Have used them in past and again this year. Always on time, put me on schedule within a week. Mercedes is very polite and easy to work with.I have schedule them on regular price but got groupon in very last moment and she acknowledged it. Ethan was professional, communicate his ETA and also locate and treated the wasp nest which we were not aware was on our property. Highly recommended.

The method used was also very noninvasive. I’d absolutely recommend Beeline! We signed up for the quarterly service and I’m glad we did. The first month we owned our new house I kept coming across wasp nests, had a mouse, and we had a tree fall that had been eaten by termites. They treated the house and the whole fence line, I lost count of how many wasp nests they ended up finding. After the tree fell, they inspected the tree stump and house and did a preventative termite treatment. They’re consistently easy to reach and their office staff and technicians are all great! And the treatment stuff they use is pet safe!

Beeline was very responsive in returning my phone call, as well as scheduling my appointment the within a few days and showing up at the very beginning of my 2-hour appointment window. I can't remember the last time a service provider showed up in the beginning of the window, especially when sometimes they don't show up at all. My experience with Beeline has been good so far. My only complaint is that the technician left muddy footprints all over inside my house. It would’ve been nice if he could have wiped his feet appropriately or put on shoe covers when he came inside.

I just use the quarterly service where someone comes out every 3 months and sprays my house wherever I ask including inside my house. Since I’ve started this plan I have had very few bugs around including bees and wasps. And if I do I call them up and they are back out spraying no questions asked and very quickly!

So far so good! I just had our 1st treatment after signing up for the quarterly schedule. Tony was super friendly and knowledgeable. Treatment was quick and easy and affordable! **Update** I have using this company for 2 years now and have moved across town. Transferring locations was easy and customer service has been amazing. Anytime I find a wasps nest or put up a new structure (playset) I just called and scheduled an extra appointment within a couple of days! They are always on time and listen to my concerns and act appropriately. **Final update** I have use Beeline for years now and am moving across the country. I wish I could take them with me. I found Beeline through a Groupon for indoor/outdoor pest extermination. When I called to set up the appointment the lady who answered was very friendly and professional, she explained their services (which I found to be way cheaper, even without the Groupon, than most other exterminators). Lucky for me, they had an appointment available the very next day. I just had Javier show up to my house; 5 minutes after the start of the 2 hour window (I was given a window from 10-12 and he showed up at 10:05). He was very friendly and courteous. He explained what he would be doing and was very thorough. I definitely enjoyed this experience and I signed up for the quarterly sprays (which I found to be a minimum of $30 cheaper than other exterminators). I highly recommend them.

I just had Adam out to my house (early!) Big points with me as nobody is ever where they are supposed to be and people do not keep their word. I have been flaked on by multiple other companies. He did an excellent job explaining everything and what to expect. I actually used this company last year for bees, wasps and hornets as well and remember wishing I had called sooner! What they use is extremely effective and the results have been immediate in my experience. Exactly what you want when dealing with a pest issue! Oh and their services come with a guarantee so there really is no risk of being stuck with whatever you're dealing with. An excellent company to work with.

Cannot give this company higher recommendations. They are exceptionally competitive in terms of price and stick to their word/obligations. When the yellow jackets were not completely eradicated in the first application, they came back without any hesitancy and performed the second application without additional cost. And have to say, our man, Carlos, was simply the best: knowledgeable, user-friendly, and diligent. Was not in a rush and did a very complete assessment of our issues. If all personnel are like Carlos, this organization is truly golden. Will never use another company for this type of service. Huge kudos your way.

This exterminator literally just did battle with a swarm of wasps that had invaded my upstairs office via chewing a hole through my popcorn ceiling drywall and plaster. He ensured all the wasps had been dealt with (and took some bites for his efforts), then treated both the inside and outside of the house, blocked the ducts to no gas could seep into the ventilation system, coached us to seal off the door with a towel and wait 3-4hrs until the gas/dust had all cleared. Couldn't be more thankful for his efforts, and the price was less than most of their competitors! Great value - thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service, GREAT results AND the cheapest that I found in this area. I had one yellow jacket nest and we had some mice in the house. Beeline immediately remedied the yellow jacket nest and all the pests in the home with one visit. I found another yellow jacket nest on the other side of the house and because they guarantee their work (for a reasonable amount of time) it’s complimentary for them to spray that nest as well. Tosha, Matty and Mercedes (sp?) have taken care of me the entire time, working with my schedule and theirs to take care of our issues ASAP. Had a great experience today with Ethan from Beeline. I had a routine indoor and outdoor treatment and it was very easy, fast, and pet safe! He even saw a wasp nest I had not noticed and made sure to treat it. They gave me a 2 hour appointment window and Ethan was there right at the beginning and done super fast. Would recommend.

I received an email, from the owner of the company, on a Sunday, in response to my request for more information about their services! An appointment was made, and the tech arrived early, explained what he was doing, and what I should expect in the days following the service call, and he told me if there were any problems before the next visit, I just needed to call and they would come out and repeat the service!! I called Beeline Pest Control for wasp issues under the siding of our house and other pest. They responded quickly, Carlos was on time and I’m scheduled for quarterly control. The price is great and they’re extremely professional! I called them to spray my detached garage after the first spray and Carlos came back out to do exterior and interior spray. The wasps dropped dead and other pests (pill bugs, ants, crickets) died off within an hour of spraying. I’d highly recommend them for any pest needs! **UPDATE: If you have an external garage, that is an additional $20/visit for the annual package ($105 total). Although I was disappointed of the additional charge since our house and garage together are 1,500sqft, I’d still recommend Beeline. Just ask all the questions up front before the service.

I purchased a duplex property in November 2016 not knowing that it was entirely infested with bed bugs. About a week after closing on a property, I learned about a bed bug problem from tenants that were living in there. Beeline Pest control took care of the problem, and went above and beyond to help and educated me in the process, as bed bug infestation was very severe. This is a really great company. I like to support local businesses, so rather than call one of the big chains, I searched for something owned and operated in or around Denver, and landed on these guys. The week before I moved in with my boyfriend, I made up my mind that there was no way I could sleep in his house until I had it de-spidered. I called Beeline and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, getting me an appointment the next day and taking my credit card over the phone. I was very happy with the price I paid, too. Very reasonable. You are quoted a two hour window during which the technician will come out, and mine, Mauricio, arrived right in the middle of it and got to work promptly. The actual treatment probably took about 20 minutes from when he rang the doorbell to when I was signing the final paperwork. The work is guaranteed for 30 days after the treatment, but they say to give 7-10 days for the chemicals to work, at least the ones they use for spiders. When I saw a couple of spiders in the days after 7 but before 10, I called, and the receptionist was, as always, very friendly and informative. She said to wait until I had hit the 10 day mark, and if I still saw any live spiders, to call back and they would re-treat our home. So, great price, great service, and great employees. The perfect trifecta!

I would have given 5 stars but there was a hiccup with their system scheduling the appointment for a technician who doesn't even work there anymore. So I was waiting at home and no one showed up. Had to call and we figured it out and scheduled an appointment for the next day. That technician was here pretty much on time. (Time window was 9-11am, he was here at 9:30). He did a good job spraying for bugs and spiders everywhere. I would recommend beeline pest control. They're reliable, fast and friendly. They try to resolve issues you might have as fast as possible.

We called Beeline after seeing recurring wasps/hornets sneaking into our roof line. This is a second service call as the first, Beeline came out and sprayed the inside of our home when we found wasps inside. The only ones we saw after this spray inside were dying, fast forward to July, we found where they were entering and got to watch the technician spray up to the chimney line where there was about 9 wasps chilling, entering/exiting. Spray hits, panic, chaos, wasps start dropping in minutes... amazing... The technician was super friendly too, explained the spray, and what it would do, and further what to expect after the spray dries. If you need pest control, Beeline gets the job done.

From the first call it was great. We already knew we had termites. Johnathan showed up on time for quote. The price was less than the "others" quoted and a big plus 15 year guarantee. Quick, Reliable, Trustworthy. We highly recommend the S. Broadway office of Beeline Pest Control. Hands down, the best! We called a big name company, and they came at 4:30, then refused to help, because the bees were too high. We then called Beeline at 5 p.m. A most professional, prompt and pleasant technician, Jerome, came that night by 5:30, and sprayed immediately. He quoted a fixed fee, and even though there were some complications and he had to come back three more times and work into the evening, he honored his fee quote. Honest, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of the problem without trying to sell us on an annual contract like the big name companies tried to push. This is how all businesses should be operated, not just pest control businesses. We endorse Jerome's services and Beeline Pest Control. Only issue that we had: The actual person that came out was respectful, but left without letting anyone know. So, we weren't sure if the spraying was done or not. We have a side yard agreement and I was not sure if that side of the yard was sprayed.

As a property investor of single family homes, it is critical to find excellent vendors. Beeline is the best!!! Many pest control companies want to sell an ongoing plan. While that approach may be valid for some applications, one-time issues arise too. Beeline is reasonable with its tactics to resolve problems. Highly recommended!! I got a discounted general pest treatment on Groupon. Beeline was extremely efficient and friendly on the phone and they were well within the 2 hour appointment window. Even though I had gotten the Groupon discount, they still honored their 30 day retreatment guarantee when I saw a couple spiders several weeks after the initial treatment. Beeline seems to stand by their work and will come back if something isn't as expected. We were unfortunate to buy a house with a termite problem (way to go inspector!), but they've been great to deal with regarding the problem. They're coming back out at the end of May 2016, to do another treatment to handle the problem. I highly recommend them over Terminix or Orkin, these guys are just too commercial and all about up-selling services. Beeline seems interested in you as a customer and doing what's best for you. Their "technician" (Matt) showed up on timely basis, was very professional, described in detail what we needed to be concerned about, inspected both the exterior and interior of the house where we've had mouse problems and provided a reasonable solution which he described clearly. He explained why it is the most likey solution to work and what I needed to do to follow up. The only reason I've not put down 5 stars is because I'm waiting for the results. If the results are as Matt predicted, I'm all in for 5 stars.

For the first time in the 20+ years we have live in this house, we saw mice in the house. First thing in the morning I called Beeline and they were able to fit us in that day. Beeline Pest Control is the best pest control service I have used in 15-years! I was pretty concerned (freaking out - a little), and it finally occurred to me that there must be some pest control (I am from South Florida - Ft. Laud. and there are huge bugs of all types, so I always had an exterminator - which allowed me to live without fear for many years) service. Initially, Beeline came out (about 1 month to 6 weeks ago,) performed their spraying service for those disgusting Miller Moths. I am phobic regarding anything larger than a fly, flying at me, especially my head. Last year was pretty bad as far as amount & duration of migration, however, my wonderful father-in-law happened to mention that this year could be worse! After the spray, it was a few weeks before we saw any (Miller Moths) and then it was 1 or 2 in a day. We live in a very large house and Beeline did warn that they may return. In the last few days, the number was increasing daily and I was, again, living in fear of that certain time of day/evening, when they seem to be most prevalent. Two days ago, one came at me, in the middle of the afternoon! as if it knew I was afraid and wanted to taunt me. I contacted Beeline, spoke to a lovely young woman whose name I just forgot. She was very professional, she seemed interested in my situation and my fear. Beeline came out either the next day or the day after that. The service was not intrusive in any way. They were thorough, polite, and ontime. In the last 2-weeks or so, just as I suspected (and Beeline warned of the possibility) we would see 1 or 2. Then, each day, (approx.) we began to see more and more. I contacted Beeline. Their policy is that if you see moths within (30) days of their spray, they will come back at no charge. Well, it was definitely over the (30) days and, again, the very nice young woman I spoke to said that: It's close enough.(words to that effect), and that they would come back at no charge! Gabriel, an employee of Beeline), arrived on time, had a very professional attitude AND seemed truly concerned about my fears, about how he could keep as many out as possible, listened to my concerns, walked around parts of the house with me so I could show him my biggest concerns, and was an absolute doll! Beeline is fortunate to have an employee such as Gabriel. I told Gabriel that I was going to call Beeline and tell them how impressed I was with his service, his demeanor, his positives attitude, his "can do" attitude, and that he went about doing his job efficiently, yet also taking the time to address my areas of my concern. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with both Beeline Pest Control (Thornton), and with Beeline's employee, Gabriel. Thank you very much for all that you did - to Beeline & to Gabriel.
