Matt was amazing! He called when he was on his way, and showed up within the appointment window. He was quick and got down to business removing 3 wasps nests, two of which were on the outside second level of the home, then he went to work on evaluating the rest of the outside, getting down a couple of old wasp nests and checking around the deck where I had found a nest before, even spraying just in case there was another nest lurking around. Matt was courteous, professional and did his job extremely well! He even told me how to prevent wasps from coming back next spring. I would highly recommend this company, they are true to their word on pricing and it's great to support small businesses!

Matt was INCREDIBLY helpful and honest! A++! These two are EXCELLENT exterminators. They are serious and professional about getting the job done. Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were pest free. We had a tough case in a log cabin with lots of cracks and hiding places. It was a harder job for them than normal, but they always came over with a smile and a good attitude/work ethic. I feel like it’s weird to be passionate about a pest control company but whatever, these guys were AWESOME. I reached out to multiple companies and they were extremely responsive and were the only ones that were able to give me a general quote without scheduling an inspection which was super helpful. Their rates were substantially lower than the other quotes I got. They also do humane relocation instead of just extermination which made me happy. Nick was super friendly and prompt when he got here and they actually came up with a strategy that was even LESS than the original quote. He even offered to negotiate with the roofer to repair the hole on our behalf. Having squirrels in our wall turned out to be a much smaller PIA than I expected!

I got home Friday evening after a few days away and was greeted by a very large rodent running around the house. Couldn’t get a great look at it but bushy-tail and all, I’m thinking a squirrel. I immediately called Orkin but was left on a hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called AP Pest control. They answered immediately and even though they were about to close, they graciously offered to come by and check it out. They arrived within 10 minutes, spent as much time looking around, and thankfully determined the little pest had probably run out the open door. Tim was great! He was very nice and professional in helping us clear out some bird nesting in our kitchen vent. The birds were not home at the time, but he was able to get up into some tight spaces and remove nesting and debris inside the vents. When he was done, he also installed a cover over the exterior vent for us so that the birds would not be able to enter again. Overall, great working with AP Pest Control, and would definitely call again.

Tim had treated for bed bugs at a ministry I'd lived at, and afterwards I never saw one (living) bed bug... He did a great job! Tim was AMAZING!! I contacted him for help with wasps I had in my backyard and he came within a couple hours, even though I messaged him in the late afternoon. We had thousands of grasshoppers in our yard. It felt like a biblical plague. But Matt came and sprayed and they were dead within 15 minutes! He used pet friendly spray too. They charged a very reasonable price and I’m very happy with my grasshopper-free yard!

TLDR: Tim was professional, flexible, accommodating, went the extra mile, and provided stellar service! Depending on the conditions, he could do relocations of black widows! We had a black widow in one of our basement egress windows for a couple of years. We were fine with her being outside as long as she didn’t come in, which we knew that that’s unlikely since black widows like to be outside. And she’s been making a living with trapping and eating all sort of bugs. This summer she started having eggs and we are getting very worried that the babies would crawl through the window screen and our cat would find them. We wanted to find a pest company that could do relocation, but wasn’t successful. Finally, we settled and we were ready to just have them terminated. We found AP Pest Control and Tim was amazing! He showed up and was ready to go. And since he looked so confident, I asked if it was possible that he could relocate the black widow and her babies. And he said he would try. Within around 5 minutes.he got them, the widow and her eggs in a secure jar. He dusted and sprayed the egress window to kill any remaining babies that may have already hatched. He sent us a couple of videos afterwards where he released the black widow and her babies in the woods, close to a river, since he was passing by one of the springs. In the video, she was crawling and alive! We are sooooo happy that this worked out! Tim went above and beyond his work! We are so thankful that we found this awesome company! We would definitely be a recurring customer the next time we need help!

Hello,my name us Edward. I posted a message about a bed bug problem at 2am on a Saturday morning. Tim called me at 8am to respond to my request. I scheduled a visit and inspection for a same day at 4pm. Tim arrived on time. From our meeting at that time I was very impressed with Tim and his professional attitude. We discussed all the options to take care of the bed bug problem and I agreed on the spot on Tim and his company to provide the treatment on the following Monday. On Monday morning I left my apartment for 24 hours so they could do a heat treatment to get rid of the bedbugs. I returned Tuesday morning when they were finished. From my first phone call until the finished treatment I was very happy I made the right choice in selecting Tim to provide the service. There are to many words to describe the service Tim provide to me. He is professional, kind, empathic, courtesy, these are just a few of his outstanding traits. I would choose and recommended Tim a thousand times over. Also the 5 stars is not enough rating. I would easily double the rating. When you choose Tim and his company to take care of your pest problem you will not be disappointed. As a customer I would recommend you choose Tim.

We had been using another nationally-known chain pest control company for quarterly extermination services for several years. We were initially interested in hiring Tim and Matt, owners of A.P. Pest Control, because they are a small owner-operated business. I like dealing with owner-operators because they have more interest in their service level and, thus, the success of their business. A.P. is new in Colorado, but Tim has worked in the pest control business for several years in the Midwest before coming home to Colorado. I’m so glad I gave them my business! They were much more thorough than the company we had previously used. They sprayed all around the outside edges of our house and the perimeters of all the rooms and the windows on the inside. A.P. also paid special attention to the closets and storage areas in our basement. And, bonus!, they removed any cobwebs at the ceiling level. I have a barn and they installed rodent control stations there. Tim and Matt were on time, courteous and great with communicating. Plus, their price was considerably less than what I was paying for the “big name” company. Overall, I’m very pleased and look forward to seeing them every 3 months for my quarterly service.

I moved into my new apartment last Saturday, all of my boxes were stacked in the living room. As I began unpacking things I opened the bathroom door to find cockroaches of all different sizes. I was furious, this apartment was clearly not move-in ready. The apartment complex was closed and call center said they wouldn’t spray until the following week. AP came out the same day I requested a quote to remove a large wasp nest that was mostly blocking our fan vent 3 stories up on the side of our house. The $99 flat fee was good and they did a great job. Nice guys too. Our wasps are now gone and we are very happy with the result. And they guarantee the wasps will not to come back for 45 days. Sweet deal! Just hire them.

Honestly, do not even bother calling any of the other pest control services! I think I called about 5 before very miraculously reaching Tim and Matt. After their visit, I'm confident in saying they're the best you could ever find. Today I was in an emergency situation when hornets literally swarmed into my house through a hole next to their nest inside my wall. It was truly like something out of a horror movie; they poured in like water. Tim and Matt arrived in absolutely no time and had my house cleared of hornets so quickly, it was unbelievable. Thank God for these guys. I didn't know what I was going to do as none of the other companies were able to provide same day service, even when their ad claimed they did. In the midst of my emergency, other companies were trying to set up reoccurring sevice deals and had high prices as well. AP Pest Control was recommended to me through NextDoor. I had a family of foxes who had dug a den under my deck. Tim was very prompt in replying to me and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was also sensitive to my wishes that the fox family not be killed or separated. He filled the hole and sprayed deterrent around my yard and I haven't seen a fox since! The price was so reasonable and much lower than other places that I had called. I am 100% satisfied and will call them again if I have any other pests that need to be controlled.

I can't speak more highly of the service and professional ism of Tim. We just got a puppy and noticed a wasp nest where the puppy hangs out sometimes. I called Tim and on a weekend, and mentioned they could come whenever they were available. He insisted on taking time out of his weekend to come right away. He took time to explain everything he was doing, and even though I only asked to remove a single nest. He walked the property to make sure no other nests were around. Don't be fooled by the low number of reviews compared to other pest companies. A.P Pest is a new, local business, and I have no doubt they will have hundreds of 5 star reviews in no time. They don't push, and they don't upsell. Infact, they do more than they need to, making sure the customer is happy.

Called AP Pest on a Friday afternoon and immediately got in touch with someone to schedule a time to come and help us get rid of basement spiders. As the winter months approach, spiders like to find warm places and that means getting into basements. They came out, took a look at the problem rooms we were seeing spiders, and sprayed inside, outside, and also de-webbed the home inside and out. They answered all my questions, took time to explain what they were doing, and offered a 45-day no spider guarantee. I like that they are a family-owned (two brothers) faith-based business and I will give these types of places my money over a larger company that doesn't have my best interests at heart. I also learned that in their spare time, they help less-fortunate at a rescue mission in Denver. Do yourself a favor and call them for your bug control needs.
