From start to finish everything went great. My inspector was knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. The service people were great, they made sure to be very detailed and walked through took pics of all service done. Spoke with my Dad once they were done on if there was anything else he thought they should seal, block, cover etc.

I needed to get a termite company as quick as a possible to come for an inspection on this property I owned. I gave Terminix a call and they came out the next day. They gave me a quote and once we accepted they were out there in no time. One of the team member Michael was very understanding and explained the entire process in depth. There no doubt that if I ever have an issue like this again I will be giving them a call. Very reliable and work fast.

Keeps my home clear of those creepy crawlers. The only negative thing I have to say is that you guys use to call and say when you where coming. Now I don't get anything on when you are coming. Other then that all is good. Tech needs to communicate with the resident either before or after the service or both. When they came the last 2 times I didn't even know they had been here till I got something sent to my email.

Hopes and Dreams

Everybody in customer service was great and our tech was very nice as well. The problem is that we scheduled our appointment for before the Thanksgiving holiday to give enough time for everything to be completed and settled before the holiday. Our original tech didn't show up and it took us until Wednesday of the next week to get somebody else to come out (the day before Thanksgiving). We had to cancel our Thanksgiving plans tell people not to come because our original tech didn't show up. Then I was given incorrect information, told somebody would be there the next day which was a Sunday. Learned late there are no appointments on Sundays I missed work all day on my original appointment day and then had to take more time off for all the phone calls and again got the appointment. Not happy with this at all. In the end it was taken care of and there were people who worked very hard to help me but, it was extremely stressful and ruined my Thanksgiving plans with my family.

After calling and complaining and after paying another company the tech took care of issue the other part of his company missed and made it right. My tech Tim saved the day took time showed the hole the other guy missed. Very hard to reach the branch. When you do they are perfessional and respectful

Overall, the experience was good. The tech did our first mosquito application. My only issue was that I was never notified they were coming and nothing was left to show that they did the work. The first indication that anything was done was when the charge hit my credit card. I had to review my Ring Cam video to see that the tech was at my house and did the work a couple of days prior to the charge. They should at least leave a summary of the work done on the door.

The person that came out and sprayed our area and took care of a wasp issue was very polite professional and courteous. He represented his company and himself very well. He explained everything that he was going to do and made sure that we understood it. He is definitely an employee that you need to keep and promote!

Quarterly techs are excellent. Polite and get the job done. The exclusion service and the rodent infestation work was a different matter. We had to stay on top of them to get the job done, call center was useless with poor communication and numerous appointments where they didn’t show. Very poor cleanup overall throughout whole exclusion process and removal of attic insulation. Charged for items not done with no calls returned when trying to get a refund.

I had Terminix remove a racoon from my attic and the perform the exclusion service to keep out future visitors. They also replaced approximately 750 Sq feet of insulation along with completely disinfecting the area Service was prompt and professional. The only thing keeping this from being a five star review was that I did think the price was a bit high. That said they were the only vendor to respond to my issue in a timely manner. I would recommend them but be prepared for some sticker shock.

Terminix did come over and do a good job on-site at my house. I haven't seen termites for a couple years. I have been trapped in reoccurring charges for a couple years. Have requested cancelation and still yet I get charged monthly. Definitely hard to deal with and end up feeling scammed. I wouldn't recommend unless you are in a serious situation willing to pay out thousands of dollars. Definitely know you will be paying a bill more than once.

Here’s the thing. There is A LOT of options for Pest Control here in Utah. However nobody, and I mean NOBODY compares to Terminix. The quality and value associated with their service is unmatched. Their technicians are not only bright, capable and professional. They will “get dirty” to get the job done. If your a Sam’s club member, that’s where I would go to get the absolute best value on home protection... then sit back and enjoy year round protection in a pest free home.

Contacted Terminix via the website at 7 pm and within an hour they called me to review pricing and schedule service. Technician was scheduled for the next day and arrived right on time. I have been a customer for approx. a year with the Columbus Oh branch. On 1-24 I received a text alerting that a service visit would happen in two days. I replied with a request to skip this quarter as things are tight right now with all that is going on. Two days later while at work I received notification that the tech was at the house completing service. I immediately called and he did not answer. A few minute's later he returned the call and when asked why he was there after I had replied to skip service two days earlier. He stated that it wasn't taken off the route and once he started by law he has to complete and it wasn't his fault. Really? you are the one that got the text reply. He assured me that he would call his boss and void the charges. Well this morning the charges hit my credit card. Now I feel a big hassle coming on to get a credit that I don't have time for. Based on how much hassle there is to fix this problem will be the deciding factor on if I do any future business with them. Update - 2-28- Spoke with the local account manager Ken. He was understanding and addressed the concerns and made things right. Base on his manner of understanding and actions I am planning on continued service and moving the rating to 4 star

The inspection and start of treatment was easy and informative. I wasn't able to use my coupon from the mail for $50 off the treatment. Pricing in communications sent to my email did not match what the inspection technician had shown me, which was confusing, but I was only charged what the inspection technician had displayed.

Stephanie Sherrick was on time, well organized, well informed, and very pleasant! She waited patiently while I asked questions, and had very helpful insights. She was able to spray in some tight spots around my house, which is great, because those dark corners are what I worry about most: bugs just growing and dwelling back in those corners. Then she did an awesome job treating the outside of my house. Super excellent job, I really appreciate her wisdom and expertise!!

I’ve always had very helpful and friendly technicians with Terminix. I love that they’ll come out any time, free of charge if you find any critters in between quarterly services. They always wipe down all the spider webs on the outside of the house and spray everything I ask them to. They never seem exasperated or make you feel like they don’t want to work. They’re will to do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy with the service. I’ve used Terminix for 10 years and I’m very happy with their service.

We have used Terminex for 10+ years. Our most recent technician (Joy) was great, but we have experienced in the past that the technician would say he treated our property but did not show up at all. Since I retired I request that I am home during the treatment. Amazing how different the results are. Early this week, a TIPP inspection was scheduled. I received a phone message from the tech saying he was on his way. But, he never showed up. About 15 minutes later, I received an email with a complete filled out report showing that he had been to our property. He had not!! I called Terminex and was transferred to Amanda. She called the tech and also reported the situation to a manager. She stated that one of them would call me back within two days. No one called, texted, emailed or left messages! I am done with Terminex. I do not recommend this company! If you use them, make sure you are home or you, too will get taken!!!

The workers that come to the house to spray, they always call to leave a message the day before and sometimes a few days before to let me know I am scheduled and what time, also to ask if there's additional i need sprayed. I don't have to be at home unless i need them to spray in the house. They are very prompt to spray every 3 months. The younger employees seem to be kinder and more respectful than the older ones, but I won't hold that against them :) Living in the country we have tons of spiders, mosquitos, and ants so having the property sprayed every 3 months is amazing! Even though our inside/outside animals get flea medicine, we still have the house treated every spring as well.

My experience with Terminix has been great. Not only did they get rid of the termites, they also repaired any damage caused by the termites. After the latest inspection, Steve overheard our conversation about the upstairs not cooling enough during the summer. He recommended a new layer of insulation in our attic and proceeded to add a 14 inch layer. Steve, Chris and Nick were exemplary in their work while being courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Terminix!

A few reasons.... my quarterly service price was increased. We were considering cancelling and called to do so. Terminix was able to lower our price to what we initially paid to start with. Then we had a mouse in the house... We were scheduled for our quarterly service in 10 days but I explained I couldn't wait that long because of my small kids and having to clean. The lady I spoke to sent my account to a manager and our service was done within a few days. The two techs that we have are always kind and it's nice to always have the same people.

I've used terminix with 2 different homes after facing insect issues. We had tried ourselves , and failed. However, with Terminix our issue was resolved with massive improvements within a day. I can't remember the names of the call center employees I've spoken with, but they've always been very courteous and helpful. Michael Kelley was our initial inspector, and he was very helpful and kind. Al Stage is our technician who actually did the treatment, and he was also great and helpful. In addition, things have been taken care of very quickly. I called in to report the bed bugs, and exactly one week later, the treatment was already taking place. So for a variety of factors, I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone who needs pest control.

I called for crunching in my walls, I was told removing old insulation and replacing it with special treated insulation would prevent bugs and mice won’t nest in. It was rather expensive but we agreed because we have already spent a great deal of time and money trying to eliminate the problem. I STILL HAVE CRUNCHING IN MY WALLS, newly dug holes in my yard and now a large bill. 😫

My wife and I discovered an abundance of mice in our home. We tried to control them on our own, however the problem was in need of a professional. We reached out to Terminex and we’re scheduled for the next day, a Saturday. The associate of Terminex arrived on time, was professional, and listened to our concerns. We were provided several recommendations and service options for our issue. We then had a Terminex exterminator at our home within 48 hours of the initial inspection. The exterminator was polite, on time, and listened to my concerns about the methods of management, due to having multiple dogs in our home and concern for their safety. Exterminator provided me with an explanation of the devices he had set up to help manage our rodent problem, as well as additional items needed to reset traps until their next treatment. We are very satisfied with our experience with Terminex, and would recommend anyone use this business for similar issues within their home.
