We moved into our home about a year ago and didn't yet have a Pest Control service in mind - but when we were approached by Moxie Pest Control, we were really impressed with their service model. Pricing was also very fair and I appreciated how thorough they were with what they were going to do for us. I was even more impressed with Nathan C. who was our exterminator. He arrived 10 minutes early and got to work immediately. He was very polite and pleasant to chat with - and I am so happy I went with Moxie!!

SO happy with my decision to go with Moxie for my pest control needs so far. I noticed a Moxie pest control van in my neighborhood, and as I was in the market for a service to remove a wasps next (which was incorrectly identified as a moths nest by a door-to-door pest control company that was not Moxie), I submitted a free quote on Moxie's site. The Moxie rep I spoke with, Charles, was great. Very transparent and responsive - loved that I was able to text them an image of the nest of concern. Scheduling was a breeze as they were able to get me in within 4 days. And my technician, Don, was awesome. He was early, thorough, and quick; he was able to not only answer my questions, but address each area of concern in under 20 mins! Great deal for a quarterly pest control service! So far, I can't recommend Moxie enough.

I recently signed up with Moxie after using EcoShield pest control and the biggest different is the level of customer service. Moxie team is doing a great job in communicating with customers on services rendered, what to expect and next steps. The service itself also made for a exceptional experience, Parker from Moxie was on-time and very professional. So far I am quite happy with the service, just need to see how their products work on the pest control.

Keith and Ethan came out to the house today to help me with a rodent issue. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on how to best manage the issue. They set traps and bait and then set up a follow-up appt to come check in with me in 2 weeks. They are great guys and provided great service. I highly recommend them!

Keith and Ethan were extraordinarily professional and kind. They showed up just in the nick of time (we had just caught 4 mice!) and set up traps around the house. Keith even pointed out where the entry points to the house might be. They even found termites in an old tree stump! Kevin S was fantastic! Called Moxie yesterday after a yellow jacket sting in the backyard. Kevin S came out and found mature hives and knocked them out and then sprayed area to stop them from returning. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about different insects and repellents. A great asset to your team!

Both my daughter and wife don't seem to like the "car sized spiders" we have from time to time. They don't like ants in the house (something about them eating the wood in the walls and leaving piles of sawdust), and they don't like stinging bugs on the back deck. Moxie came to the door and sold my wife on the annual treatment plan. They come by regularly and do exactly what they claim. Today, Nathan Campbell came to my house for a regular service and my wife told him about a couple spiders (car-sized spiders) and he came in for an indoor treatment, too. They always make the time to listen to our concerns, look at my wife's bug pictures, and solve the bug problems. Just as he was routinely spraying the basement, a spider, no larger than a basketball, jumped from the ceiling right at him and his pressurized cannister of imminent-bug-death. It was such a startling moment Nathan abandoned his spray wand but not his professionalism. I thought he was bracing for a stoic death to give me time to get away, but no! He dropped the wand to free his hand to punch the spider right out of the air! As the spider rolled right, Nathan hopped left to put distance between the spider and himself. With the top of his foot, he kicked the wand back to his hand and sprayed the spider right in the middle of its eight eyes and it curled up and died. He probably saved our lives this afternoon. At least that's how my wife feels about having good pest control. Me, I'm happy when my wife is happy and when my daughter doesn't call me in the middle of the night to kill spiders.

Keith and Lisa showed up and tackled what I thought might be 4 wasps nexts that turned out to be 9! They were thorough, professional and went above and beyond. They inspected the interior of the home and got us all squared away. I used Moxy a few years back, eventually had no issues and cancelled. 9 wasp nests later. I’m keeping their services for good!

I have a lot to share about this company, so bare with me. First I became their client after they acquired an AMAZING smaller service. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because as soon as that shift happened Moxi both passively and directly made it clear all they care about is up-selling. Now even solar. Try to say no to a rep about the "free termite inspection" and see how they respond. They pay for positive reviews by giving Amazon gift cards. And if you try to cancel (after three attempts) they wont call you back. I was instantly tired of the "free" services they offer as a way to try to sell more. There are many ways to upsell customers and they took the offensive one. Eventually I will get this canceled, because I do not do business with slimy companies like this. And that is why I am leaving the review I am. * UPDATE: After talking with a rep I agreed to maintain the service for two more quarters with his commitment they would stop the additional service pushes. If the quality of the service maintains the previous vendor and we stop the hassling I will stay with them. Business models like that are a boundary for me.

I just moved into this house and had been seeing lots of spiders so when Nathan came by to see if I wanted a foundation barrier treatment I decided to go for it. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was and wasn't covered (including a free return visit if I see any bugs before the next routine visit). I was very impressed with his low pressure, facts based delivery, honestly it was very refreshing. Max was able to come by later on that day and perform the service. He was on time, super friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. Again he did a great job of making sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and even made it his personal mission to find and remove any wasp nest remnants! I'm so happy I found these guys and look forward to using them for the next year to maintain a bug free home!

We had our first pest control treatment performed by Nate this week, and he was very professional, helpful, and efficient. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then treated the house and yard in under half an hour. We are already seeing insects crawling away from the house and the number of ants in our driveway has dramatically decreased. So far, a great experience with Moxie!

I have a very loud but very friendly dog and he took the time to pet him and put my dog at easy with a new visitor. We have a wasp and spider problem, he took the time to treat my grass to rid of any nesting spiders. Cleaned out the roof line and treat areas of the house I could never get to on my own. I was skeptical at first when one of the Moxie sales reps came through the neighborhood as I was mowing the front yard. I decided to listen and hear what they had to say since the wife and I had talked about having a pest company come out already. Needles to say I decided to give Moxie a chance and based off reviews I was pleased to see that for many they had great reviews and rapport. We started with the year of pest control to give them a try and we will see if it does the job! Having moved from Commerce City to Parker we encountered a lot more bugs and wildlife in general so we just want to keep it under control. So far we are very pleased with the service as they are on time, communication efficiently and provide feedback on what was performed.

Since using Moxie as my pest control company back in the Fall of last year, I've not seen any bugs in the usual spots like I did before. Their treatments are fantastic and safe. When we started seeing signs of mice in our garage, I immediately called and was met with a prompt response! Not only did they answer on a Saturday, but they were able to send Keith out on the following Wednesday with remediations. I highly recommend Moxie Pest Control. Justin originally came to the door and was extremely friendly and professional. He described the service in detail, told me the prices, and scheduled my first appointment the very next day. Susie arrived, on time, for my first scheduled appointment, and she was even more friendly then Justin was. She explained the process of each appointment, the reasoning behind multiple appointments, and talked in detail about the services. She completed the appointment in about 30-45 minutes and informed me when she was finished. She explained that they'd be back out in 30 days, then one a quarter there after. Great experience!!! Highly recommended!!

Editing my original review. Moxie calls one day before coming out to the house to tell us they're "in the area". My wife and I work full tien so no one is home to let them in. All they can do is "try again next time we're in the area." I asked if we could schedule it in advance and we were told no. I don't know what customers they have who are home during business hours but can also afford their fairly pricy services, but it's certainly not us. We're canceling our services after our contract is up. Original review: Very professional, easy to set up appointments and you don't have to be home for quarterly pest control. Great customer service!

Dustin even found a hornets nest we didn’t notice ourselves and took care of us. He did a thorough job and was very kind and great to work with. Had a great overall experience with Moxie. This is an awesome Colorado business. The staff that I’ve encountered has all been professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The morning of our first service we received a text with a link to the technicians location status, giving us a clear idea of when they would be arriving. Keith and Kaden showed up on time, were Covid conscious by wearing masks to come to our door, they explained our service and also set clear expectations for what we should experience. I am looking forward to the next time they come out because they were so friendly and easy to work with. I should also note that I had a great conversation with Adam who came by to let us know about their company and helped get us set up with what I need expect will be the best pest control service we could sign up with. It was Adam’s personality and knowledge that caused me to leave the previous company we were working with. No pressure, no outlandish discount offers and gimmicks to simply get us in the door. Just pride and confidence in their company and processes as well as a kind and optimistic disposition. Thank you guys for being awesome! I’ll try to provide an update in a few months as to the effectiveness of our service as we had multiple wasps nets and also live in an area notorious for horrible spiders.

I've only just started but the technician was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the process, what needed to be done to ensure pet safety, and what we could expect over the next several weeks. I can't speak to the quality of the product yet as it takes time for it to work, but the customer service was excellent. After a year of services, I wanted to update this and say Moxie's treatment does work, it's not perfect, but we saw a dramatic decline in the number of box elder bugs that were in our home, and we're very satisfied with the work they did. The only part we haven't been thrilled with is they don't do a great job of removing wasp nests when discovered. They treated 2 times and never removed the nests they killed on their initial visit. The nests were under window casements but we could see them anytime we were sitting outside on our patio. I eventually removed them myself, which wasn't an issue just a little disappointing when your paying for a service.

Anyone complaining on the reviews I am noticing those people just need something to complain about and have nothing else to do. Its great when you get someone to show up the next day to do the service you want. Now days its hard to find companies willing to work with you and drag their feet. Sometimes they are just so busy. Overall, so far so good. Time will tell if the bugs go away. Anyone complaining about people knocking on their door clearly have no idea to be friendly to strangers or people trying to make a living. I recommend Moxie to anyone. They go above and beyond if they see something, the fix it or spray it and don't try to charge more.

Since I began my quarterly exterior pest control service with Moxie Pest Control in the early summer or late spring of 2021, I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and the results of each and every service representative who has been to my home. In addition to the routine exterior insect and arachnid control service, I have discovered that there is some termite evidence in the cedar fences along the perimeter of my backyard. I've always heard that we don't have to worry about termites in Colorado which is not true. More recently, the results of an attic inspection found evidence of mice. And I thought the two mice I'd trapped last fall had snuck in through an open door to my backyard -- I was very likely wrong about that. Now, I have termite traps around the perimeter of my house and new TPA insulation in my attic which should prevent further mice outbreaks.

He explained the process and the cost and allayed my concerns that the treatment would not harm our dogs. I set an appointment. He explained what to expect next and gave me contact information if there were additional questions or concerns. Thus far, a good experience. We will see if any critters return in the future. I reached out to moxie after discovering multiple swarms of ants in my yard and even in my home! I tried to fix it myself, but couldn’t get it under control. David Hawkins and his supervisor Juan Rodriguez came out to our house at no charge and looked over the system. They explained everything to us in a patient, kind and thorough way. Carson, our technician, was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful at our first visit. He explained everything in fine detail and was patient with our many questions. One thing we learned from Carson is that the nationally known pest control services, one that begins with O and the other T, use in-house products as a cost-saving measures whereas Moxie studies the industry literature and chooses the best, most effective products no matter the source. After talking to him, he decided to work the outside until I got home, or if he got done before I got home I would reschedule. Unknown to me our son had left the dogs out! When I got home he was waiting. I could tell he was annoyed BUT he was VERY professional and polite! He could of just left I would not of known or cared but he didn't. I was also pretty sure I was his last customer for the day as it was after 530pm. The young man did the job, remained polite and took care of my concerns. We live in a wooded suburb with plenty of pests and wildlife. We signed up for Moxie over a year ago based on a recommendation of a neighbor, and now we would strongly recommend their services to anyone with any kind of a pest problem. Moxie has all but eliminated spiders in our basement, wasps around our deck and most recently has been out 4-5 times to re-service our vole infestation, and we have seen significant progress - even while other neighbors problems persist. The person who came and did the spraying and set the mouse traps was very efficient, knowledgeable and asked where were having problems with earwigs and spiders and mice. He explained that the dogs would not be harmed by the chemicals he was using. The spider and earwig situation is much better. We haven't seen any mice.

I'm sure this program works well for others and it sounds like they offer an excellent service, but unfortunately the Moxie program did not meet our needs. We were looking for a one time service and it was not clear to us at the time of initial purchase that this service requires more than 1 treatment to experience an improvement in pest control. As we did not want to continue an annual service, we did not experience positive results. Perhaps we will try them again in the future.
