The Orkin representative did a thorough search of my property and communicated what he was doing and why during the process. He took care of spiders and wasps as well and made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. He was careful to consider my dog and ensure her safety while also taking steps to eliminate pests on my property. I am happy with the service and will continue to use Orkin.

This company did an amazing job. I cannot say enough about their service! Not only was their price very competitive, actually the least expensive, their service has been amazing. The technician showed up and spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problems. He then utilized three different approaches to attack the roaches. He has promised to return in a week to address them a second time so as to finish the job. I regret I do not know his name, but I will call the office and talk to his boss at my first opportunity. He deserves to be recognized for excellent service.

Sarah, the service technician, communicated to me on her way out to our residence, which I appreciated. Once she arrived, she performed a thorough inspection, inside and outside of our home, and ultimately identified the likely source of our mouse issue in a crawl space underneath our main floor. She not only set traps but was proactive in putting a plan in place and scheduled a follow-up in a week’s time. Other companies show up, do a half hearted inspection, tell me what I should do, and charge me $100, which is garbage. The peace and mind of having a path to a solution and a follow up was well worth the price here.

It was an excellent ending to a rather worrisome situation. Had a large paper wasp nest tucked away between our sunroom and deck. I called Orkin in the morning and was scheduled for that afternoon. The technician, Jess, arrived early (a pleasant surprise> How often does that happen?). I showed her the problem, she went right to work, and 15 minutes later, she was done. Jess was efficient & professional. Thank you!!

There was an infestation of black widows in our back yard and we had found them all over the rental property. The gentleman was very polite and professional, a little rough with the back gate but when it wouldn’t open; came and asked to be let in the back. They sprayed the inside of the home and then the outside. Took away webs and sprayed around the house, but didn’t do the whole perimeter of the fence. I am concerned that the black widows will just migrate to another section of the back yard. But they have a guarantee to come back free within 30days. So, overall a good experience and I feel safe.

A little disappointed in the lack of communication regarding how and what they could spray interior. We would have moved things around so it could be sprayed everywhere possible. Also didn’t spray the garage so as he was leaving had to ask him to spray that. He was a great rep just a little disappointed in the service.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone connected to my situation, they even had someone out the same day I called and he came within the window time given. Tony was great, patient/calm, and answered what felt like a million questions from me without any issue whatsoever. Grateful for them and if I ever need it, they’d be the first ones I’ll call. Everyone from the customer service and management team to Justin who came out for the follow up (right on time if not a few mins early) deserve a medal for being awesome! I have Orkin coke spray for pests once a month and it has helped significantly reduce the bugs and insects I see in my house. In the off changes I do see a spider, I just call them up and they coke spray again, no questions asked. When I saw a mouse in my house, Richard came the very next day to identify their entry points and set traps. Super responsive!

We scheduled 4 times and only got 2 services. The first time, they didn't show or call to tell me they didn't have a technician in the area. I believe Danny came the 2nd time, after I called. The 3rd time I drove down and waited 3 hours. No show. I was told the technician had called them to say he was going to be out of town. They rescheduled to the end of September, again without calling me. Tom finally called me, after 3 calls to the main number, he scheduled for 10 am Monday morning. He showed and took care of the problem.

Orkin gave me a 2 hour time frame for the tech to show up and he was at my house 15 minutes into that time frame. The tech listened and treated the inside and outside perimeters of my house--black ants wanted to make my home their own. He was thorough, kind, and very quick. With the COVID-19 concerns, he made sure to mention that he and his equipment were sterilized. For others reading this, they are trying to minimize time spent inside homes to minimize exposure. It did not effect the treatment I needed--spraying all the baseboards where ants like to hide. I am looking forward to my follow up visit next week. My treatment started at $139 and the follow up and bi-monthly treatments after, I am told, are $89 each. Please note that I do not have children in the house. I do have 2 older cats. Great service. I'm very pleased. If you are in Denver, Richard is the best!

From rescheduling with ease, friendly team in the back office to the guys who come out to our home we have never been disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and the service is thorough. We had signs of mice in this house when we moved in but now nothing. We aren’t stopping service though, happy to know there are still no mice and our Orkin team will keep wasps and other pests away from our house.

While we are 100% satisfied with our our technician, Danny - who is polite, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable - we are very unhappy with your scheduling system. We have a regular day set for our service. When Orkin wants to change our appointment, we receive an email that simply states our service day and/or time have been changed. No one calls us to see if we’re available. This month we received four emails, each one changing our day and times. The last email came the night before our service. This is totally unacceptable. We will be contacting our local branch to discuss the matter. If this issue cannot be resolved, we will look for another service company.

Ince a quarter - VERY reasonable, not the least expensive but no contracts or pushy sales people wanting more money. AND they come out for free is you even see one spider or other critter!

My experience has been positive with orkin. Our service technician Rick was informative and used a variety of treatments to get rid of ants and cockroaches before things got out of hand. We caught the roach problem immediately and within 3 months there were no more roaches or ants. Overall I would say I am satisfied with my service. We no longer have seen any more roach activity but I continue to have them come and spray to prevent the situation from happening again.

We love the Orkin man. Or woman but we haven’t had a woman yet. I am terrified of bugs and have a crippling fear of spiders. I had enough of the creepy crawlers and hired orkin. I have the quarterly service which seems perfect. I have seen a significant decrease of insects inside and around my house. The stuff they use is dog friendly so I don’t have to worry about that. They send an appointment time about a week in advance and it is easy to reschedule if it doesn’t work. They seem to always catch us on the one day of the week that doesn’t work but it’s easy to hit reject on the appointment and they call to pick a better time. I say it’s worth the price but I haven’t used anyone else so it’s all I know. We don’t always get the same guy and some are better than others. We have a few guys we really like and a few that don’t seem to follow all the rules like wearing booties in the house but overall we like the Orkin man and are happy with the service.

We have an infestation of beetles. We were using another exterminator who couldn’t resolve the issue. Orkin is a national brand so I’m hoping for a better result. We’ll see if their spray works. The huge negative was they showed up 90 minutes outside of their two hour window which forced us to be home all morning with three small children. No call. No way to get in touch with them. No sorry. Feels like our time wasn’t valued.

The service was fine, but there had been a previous appointment 4 days prior that I had to cancel, with a directive that I would call to reschedule. I got a call today about my service between 12-2PM, and have absolutely no idea who made that appointment. I spoke to my wife and she did not. This has happened on a number of occasions, and it just happened to work out this time. If the scheduling process is not improved, I will be changing companies, maybe to Terminix.

I called orkin and was put on hold so many times so I finally hung up I called back three times and hung up because the weight was too long and low and behold a young man named Alex called me back and said he understood that I was trying to get a hold of an agent to get spraying done for bed bugs he was the kindest sweetest young man.He came out spent plenty of time talking to me explaining to me he was awesome.. by the time we were finished I was totally comfortable that they were going to take care of the problem explain to me that they were going to spray again in 14 days after the initial spray and then they were going to bring a dog out to make sure I didn't have any bugs left in 30 days I was amazed the two men that came out were so kind and sweet patient I wasn't quite ready when they got here and they waited a few minutes and I didn't even smell anything when I came home thank you Orkin and thank you both Alex and the other young man...

Today I got the most incredible service from Andrew, the technician assigned to my property. First of all he shared his cell phone number with me months ago so that I could contact him about service issues. My adult daughter was home when tech arrived. I believe usually tech asks me if I need anything done on inside of house. And techs are usually friendly. Most of the time, I just have tech spray outside. So today, I noticed some ants on kitchen floor following having our air ducts cleaned yesterday. I had an appointment and had to leave. I asked my daughter to ask tech to come in and spray kitchen. When tech arrived, my daughter said he seemed irritated I wasn't there. When she told him about inside needing sprayed, tech sighed and told her that it "complicates things." He went on to tell her he has a different solution he uses inside of house from what he uses outside and has it in car, but has to go get it. He made it clear he was inconvenienced. When done, tech did go over everything with my daughter that he did both inside and outside. Normally we tip tech, but today due to his attitude, my daughter didn't tip him. Techs should be professional and not get irritated about doing their job. If we needed to let them know ahead of time we needed inside done, the lady on phone who called last night to schedule us for this morning certainly didn't tell me that. Also, calling me last minute to schedule tech to come isn't exactly professional either. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. (tech was to arrive between 8-10) and my adult daughter was here and capable of talking with tech. Overall, job was done, but an attitude and lack of professionalism occurred.

I would give 5 stars to the actual service. My 3 star rating is because of the scheduling hassle I went through. I did not know, but my service tech moved to another division and when my next service was to happen, I received no contact via phone or email. I called the local branch office and was told my tech had moved on and a rotating staff would be servicing my account until more techs were trained and one assigned to my address. I asked if anyone was ever going to call and did not receive an answer.A rotating tech was scheduled for 2 days later, a Friday, 3-5pm. No one ever showed or called to cancel. I called local office again on Monday and was told there were no customer notes in the computer and I was shown as scheduled for service on Sunday, the day before this call, when they don't work on Sunday. I was told the scheduler was on the phone and would call me right back. No phone call back that day at all. I called again on Tuesday and finally got scheduled. The service was today. They were on time and did the usual treatment. I don't think Orkin customers should have to manage their own account scheduling and follow up. I never had this problem with Sprague, even when the regular tech moved on and a new one showed up. I had this same problem with Orkin back when I was a customer prior to Enviropest/Sprague. It was one of the reasons I ended being a customer with Orkin back then. That, and constant price hikes.

The Technician was polite. Nothing he said matched what the call center representative said, the quarterly pricing was $70 more per visit and the initial visit was $80 less. I have a 1200sqft condo and when I left for him to spray (inside and out, as well as caulk any gaps or cracks the spiders could be sneaking in) it seemed he was only here for 30 min - that's when I got the text message for the survey. Found a few dead spiders outdieo hours later and one inside. No live bugs in the house, that's a relief. I probably got ripped off, but I'm getting new windows next year and the spiders shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Friendly staff but we still have mice and some type of animal in the rafters. Suggested we put bait in crawl space. Not sure what I pay for. My mom just had this company take care of wasp nests around her house. For $300 the employee took care of three wasp nests. He didn't clean up well after himself, leaving the cap to the poison on the ground, and her dog picked it up when he went outside. He also left on the ground part of a large nest which had wasp eggs in it. I think $300 for a service call is high, and it's poor business to leave messes behind after doing work.
