I had my first encounter with a mouse entering my home. This was on a Sunday evening. I called first thing Monday morning and was told someone could come Wednesday. I realize it’s difficult to get same day service but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jim called me back shortly thereafter to say Connor was close by and could come that morning. Connor was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and assured me this could easily be resolved. He inspected the interior and exterior of the house, set a few home defense kits and explained everything in great detail. I am very pleased with them to date. I’m hoping this solves my problem but I’m confident I can call back should the need arise. I would highly recommend them and Connor.

These guys are excellent. We had a mice problem. Connor came out and did a great job. Took care of the problem, inspected the house, fixed a gap that we had and told me how to fix it in the future. The whole thing took about 30 mins and the price was exactly as quoted. I highly recommend these guys!

Jim is great and has offered me advice on how to get rid of some pests that somehow made their way inside my house. Don’t waste your time with the big commercial companies they over charge and try to sign you up for multiple visits. Jim and his team gave me some pointers and if it didn’t work he said he could come to the house and treat it. Go with this company as they are good honest people willing to do whatever they can to help you out!

After trying to schedule (and re-schedule!) with another pest control company, I found Jim, who was able to work me in on a Saturday morning. He was thorough and reasonably priced, and even took the time to adjust my garage door for me! He also gave me some helpful suggestions about what I can do between sprays to reduce the number of pests I see inside my house (mainly do some weatherproofing on doors). Amazing that I called several pest control companies and all wanted to sell a maintenance "money pit". Jim took the time to listen to the nature of the fly problem we have, which requires every 3 days of maintenance that we can do ourselves and is not practical for their team to come and take care of as often as it would require. It really is a hands on concentrated problem that no sophisticated chemical will kill without larva maintenance. THAT is Honesty x's 100 !! No charge and true advice. Thank you!!

I had an awesome experience with Jim last year! He went above and beyond my expectations when I had bats living in my vaulted ceiling and my ceiling/wall was filled with bat guano. He helped me with the exclusion process, removing the bats from my home, and putting up a bat house so they can have somewhere else to go. One night he was there after 9pm at night to watch and see where the exact entry/exit point from my home was. He then was back at my house the following morning before sunrise to finish the exclusion. Great work ethic and I highly recommend them for any pest control needs!
