I'd never used pest control services before, but needed some help when I found a black widow had made a home near my laundry room. Colorado Pest Pros responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled me for first thing the next day. Braden, who treated my house for spiders, showed up right on time, explained everything , and was thorough in treating all areas of concern. He even suggested the garage, which I hadn't considered. He was also super friendly and great with my pets! Highly recommend this business.

I called Jeremy at Colorado Pest Pros when I got stung 8 times by wasps that built an in ground nest under our raised flower bed. Jeremy sent a tech within 2 hours and took care of the issue. I had two more nests popped up a week or so later and Jeremy was able to send someone out right the way at no additional cost because of their 60 days guarantee. I am always very happy with my service, but Julien was especially outstanding with his care and concern, professionalism, promptness, and overall excellence while performing his duties. Very satisfied! Colorado Pest Pros was responsive and professional. After requesting a quote, I was able to get scheduled quickly. Eric was fantastic! he not only showed up on-time, but he also arrived EARLY, which I appreciated! He explained the process to me in detail and answered any questions i had up front. We moved into a house that had a quite a few bug and mouse issues. Called Jeremy right away and after the first spray they did, we noticed so many dead bugs. After a deep cleaning on our part and a second spray, not one bug dead or alive. So my guess is they solved our bug issues! We will still stick to our quarterly spray just because kids, dogs, chickens and life. We also opted in for mouse control too, and we haven't had ANY issues since those first weeks of our move in!

I can see why Colorado Pest Pros have such high ratings. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I had an appointment setup within an hour, all via email (which was my request). Very reasonable rate. They came the next week. Showed up exactly on time. The technician, Mandy, was very knowledgeable and did much more than I expected. We had ants that we couldn't get rid of. They are now totally gone! The stuff they used was pet friendly and they give you a warranty. They're locally owned to boot. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been using the services of Colorado Pest Pros for a number of years now. I love the way they do their company and services. We are not obligated to a program but rather a treatment recommendation by Jeremy the owner. Usually, they come out several times a year around spring to fall. The treatment is always a success so no reason to add so much more! If they need to return after a treatment due to critters still hanging around (spiders, mice etc), they are out within a few days and always with a smile. I have used Colorado Pest Pros for two years in a row. I called them because I was having a terrible spider problem in my old house. As promised, within 24 hours after they left we did not have a single spider left! Both of my service calls were with a really nice technician named Mason. Mason was so thorough when treating every possible area both inside and outside the house, taking additional time on areas he determined were sources of spiders. This company was referred by my employee recommendation board, and I couldn't have been happier that I used them! We knew we had a horrific wasp infestation (I had multiple stings this year to prove it), so I really wanted to get this cleared up so we could enjoy our outdoor space especially in the time of COVID. The owner was super responsive, usually replying to my questions within an hour and set up an appointment for us ASAP. Our tech, Mason, was incredible. He was right on time and did great work. I knew of one or two nests and he found so many more, even maneuvering under the solar panels on our roof (!!!!!) and checking our lawn furniture. The price was right for our peace of mind. Great Company, Great Service I contacted a number of local pest control companies about dealing with a problem in my basement. These guys are the best there is, hands down. Jeremy and his crew do really great, professional work with a 30-day guarantee. They always show up on time, and are very efficient and careful when inside your home. We have been using them for over two years now to help keep the spiders at bay. Colorado Pest Pros is the best in the business and truly an exemplary company when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I own a home that backs up to open space in Highlands Ranch which has proven tricky for managing spiders and more recently, mice. I've used CPP four times for spiders now (spring and fall of 2016 and 2017) and after every visit, the spiders are gone and stay gone. The first spider control service they did in 2016 required 3 sprays over a 6 week period (the spiders had taken a stronghold over my back deck), and the two additional visits were covered under their 30 day guarantee. Jeremy stands by his guarantee without any frustration or inconvenience felt on my end, and that is something that is truly appreciated. I had them come out again in the fall last year to do a preventative spray before the cold drove the spiders inside and then I followed the same protocol this year and the only spiders I see are dead ones. More recently, I had mice who decided to move into my crawl space, and upon first realizing they had made it inside, I contacted Jeremy and he had his awesome technician, Josh, out within 24 hours. Josh did a full walk around my property with me to find their entrance point, and after we located it, he laid down poison stations strategically. Since then, I haven't heard a single mouse, or found any droppings inside my home, so CPP once again hit my expectations out of the park. I also want to compliment Josh on his customer care in general - he's kind, patient, takes the time to do a thorough job, and explains everything he's doing as he goes along. Bugs aren't great but Colorado Pest Pros are!! Received a detailed quote from the owner, Jeremy, in a timely manner. It described everything provided, cost and a maintenance program they offer. We just moved into our house and I already found 2 spiders. I'm sure there's more than 2... so I got my multiple quotes and went with Colorado Pest Pros. They were able to get me scheduled within less than a week! Phew, cause I cannot stand to think of seeing another spider. Josh, our technician, came at 10:10 with an arrival window of 10-11. So I was happy he was on the earlier side of that window. He came in and explained everything to me and what he would be doing. The spray they use is safe - I had my 10 month old strapped to me inside and didn't have to leave. Josh was super friendly and professional. I REALLY appreciate his explanation because he said the bugs get "excited" and will come out before they die. First. I e-mailed three exterminators. Colorado Pest (Jeremy) responded within 1/2 hour with an explanation of their services and detailed costs. One gave me a ridiculous estimate and didn't seem to know what she was talking about. The third never responded. Jeremy also responded to my next questions. Joshua (the service tech) called before his appointment time, and arrived 1 hour early. He explained everything he was going to do and did an excellent job. He also told us what he did in detail and made an appointment for his follow-up return. He took a CC for payment. I highly recommend the company, and Joshua in particular. The price and service were outstanding. Don't even bother to call anyone else.

I started using them when I bought my house in December. Jeremy was able to come right away. No issues whatsoever after the 1st time. Contacted them again after 4 mos for spring time. Not sure if the spiders were just super active but they came back after 2 weeks, saw one or two and I ignored it. Then saw them again next 4 weeks. Called Jeremy and asked if I have to pay again because their I'm past 30 days guarantee by now. He said no and showed up to my house same week and re-sprayed all. We live in a heavily wooded area and despite having a clean home (inside and out) we deal with all the normal ants, spiders and occasional mice. Our Tech, Charles was courteous, professional and well prepared for the treatments. When unsure of a particular topic, he contact management for a solution. When considering the amount of time and effort and the thought of removing a ton of dangerous poisons from my garage, going with Pest Pro’s is a no brainer. He got up in the townhouse attic and discovered the scratching was coming not from our attic, but the neighbor's. They've got birds! Nothing he could do about that, so no charge. How awesome is that? Really appreciate these guys! Will continue to use them every time we have pests (other than relatives). And our HOA is working with the neighbors to get rid of bids, so happy ending.

These guys are super responsive and great all around. I shopped around a bit and kept being offered contracts from fumigation companies. I called Colorado Pest Pros and they told me they do not believe in contracts. This immediately won my business. For the treatment itself, they did a great job. I moved into a cockroach INFESTED apartment, and the only live cockroach I've seen since they came out was extremely dazed and confused. I text Colorado Pest Pros to see if this was normal, and they assured me that this means the treatment is working (as cockroaches are nocturnal and typically do not come out around humans). I have not seen a live cockroach in weeks and CPP are coming back for a follow-up appointment next week. Now I get to clean up dead cockroach bodies but it is so worth it. Hire these guys.

If you need a pest control company look no further!!! I'm a new property owner (1 year on 8/1/17) and when I had a MAJOR cockroach problem in 2 units last year I called Colo Pest Pros after reading the reviews. I knew it was going to be a hard problem to solve as I had been battling them for 3 months with zero results. The tenants then told me the previous owner had just given up on their roach problem leaving the tenants to deal with them, I found that entierly unacceptable so I called Colorado Pest Control. They came in and set their Pet friendly Roach bait and after 2 applications over 60 days and some advice as to how to keep the problem from occuring again the cockroach problem that couldn't be solved by the previous owner and other companies (they wanted to tent the house for MAJOR $$$) is now solved. I now have super happy tenants and I'm a happy owner!! Now I found I have a mouse problem in another part of the property. (My unit, lol). I couldn't believe how fast the problem grew. In just a couple weeks it went from a very minor issue, to hearing them munching away in several areas all day and night. So once again I called Colorado Pest Pros and they were out here 48 hours later and set their pet friendly traps. Last night It sounded like a mouse Buffet going on in my unit from all the nibbling I could hear the mice doing,m it was a bit creepy to say the least considering how loud it was and all the different locations the sound was coming from. I had taken all the easy food sources off the ground and cabinets close to the floor the day before so I guess they were hungry. It's only been 24 hours and already I have only heard a little nibbling briefly going on in one location (the main entry area for them) and nothing else. I can't believe how fast the problem had been mitigated. They also went around the outside of the unit looking and finding where the mice are entering so I can close those ares off and solving a possible reinfestation! They are the only company I now even consider using. I moved into a new (to me) house in Lakewood this fall. As soon as it got cold, the mice came into my laundry room and I was disgusted and didn't know what to do. They couldn't stay, and they were starting to move into the kitchen, ugh! I have two dogs and a cat, so I didn't want to use any poison. I started on my own with traps. It was so gross, I love animals and couldn't take the murder that was going on (I caught 16), I had to get help. I called CPP on a Sunday night. Jeremy contacted me on Monday and Justin was at my house by Wednesday afternoon. I was assured repeatedly that the bait would not harm my animals. That made me feel better. Jeremy was punctual (the window for arrival was only an hour, not 2 or 4 like cable or furniture delivery). He was professional, personable and answered all of my questions. He was patient when I insisted on pulling out the vacuum and wiping down the area behind the fridge that he found where mice where getting into the house. I didn't see any mice after he left. He came back two weeks later (right at 4 for a 4-5 appt). And we found the bait had been eaten and there were signs that the plan had worked. I haven't seen or hard any mice since.
