry points for a couple weeks so they could determine where there is activity outside and where they may be getting into the house: The second technician said to plug any holes etc immediately. The first 2 technicians did call about 30 minutes before they arrived, the third technician showed up unannounced ( during the 4 hour window), his cell phone was not working.I have informed the office and each technician of the problem. Lastly, I would recommend that to the extent possible they send out the same technician so the customer doesn’t have to explain what was done, where the traps are and what advice we were given.

They both provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions and explained the process to me. I did not know that when I agreed for this service, it included the bug control also. I did not bring this to the attention of my technician. It certainly wasn't his problem. We have been using Edge for 5years now, since we moved into our new home. We discovered we had wasps and after I did some research I decided to go with Edge. We have been happy, nothing exciting to report. The show up when they say, spray where we ask, done!

All in all I have had a great experience with Edge. I have a Carpenter ant infestation in my fence and every spider native to Colorado in and around my home. My sales rep was very helpful and friendly. He answered questions thoroughly and ensured my concerns were addressed. There was a slight miscommunication for the initial treatment. Edge handled all my concerns quickly, completely, and at my convenience. In the end I am glad it happened because it gave me the chance to experience their top notch customer service. In regards to cost Edge was also the most competitive. I am happy I ended up with Edge and look forward to my bug free home!!!!

My initial service was great, they did an amazing job. Then my follow up service one month later was less than adequate, I think the person was new and didn’t know what he was doing. However, I called the company and they immediately solved the issue. The person came out and did a wonderful and thorough job. I give 5 stars despite the mishap because they took care of the problem. The last one is stubborn. Person came to check bait boxes today and didn't change a thing. No bait switch ups. No new locations.
Its been a different person each time. Not exactly high quality service people. Thats fine.

Starting out with a 3 because
1. We made an appointment for 4 - 8 and it was getting dark and we hadn't heard from anyone so we called in around 7 pm to reschedule service for a different day. We waited for 3 hours so that sucked.
2. The service advisor on the phone told me it was an entire yard coverage for rodents and I feel like the rodent coverage is spotty. We have 5 bait boxes outside and a sticky pad in our crawl space. I was hoping for more of a "come in our yard and die" approach.
3. Their primary service is bug control and then you add rodent service onto that. We had just had a different company spray for bugs about 2 weeks ago but the bug spraying is needed in order to get the rodent service. So we paid again, for more bug control. I thought it was targeted to bugs that rodents eat but it seemed to be exactly the same as what we already paid for with another company.
We have been fighting a rodent problem for 2 months on our own. If Edge is able to solve this issue for us, I will upgrade to 5 stars. We have only just begun treatment on 8/26.

We have been with EDGE for over 4 years and we love them. They are always professional and responsive. I love that they call 2 days ahead to remind you of your service and on the day of, they call at least 30 minutes before they arrive. James did our service this quarter and was wonderful. Very professional and respectful. It was a pleasure having him in our home.
EDGE is always available if something comes up between regular scheduled services. There is never a long delay to get someone to come over and they are always knowledgeable and helpful.
We have had no problems since starting the service and that's because we continue with the service! Love them!

First technician was a young guy who apparently didn’t want to work very hard. Refused to do things I was told he would do. I gave a bad review on their site and was called the next day by customer service, who scheduled a do-over at my convenience. This time, Troy came out and he was awesome! Very thorough and went above and beyond to make this a great service (e.g., he went down into the crawl space to spray all around the perimeter instead of just spraying around the opening, which is all I was expecting - and that the first tech refused to do until I insisted!). He redid the entire house - inside and out - and even found a wasp’s nest the first guy missed. I am a very satisfied customer now and look forward to utilizing their services regularly since they have such great customer service! Just have to be sure you have a tech who is experienced and cares! Highly recommend Troy - he was professional, friendly, and seemed to really care about doing a thorough job!

I had requested a quote From them off of angies list and they contacted me within minutes of asking. We needed someone to come out quickly due to spiders, earwigs, and random mice. They were all so incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was explained extremely well about what they were doing and everything that would happen next. I am not impressed with the service at all. The serviceman showed up today and was around my house for less than 5 minutes. He entered the backyard and left the backyard within 2 minutes. For all this service I get to pay in excess of $100?? Not impressed.
Follow-up: I received a call from Edge regarding my review. They immediately rescheduled the service and sent out the area manager and crew. They were very thorough and explained everything that they were doing and what they were looking for. They made up for the deficiencies from the previous service. I was very satisfied with the follow-up and the care they took in making it right.

Technician was very thorough and professional. Had them out to treat spiders, wasps and earwigs. The treatment is pet friendly, and even though it’s designed to not need to be sprayed directly, the tech hit the crawl space, the entire perimeter and even detached structures. Again we were very happy with how thorough the tech was, and we expect to be as pleased with the follow up and company service.

Had been noticing a lot more wasps flying around our front and rear patios this summer. Mitch stopped by to provide a quick survey of our house/yard. He pointed out the numerous wasp nests and spider webs. We signed up for the quarterly treatment offered by Edge. That same evening a technician, Tamara, came by to treat our house, including the 6' crawl space and garage. Besides spraying, she also removed wasp nests from roof eves and outside lighting fixtures.
We are pleased with the services and the great follow up provided. We've already recommended Edge to our neighbors.
Just had our 30 day follow up with Edge. Mike, the technician, called before coming to give me a time that he expected to arrive. He arrived right on time. He hand sprayed around the base of the crawl space. I accompanied Mike as he power sprayed the exterior of the house. We found a hidden spot that housed some wasps. He hand sprayed that area to keep the spray away from nearby flowers that the honey bees are using. Very satisfied with the quality of the service and the results of the applications.

The professional attitude started with the initial call from their office explaining their service and what to expect. Brian arrived at my house and quickly went back over the services they would be performing. He inspected the areas I was having issues with and placed numerous traps. He then sprayed the exterior of my home. Once completed he asked if I had any further concerns before he left. Its been almost a week now and there has been a remarkable decrease in the mouse population. I highly recommend EDGE for their prompt response and professionalism.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have to say, the person who came out to do the service was very nice.
This company, however, is shady. They charged $125 to come out for an initial service, and then you have to sign up for a quarterly service plan. 9 services total over the course of 2.5 years for a grand total of $1,125. What they don't tell you is that the first payment you made was not a "quarterly" payment and 4 weeks later, they are going to charge you another $125, which brings the actual cost for this service to $1,250. That payment will be your first "quarterly" payment. Oh, and if you want to cancel, you have to pay 50% of the remaining services. Mind you, you are signed up for 9 services. Today, they came out for this 4 week second service, that is when I realized this is a total scam. They have done one, I said "1" service...and for me to cancel...I would have to pay them another $600. So, if I want to cancel, and not get the next 9 services, they get a "free" $600 from me for actually having to do "NO" work. Why force someone into a certain number of services? I will tell you why, the first service actually solved the problem we were having and for the next 2.5 years and $1,125 they don't have to do ANYTHING and still get a payment of $125 every 3 months. That is bad business. The actual cost to solve the pest problem we had is really $725. Just be honest and charge me that when you come out the first time.
Guess what, if I cancel and the pests come back, I would have to get service again. This is very shady and terrible business practice. Once my 9 services are done I will cancel my plan with you and will NEVER use your service again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

They set up an appointment for the next day, called me 30 minutes before arriving, the person who came to spray was in his Edge attire with his name visible. After over a year of service and more spiders and earwigs than when we started, I called to ask to be let out of our 2 year contract due to dissatisfaction. In addition, my daughter who is now studying about insects pointed out how to remove the insects indoors without harming them, and sent me pictures of all the harmless beatles that were dead outside after a spray. We were horrified and decided we no longer wanted to use poisons to kill insects. I asked to speak to a manager to request being let out of our contract without penalties and was treated so rudely by the manager that I had to hang up on him! I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have NEVER seen such poor service. They refused to allow us out of the contract and now we're being billed for half the cost of the remaining services even though they will never be allowed to step foot on our property again. Do your research. The reviews on Yelp and the BBB are telling!

There was a disconnect about the service terms that I was quoted on the phone before I signed up for the service and the terms of the actual contract that I was given to sign. After a number of phone calls and my asking to cancel the service, the issues were finally resolved.

The staff is amazing (phone and field staff). They are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Edge. They got rid of our ant problem in two services. And they'll come back any time between regular visits if you need additional services. Great customer care!

The technicians who come to do the work are great - courteous and professional, and they dealt effectively with my pest problem. However, the office did a pretty bad job coordinating the work. First, they sent out a technician to do both rodent and insect treatment, when I clearly asked only for rodent treatment. Then I called around several times trying to get the contract straightened out, because they were going to charge me more for the insect service. Then the next time someone came out they didn't seem to know about any of that history and I had to call again about it, and this time I found out they were trying to get me to sign a new contract for 2 years (instead of the originally agreed-on 1 year).
My sense is that the problems happened because the office sales staff are trying to up-sell (adding more service than I needed, and trying to stretch out the commitment for longer). I strongly dislike being pressured with such up-sells, and I even more dislike having to call around multiple times to straighten out confusion.
If they would change their policies to focus on keeping things clear and simple, I would give them 5 stars. As it stands, I can't do that because I get the sense they are much more sales than customer service oriented.

From the very first phone call, the customer service was excellent! The receptionist was friendly and courteous, as was the resident expert I discussed my problem with (wasps and spiders). He explained my options and answered all questions. We set up service for first thing the next morning. The technician was fantastic. He was friendly and helpful, and very respectful of my home and my dogs, greeting them kindly yet ensuring they stayed away as he sprayed. He pointed out to me everything he did, explaining the service plan for return visits, including free touch-ups in between quarterly maintenance. Our overall experience with Edge over our first year of service has been good. We have the pest control portion of things. However, after the first year was over, we noticed more spiders and earwigs in our house. I do appreciate that they are very accommodating regarding coming out between services to treat again. The technician altered the order of his service schedule in my area that day to accommodate my need to get to an appointment. He did a "re-do" on an area of my deck where I had seen more wasps since my last service, in addition to treating the inside of my house. (I was out of the country on the day of my scheduled service, so he did not have access to the inside.) He was very courteous and polite and quickly treated those specific areas downstairs that I pointed out.

Initially I had my qualms with unknowingly being signed in to a service agreement, found out 6 months after I signed up. After speaking with several representatives from Edge they have rectified the situation. Time consuming....yes.....but ultimately they do care and did take care of my concerns. If they don't tell you about a service agreement then just ask about it or ask to see the agreement before you signup.
Their service is really good, great even. Their product works as promised and I would suggest them to anyone that needs pest control. I only used their basic service, so I cannot speak to their mosquito control and vermin mitigation. But I would assume it is just as effective as their basic bug control product. And their technicians are very friendly and punctual when making service trips.

Amended Review: Got a call at 8:15 pm for a 2:00 to 6:00 window; technician arrived at 9:15 pm. Installed lots of extra traps. Seemed to know what he was doing, so fingers crossed this will work.
Original Review: We have mice in and around the house. No big deal on the latter (that's what we get for living next to open space), but all of the former need to be removed or killed. Called Edge for service, and they sent someone out who placed glue traps in the garage but didn't do anything inside. We were skeptical, but we thought we'd give the plan a chance.
Now there are more mice inside. Called for another service and was given a 4-hour window. That window closed 2 hours ago, and still no one has shown up or called us. We called twice to check on the status of the service, and no one has given us any information, despite promises both times to call us back with an explanation.
In short, in my recent experience, this company doesn't provide the service we pay for and doesn't provide any customer service at all. We've scheduled an appointment with a competitor; we'll see if that works any better.

Edge has been terrific to deal with although you will almost always get the "experiencing greater than average call volume" recording. Still, when, for instance, we discovered wasps were moving into an area near the front door, Alair was promptly dispatched and took care of our problem. We couldn't be happier with Edge.

When I started the service last summer, I was frustrated because it took forever to get a hold of anyone when I called in and because they did not help me when I did reach them. Wow, I'm surprised to see the negative reviews for Edge. I haven't had any problems with the excellent customer service they provide, either when talking to the field rep or the office. They're quick to respond when I have wasp or yellow jacket issues. Always courteous, always call before the appointment and text right before they arrive. My neighbors comment whenever anyone outside the community is working in the neighborhood, never have my neighbors said they sit in their vehicle and don't spray the property. I love these guys. We have only had our first service done to remove roaches that followed us from an apt to our new home a couple years ago. Stephen, our tech, was very thorough with his work. He treated the entire house. It's only been a day but, I have noticed a difference. We've tried every OTC treatment and we've had service through Terminex. Nothing worked. My technician phoned ahead and arrived right on schedule. I must admit he was a very brave young man in dealing with the wasp hive. They always call before they arrive and do a great job. My daughter is afraid of spiders but I haven't heard her mention seeing any since we started Edge services. We use to use another nation-wide service at our previous house and we still had a lot of spiders in the house. I live next to open space. So my yard and home has bugs and tons of spiders... Really gross. The 1st time I had edge come out. They did a fantastic job and explained the process. That night I saw a difference. They said after the 1st treatment I may see more spiders as they are tying to get away. I saw a few but they where dying! Woohoo! I don't know why I did not call them sooner! After a couple days and weeks spiders got less and less till I saw none! Now they come out 4 times a year. I would suggest have them do inside your home a least every other treatment. I'm very happy with the results and I will be a life time customer. I have been using their service for a year now. And could not be happier. My mom and my sister also used their service with the same great results.

Was really happy with the polite professionalism of the Edge employees I had contact with today. Haven't had a chance to inspect the whole house but, everything looks great, my only kinda negative comment is that there was several wasp nests left in my drive way, and I say this not knowing if it is regular practice to leave these for a particular reason I'm not aware of. On the positive, the time scheduled was going to be delayed and I received a text immediately of the change. Also special attention was paid to the problem areas of the house that I had concerns about.

Very friendly service techs and an overall great experience with Edge. They made an awful situation (BB) easier to deal with and the problem is gone!! We had another company come spray 3 times before we found Edge and the problem never got better. I am not sure what happened with the other people who stated in their reviews they got "suckered" into a contract but Edge explained it to me in full detail and I knew what I was getting into. I get it it is not cheap but it was worth it. Keep in mind (BB) are hard to get rid of and we as the homeowners had a lot of prep work to do before each spray, they don't come spray once and like magic they're gone. Each time they came out they sprayed the outside as well as the baseboards, beds, living room furniture and anything else I ask them to spray.

I called yesterday, 6/6/2019 at 11:15 a.m. to tell them I needed someone to come over and handle our newly discovered ant problem. They told me they could have someone over today 6/7/2019 between 9a.m. and 12 p.m. if that would be alright and said the technician would call before coming over.
They called today at 8:06 and said they would be over within 30 minutes, if that was ok. They arrived 20 minutes later, told me what and where they would apply the product and also rechecked the vole baits they had set out the first time they started service for us.
All in all, every visit has been professional and thorough. I appreciate their high quality customer service!

Once I got ahold of them, they were great ~ showed up the same day, did thorough treatment and shared good information. That was the tech.
The phone service, on the other hand, was terrible. When I chose the callback option, it was hours before I received a call back, and then it showed up on caller ID as “China Mainland”, so I didn’t answer. The number that I was given to call back on the voicemail sent me to the same recording that I had gotten originally, telling me that it would be more than a 15 minute wait. When I waited on hold, I waited 35 minutes, then received a recording saying no one was available. The phone service needs much improving!

Been using Edge for over a year now, and am very satisfied. My husband thinks the price is high, but my fear of spiders is even higher so it's worth it to me! We just don't see them in the house anymore. I love that if I find an issue they will come in between my scheduled services to help with no extra charge. If I decide I want the inside done, they are quick to switch my appointment to accommodate me being home. Will continue to use their service and would recommend to friends and family.

I found mouse droppings in our house last night. I instantly started Googling kid/pet friendly pest control and found Edge. I submitted a request expecting to hear from them the next day. They called me within 5 minutes (at 9pm)! We talked through my issues, came up with a plan. The tech arrived by 9am today and I'm on my way to forgetting about the whole yucky scenario!

Service is good, but still had some Box Elder Beetles hanging around prior to your treatment the other day. The person who applied the last treatment was very nice and when asked to pay special attention to an area where they seem to be most concentrated offered to hit that area with a different treatment, I assume that was a little more powerful.

Excellent experience. I am a little hesitant with someone coming to my door selling services but Jordan seemed trustworthy and was so nice. The tech was able to come the same evening that I signed up for the service. Jacob, the technician called 10 minutes before he came over. Jacob was just as wonderful as Jordan. I just completed my first service and so far I am extremely happy! If the service level continues like this throughout my service agreement, I will be so happy. The service staff that come to the house have been excellent but I think the sales staff may oversell exactly how the services work. We are having a skunk problem and the sales rep told me that the animals would be humanely euthanized but now it sounds like they are being relocated. According to the state division of wild life this is not allowed in our area.
We were also told that as skunks were captured all we had to do was call to have them removed quickly but the last skunk that was caught was left in the trap for a full 48 hours. Although we really want to be rid of the pests, with temps in the 90's this seemed a little tough on the animals.
Bottom line, we do seem to be getting rid of our problem but communication from Edge has been inconsistent depending on who you talk to.

I told him to do only the outside of the home as I was not yet sure regarding your accreditation. I was concerned after asking three different employees if Edge was a “Bonded” Company and no one knew what Bonded meant. I was therefore hesitant to let them service the inside of my home. They do have a Better Business rating along with several other companies I’m not acquainted with.
I feel like they should be more forthcoming when they initially try to sell a contract & give the consumer more information regarding their company i.e. the address of their main headquarters & a little more background. I was given a very benign card with very little information & a copy of their Service Agreement AFTER I had paid & signed the contract. Admittedly, that was failure on my part as I should have inquired beforehand.

After finishing he came to the door and let me know that he rebated the vile trap on the side of the house. 2) The edge sales reps are well trained. Be sure to ask for what they have that's cheaper than the year-long suite of services, unless you have a very severe problem
3) One week after first treatment, I saw a reduction but am still getting bites. I was given the impression I would not be getting bit after a few days.
4) Edge has a pretty fast response period, and they do outline a plan that may give some peace of mind.

2) Going through standard debugging techniques multiple times/week:
- Wash and dry all bedding and clothes on hot
- Try to keep any possible cross-contamination variables isolated
3) It's been about a month and I repeat this process is exhausting and traumatizing
Before third Edge visit
1) You need to understand exactly what you are signing up for, and Edge provides very little clear communication on the packages available.
2) If you sign up for the 3 bed bug treatments they will offer additional, quarterly non-bed bug specific treatments, and with that a 1 year guarantee for the bed bugs
3) If you accept the 3 quarterly treatments, then cancel the quarterly treatments you pay 1/2 the cost of them, and are not eligible for the year guarantee
4) Edge pushes the first quarterly treatment to be concurrent with the 3rd bed bug treatment.
5) Personal opinion, it's a massive pesticide load if you are really just trying to get rid of bed bugs
6) Have had bites in the last 2 weeks but they seem to still be diminishing
7) The technicians are all friendly and helpful
After third Edge treatment:
Part of me would like to give more stars, but the only positive aspects about the overall experience are a) I think it worked and b) I'm clearing out the house as a result
1) Two weeks after the 3rd treatment it appears the bugs are gone
2) I moved many items to the garage when I realized I had an infestation
3) I did purchase the year-guarantee and have a bit more peace of mind in terms of getting what I need back in the house
4) I am getting rid of about 1/2 my stuff overall as a result of this experience
5) Never know for sure the source of the bugs, but suspect it was roommate, who was traveling and has since moved
6) This process seems long, but it is what it is
7) The technicians who show up are friendly and helpful

My name is Tara Robicheaux and although the service was good, they did not bother to inform me that if I cancel my service, I would have to pay an early termination fee. I didn't realize, nor was it explained to me that this was a contract for 9 services and early cancellation would cost me 50% of the original charge for the remaining visits. Very disappointed.

This was my first service with Edge so I don't have a lot to go by, but my first experience was very good and I was very excited to see that they power sprayed instead of using a handheld dispenser. Also, I like that they go 4 feet beyond the property so the insects can die BEFORE getting to the house or patio. I LOVE that and they also sprayed the perimeter of my fence. Terminex does not do either of these two things.

I've been a customer of Edge Pest Control for well over 5 years on their quarterly service plan. We very rarely spot bugs of any kind around our home, and when something does come up such as a wasp nest or any kind of issue out of the ordinary, we are able to have a technician come out within a short period of time to fix the problem. We have a large property where there are lots of critters and we never have issues with mice aside from the odd casualty from the bait stations we have set up everywhere around the perimeter of our home, which tells me they are working! I called today because I'm seeing a little bug that I've never seen before on the second floor of my house (which I don't normally have them treat due to the fact that I never see any bugs up there) and they set up service for tomorrow. I decided to write this review when I got off the phone because I am so grateful to have vendors like Edge Pest Control who make things so easy for their customers and they have been consistent and reliable for the entire time I have had them servicing our homes. They do a nice job of providing the service I signed up for and anyone I have ever recommended them to are very happy customers also.

They have been great and I love the fact that they will come out anytime if needed. I pay $100 a quarter and they do a treatment every 3 months however if I see any issues between services, they will come out on-demand for free and treat whatever problem I'm having (mice, ants, bees, wasps, etc).

Had another technician come out this week and they took care of it and I am already noticing significantly less bugs around our yard. This is the first tech that has ever came to our home and gave us a superb spraying of inside of our home along with all the rock around the perimeter of our home along with wiping down of the outside of all spider nests!!! During the time we have had Edge as our pest control this is the first time any technician has ever wiped down all spider webs or sprayed the rock area around our home!! Edge has done a great job of keeping our home free of pests. Spiders, flies, and other creepy crawlers are minimal, even in the window wells and sprinkler control boxes. They have helped out the couple of times a mouse made it into the house. It is super convenient that they come on a regular schedule, and call ahead of time when they are coming out. On the positive side, EPC has good customer service and their technicians seem to do their job and are usually on time and friendly. My service from Edge includes both Lawn care and insect control. I am very satisfied with this company and their products. I live in a Valley snuggled close to the foothills. The prior homeowner landscaped with rocks which collect weeds. Edge has worked with me 2 eliminate the weeds and satisfy the requirements of my HOA. My house also seems to be a magnet for wasps, Edge has helped to make my yard a much more pleasant place. In addition, the fertilizer they use on my grass has really greened things up plus the trees like it. To sum up, the employees are courteous, on time and aim to get the job done!

I really liked that their treatments were Green so I didn't have to worry about unhealthy chemicals being dispersed in my home. My exterminator, Claas, called before and after each service to let me know when he'd be there, and when the service was completed. James the sales manager was very professional and polite. He did a walk around the property and pointed out some wasp nests in the eaves and some widow webs in the garage. I was convinced and signed up. Within an hour a tech, Skylar was out doing the initial treatment. The next morning I found several dead spiders and other creepy crawlers sound the outside of the house and a dead black widow in the garage! So far so good!

I love the free reservices between quarterly services. We've had them come out to spray for spiders, get rid of two major ant infestations in the kitchen and wasps nests in the grill. The service tech even found a wasp nest in the house that we hadn't seen. They're very responsive and are out within a day or two of calling.

The guy that comes out and services our house is wonderful! He really cares about making sure we get everything sprayed and explains why he is doing things, such as spraying the eves for wasp control. He also checks the mice bait and refills it. We used to have spiders and bugs in our house and all over the outside making fine webs around our doors that collected dust. That is long gone now. We also had a dozen or so Black Widows in our window wells. We once found one crawling across our kitchen counter. That is when we called Edge. Since then we have had zero Black Widows. They also will come out free of charge if we find something like a hornets nest that is out f reach. This has never happened but knowing this service is there is wonderful.

Edge Pest Control provides great service. They have an automated call that reminds you a couple of days in advance that they are coming out. The technician calls you before he comes out. They are easy to talk to and eager to help with any sort of pest problem. They appear to be knowledgeable and have quickly handled a vole problem and countless wasp issues for me. I have a quarterly contract with Edge Pest Control. They do a very good job and are very thorough. As near as I can tell they have eliminated my spider problem completely. I like that they spray all around the house, wherever I need it done, they use granules out in the yard for a further barrier and it really seems to work. I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with bugs in their home, my problem was spiders and they are not an issue in the house anymore.

Yes, I had a very positive experience of Jeremy's work. He answered all my questions. He did an expert job. Now I also understand what a complicated infestation fruit flies are. Not like mice we had number of years ago or aunts we had quite along time ago. Mice just needed two black boxes. This is a process that I understand will be expensive yet necessary.

A sales person came to the front door and shared the current offers and costs—straight forward and with helpful laminated cards showing key points. It was low pressure and felt genuinely friendly. I was already considering calling an exterminator service, so it was an easy sell for the salesperson. Signup was through iPad making the process paperless.
The next day my service tech Bryan arrived looking professional in his matching uniform and truck. He indicated he would gather his tools to get started and then handed me an iPad with video that described what he would soon be doing and what I should expect immediately and for future visits.
Again, it's day two after the initial visit so time will tell on the bug front. But the experience has been great and the two people I met were friendly and professional.

My technician, Nathan, is only 21 years old, but he is very knowledgeable regarding the elimination of mice. He grew up on a farm in Utah and was extremely caring about my issues. He searched around the entire perimeter of the house to determine the best locations for the prescription that would eliminate the mice. He also found one small hole below the brick level where the mice could possibly get into the house. After that, he searched the interior for prime locations for the traps. He never appeared to be in a hurry and he listened to all of my concerns. I was pleased with his excellent attitude and his efforts.
The customer service representative I first talked with Jenny, was extremely caring and knowledgeable about representing her company. At this time I would highly recommend Edge Pest Control!

I found out I was having a tick problem in my yard. I had called all around for someone to come help me and spray for me. I got a lot of "We don't spray for that until next month" (its beginning of March) and one company couldn't even get what I wanted straight! I finally found Edge Pest Control who helped me out. They were very attentive with my needs and wants, they were very kind, and I feel like they took care of me in every way! They came and sprayed and even did interior for me. The actual pest control service is good. But I did have a dispute with their sales practices. I was sold 4 services over the phone but signed a contract for 9 services. I thought it was deceptive. A representative at the corporate corporate-level assured me the sales people were receiving additional training to alleviate concerns of deceptive sales practices. And we were able to negotiate a reduced rate for the remaining services.
