I’ve waited 3 months and a few treatments to post a review. As such, we have had the most random bug issue in our new build home- yes, a new build home. I called the number after hours, and had an appointment scheduled two days later. Our regular technician is Vince, and he is wonderful- polite, courteous, and helpful. We’ve also had an in-between visit from Tim, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous- after speaking with the branch manager, Rodger, who, once again, was helpful, empathetic, and responsive to our more than unusual new home issue. I would highly recommend this branch of Orkin and am so grateful for their kind, professional services! Happy Holidays to you all :)

I was excited to see that mosquito treatment was so affordable. It definitely fixed a large problem. From what I've noticed the product does not last 30 day like they've told me. The first time I got it done they used 1 gallon, it did get rid of mosquitoes but only for about 15 days then we started getting bit up still not as bad but we were still getting bit up. I called them back they did come out for free and said this time they were using a different product and was going to use two gallons. Unfortunately I was seeing mosquitoes within the same day.

We have been using Orkin for the past two years regularly and really value their service. All of the technicians have been professional and on time. Whenever we’ve noticed any bugs after receiving a treatment, Orkin standby their word and will send a technician out again free of charge. Highly recommend, especially for older homes

We are so happy to have found Rohylian Perez! We moved into a condo last winter and there were so many bugs! We knew we couldn’t tackle it on our own and that’s when I found Orkin. We’ve been with Orkin ever since! Living in a condo connected to other units can make it hard to manage pests, but Mr. Perez has made our lives bug free!! He is always in a great mood, happy, smiling, and takes the time to explain to me at every visit what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and the status of how things are on the outside of our unit as well as on the inside. I’m always concerned regarding my cat, and he takes the time to reassure and explain to me the safety and excellence of Orkin and Orkin products, and my cat loves him and is used to him now too! It’s so nice to not have to worry about bugs now thanks to Rohylian - we can just enjoy our lives!!! His knowledge and good nature is a giant plus as well, it’s comforting knowing we can always rely on him for our pest control needs!

I will NEVER use them again! I only gave three stars because the rep I spoke to was nice however she was insulting my intelligence our last conversation. Listen, I have worked in the service industry for over 25 years so I know how to deescalate calls and the worst thing you can say to a customer is "I'm sorry you were misinformed, yeah a lot of our customers don't understand how EasyPay works". Excuse me? What does that tell you about how you are explaining the agreement we are signing up for !!?? No where in my agreement does it state a difference between selecting to do autopay and EasyPay and the difference in price of I do or it coming out 2 wks before scheduled treatment! I understood exactly what you wanted me to period!! I read the fine print as well and AGAIN it states nothing about a difference in the charges. It's bad enough we live in old rundown apartments and a slumlord who won't properly treat the units so we pay out our pocket! We ONLY live here because we are preparing for our house. I am so disappointed and wasted my time and money to receive janky service! She on you Orkin on Huntley Rd Columbus, OH!

Ok I am reading everyones review but not one has said anything about if their bed bug treatment has been successful. I have no complaints Brian was great, I've had 1 treatment so far for the bed bugs and next one isn't until the15th but I'm concerned it's not going to work, can anyone share their experience???

The two sprayers are always very considerate of my concerns, friendly and professional, and always within the estimated time block. The inspector that came was VERY knowledgeable, and pointed out things about our house that other non-orkin inspectors had not. The exterminator arrived on time. He was professional and wore a mask. Even though the property he was spraying was completely empty and had no tenants. He was knowledgeable and allowed me to show him a video of the bugs I was seeing in the house. He confirmed my suspicions, cockroaches. My business partner and I sat outside while the orkin man went in and sprayed. The last thing we wanted to do was be in his way. When the job was done, he answered all of our questions: is this safe for pets? Can I shampoo carpets? How long should I wait before I shampoo carpets? Is this safe for children to be around? All in all we are super pleased with our experience with Orkin. This is the first time we have had to use an exterminator on our rental properties. Price was fair compared to local businesses. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed. (Even though I hope we don’t ever need to again).

Orkin came to help get rid of a horrible infestation of drain flies in our house. They were a nightmare and Orkin provided an INCREDIBLE SERVICE to kill them. It was almost instantaneous that they were dying. It's been 24 hours and we've barely seen even 3 or 4 still flying around. GIANT THANKS to JAKE for providing a WONDERFUL service. I met with Randy from Orkin at my house and he inspected my garage, house and perimeter and found what I found which was a live colony of termites eating my garage door and the contents of my garage. Randy came up with a plan and a price and emailed me the quote. Another company would not send me the quote but let me take a picture of it with my phone and another business did not have enough people to do the work and never gave me an estimate. A few days later I accepted Randy’s offer because he was professional, and knew what he was talking about. He then sent a team of 2 men to do the termite extermination and they did a great job! These men, after all the work and drilling, left my garage in better condition than it was to begin with. Great people all the way around beat other companies by miles!! So glad I called Orkin!!

Had them spray for yellow jackets on my roof, but still seeing yellow jackets gathering on my roof and driving my family nuts on the front porch. Initially the dust killed several of them, but I still see them on my roof. Looks like the crawl under shingles. The service tech was nice, but never found the nest. Just powdered the area that I saw them. They are still here and I dont know what to do. 2 weeks since treatment.

The Orkin crew was spectacular. Wayne Carr (the termite control inspector), Bryon, and Scott came out to set traps. They caught the racoon in only 4 days. Awesome. The clean up crew Bryon, Brandon, and Dylan came to my house and did a magnificent job.They removed all the dirty insulation, sealed all the holes, sanitized everything, and then put new insulation. I now know why Orkin is number 1. I am now a customer for life. I recommend Orkin to everyone.

We were late getting home and the man from Orkin was here. I apologized for being late. He was polite and said that was not a problem since he was only doing outside. I asked him if he needed anything and he said No. I told him I’d be inside if he needed anything. I assume he did everything for the inspection and treatment. My only issue was not major, but the previous gentleman that we had for some time always stopped to say he was done, what he found if anything thing, and asked if we had any questions. Again i have no complaint and am comfortable he performed the service, i just expected him to stop in before he left.
