We have an annual inspection contract with Admiral. They come to our house every year and inspect for termites and keep us notified of any areas that need to be treated to prevent an infestation. Now that we are soon to be selling our house we are happy to be able to transfer our contract to the new home owner. Lao and Steven P. Have come to inspect our home recently. They are both very helpful and informative. Their staff know our home and keep coming back year after year. For the annual inspections. 🏡😉🌸❤️

We have been using Admiral Pest control for over 20 years, and they have been great. Are they perfect? No, but when they make mistakes they apologize and correct those mistakes. Most importantly, they have kept our house from being ruined by termites. They are also now helping us control ants and Brown Widow spiders. Our technician, David Wheeler, was on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He told me everything he was going to do, and made sure to give me tips about what I can do to save money and time in the future. I also have this company taking care of my 90 year old mother’s house, and my next door neighbor’s house. As long as we live here we will trust Admiral Pest Control with our house, and if we ever sell it our yearly contract can be transferred to the new owners. (Did I mention that our contract came from my in-laws, who we bought the house from?) Excellent company! I highly recommend! 👍

Admiral has been my termite service for 2 properties for more than 30 years. They do my annual termite inspections and repairs, when needed. David was here today - very professional, thorough and careful. Alex and Robert were here for repair work several weeks ago and were equally great! On the rare occasion when I’ve had any issue over the years, it has been easy to resolve by talking to a supervisor. I highly recommend that you consider this family-owned and local company.

On December 1 Mario came to our home to consult with us to better understand our need for a rodent (mice) exclusion. He asked about our past experiences with mice and where we have seen them. He explained what the service is and then proceeded to conduct a visual inspection of interior and exterior of our home. Documented his plan and we received Admiral's formal service agreement within a day. We immediately signed the agreement and scheduled a date for implementation of work rodent exclusion work. Mario was punctual, professional and efficient in his work.

We have used your pest control service at our home in Huntington Beach for at least 30+ years. As such, we have had the pleasure of working with many of your field workers. Last Thursday, November 4, 2021, Carlos Reynaga came out to do our quarterly service and stated that he would be our regular Admiral representative. When he asked if we had anything in particular that we wanted him to address, we mentioned the numerous bee sightings we had during the past months. Immediately Carlos saw that the source of our bee problems appeared to be a hive secreted in our roof where the second floor joined the first floor. After providing us with a brief education about the bee culture, he outlined the measures he intended to employ to rid us of our problem. Once geared up in his anti-bee stinging outfit he climbed onto our roof and began to spray two different types of chemicals. We were pleased to see the automatic impact his efforts had on the problem. Unfortunately for us two days later we noticed a resurgence of the bees at the same location. We called the Admiral office to report the new problem and without hesitation, Carlos returned to our home on Monday morning. After a brief discussion about the positive aspects of the chemicals and the need to give them time to work, Carlos willingly volunteered to apply a second dose of chemicals in the same area. To further prevent the bees from reentering the area, he plugged up the opening with some steel wool. To say the least we are very pleased with his service and willingness to reassure us that he would be our side until we were totally satisfied that the bee problem had been resolved. Carlos is an excellent representative for your company and we are pleased to have him as our regular guy.

Have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their technicians. This year's inspection was done by Alden. He was conscientious and through in his inspection. There were minor dropping in an area treated in the past which Alden treated just to be sure. Can 100% recommend Alden and Admiral Pest Control.

Im paranoid about termites. Had a spot check done on a few areas i thought had termite poop and invasion. Ended up being cricket poop. Whew! Discussed some future termite and pest control options. Professional, nice, and not pushy with services or products. Nice to know they also have a team to replace fascia boards if needed.

This is a longtime local business we selected for our residential fumigation, localized termite treatment, and related repairs. The inspector was professional but personable. We had an itemized estimate prepared within a reasonable time. We were given detailed information about the process and our responsibilities. We found their prices to be competitive. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel. He was very nice and responsive to my questions and quick to update me regarding the process. I had my new house fumigated and damage repaired. Prices reasonable. They even spoke with my new neighbors to get consent to tent an area on shared property. The rest of the staff that assisted was very nice as well. I have used many pest control companies some large, some small and even independent companies in different cities over the years and Admiral Pest Control is my favorite! Why? Because they are always extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and super attentive to your customer service needs from the office staff answering the phones to the technicians that come out. Andrew is our favorite! I'm not sure why the bad reviews and actually I'm quite surprised to see them as we have never experienced anything negative from Admiral Pest Control services and staff. He did only what was required and did not try to talk me into more expensive and unnecessary repairs, which I truly appreciate. He put up with my obnoxious, yappy dog and did a great job. The tech who gave us the estimate on the attic insulation came across as very honest and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure us to make a sale. The price he gave us was much more reasonable than the quote we had received from another company. The installers who did the work also were very professional and we felt they did a good job. And the insulation is energy star rated so that makes us feel like we have chosen a good product that will help us save energy, too.

I like that someone calls me to schedule my next appt and that's its exactly every other month, never over never less. I get exterior sprays every other month and last service I forgot to leave my backyard door open but the company told me that I can just call and schedule for the backyard to be done free of charge, as its included in my service plan.
