Our experience with IPC was really excellent from start to finish. I was really pleased to be scheduled so quickly, and the girl who answered the phone was great very personable and great at answer all my questions. Our technician was Mike, and he was also very nice and not only was very efficient, but it was really great at informing us about our spider issue. I feel like the price was reasonable, and we will certainly be contacting them again for any pest needs in the future.

Mike and Chris were so good to me! I was 3 days away from closing on a house when we saw some termite activity😳 They came recommended by my broker and they were so awesome! They came out, no charge, and inspected within a day! They then wrote me a letter so that I could get my earnest money back when I backed out of the sale! I even needed the letter slightly tweaked (saying active termite damage) and they did all of this for me with no charge and quickly! I will absolutely use them for any pest control needs!!! She allowed me to pay for the service over the phone. They arrived on time, did an excellent inspection and found where the mice were coming in. When I discovered I had termites on a Sunday afternoon, I panicked and immediately reached out to 4 different companies to schedule an inspection. Chris with Independent Pest control emailed me back in 10 minutes and we setup an appointment first thing Monday morning. I did hear back from 1 other company but 2 never responded at all! I choose Independent because Mike was very careful about explaining what he had found, and how they would treat it. I also liked their warranty, and that they had business 15 years. They showed up promptly, took great care in putting the carpet back in place, and were friendly service technicians. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Great experience, it was fast and efficient. I love to support local business owners and these one's were especially great!! By the next morning we saw no ants. Only issue was the price is over $100 for a 15 minute visit, but he is willing to return any time in the next 30 days if needed. I would highly recommend this business.

I believe we have been using IPC for probably about eight years now. I live in an area of town by a creek. We have a lot of Black Widow activity. I have dogs and children and feared for their safety playing in the yard. When I started with IPC Mike was the one who serviced our area, now it is his son-in-law JD. Both are professional, friendly, and provide a fast quality treatment. They provide service quarterly, so it's every three months. If something occurs between those three months all I have to do is call and leave a message with Chris and someone will schedule a time to come out. We have also had them treat the yard for moles and ants. I have had Orkin and Terminix stop by and try to do business. When I tell them I already work with IPC they agree that I work with a local company whose service and pricing they can't compare with. I truly recommend IPC to anyone in the Colorado Springs Area!

IPC has been outstanding. We have been using them for over 10 years and Mike and Chris have been exceptional. Pest control service has been excellent and Mike is very conscientious with the products he uses, knowing we have dogs in the house . Most exceptional service he provided was removing a wasp nest about the size of a basketball. My efforts with over the counter products wasn't getting it done. He took care of it in about 5 minutes. I have been using Independent Pest Control for 3+ years now. I am so very pleased with the service. My yard was infested with gophers and moles. I called him out once or twice a year when I couldn't stand it anymore. Midway through the second year I decided to go with his quarterly program. The best surprise was that after he looked at the yard and if the yard didn't need treatment there was no charge. The ground pests are under control and stay that way now and the "bad" bees/wasps are under control, it's great. If he comes to treat for them but there is new activity then he will come back out no charge. I am absolutely happy with this company and will stick with them. I live in an area where there is alot of ground pests.

The owners son, Alec, came out to look at my house for the mouse problem I've been having in my garage. He was VERY friendly, took the time to make my dog comfortable with him being in the house. Apparently I had quite a few areas the mice were able to access the garage from outside. He filled them and then set traps. Best experience i have EVER had with an exterminator. Mike is very knowledgeable! I am used to exterminators explaining to me what they "usually do" after a cursory look around. Mike went step-by-step through my home, my barn, my arena, and my two big bays. Then he gave me his advice for every area of concern. I found a few Brown Recluse spiders in our house (EEEEEEEEEEEKKKK!!), googled and yelped reviews, and within an hour of calling I had Josh ringing my doorbell. He was very polite, and not at all the creepy exterminator type that I was expecting. He was done within an hour, and was so efficient that I have not found one critter after two weeks! So fantastic, especially since our house is old, NOT airtight, and has many nooks and crannies that critters love. Their spray is safe for pets, which is a great bonus. Excellent, reasonably priced, and friendly locally owned business! Update on the spider situation: they are not brown recluse, but wolf spiders. Whew! A year or so later, and hardly ever a spider sighting🙌🏼. Success!!

Independent Pest Control is the most honest, and fair priced pest company in the Springs. If you need someone that knows what their doing and isn't going to charge you terrible pricing like Orkin and Terminix (Orkin will charge you 6 to 7 times higher for the same service) go with Independent Pest Control and ask for Alec. He came over on the weekend and took care of my wasp issue quickly while also educating me on the do's and don't with wasps.

I recently bought my first house, and I have been struggling with wasps... and then recently noticed I had black widows all over the outside! Homie don't play dat! These guys were so great! They were super responsive to my email, and got an exterminator scheduled to come out a few days later. JD was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. He even found an old wasp nest in my shed that I somehow never had seen before. I had also called a few other "large name" exterminator companies, but they were extremely pushy and much more expensive. I am very pleased with IPC, and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Even though the other national chain pest control companies have a local phone number, you directed to a call center (probably outside us) who are very aggressive in their sales approach. Independent Pest Control is local. When I called Independent I got to talk to a local person who happened to be the business owner. Her husband, Michael, came out THE NEXT DAY and treated my home and yard. He was very professional and gave me a lot of information on spiders and ants that I never knew. As it turn out he hates spiders just as much as me so now I understand his extra enthusiasm and dedication to killing all those suckers. Wow! Mike is super knowledgeable about pests and willing to do what it takes to do the job at the best cost. I had a bee's nest in the eave of my attic that another place wanted to rent a boom and charge me big money. Mike got to where he needed and systematically took out the nest, which was genius when I seen him do it. I also had another problem with bugs in the kitchen that I had been dealing with for over five years. I originally had Terminix trying to get rid of them but they miss diagnosed the bug and were just worthless dealing with the problem. Mike took a quick look and correctly identified the pest, what was going on and gave me a plan for true removal. I'm so glad I went with an affordable, educated guy who knows Colorado pests.
